Below I'll post a sample of the current layout I have in mind for my upcoming clan, BriarClan.
I have the structure down just fine, but as you might notice (or maybe its just me) the colors are rather... drab. But anything brighter doesn't seem to tie together well. I'm afraid it'll make it unappealing to join.
Can someone possibly help me? Feel free to give suggestions. I'm always fighting colors, even in my art ><

➺ No spam or advertising please. Or kitstealing if that’s still a thing.
➺ You are required to have proper grammar and spelling. There's no set post length here, but one-liners and flat responses are absolutely not allowed. We prefer quality over quantity.
➺ Try to be active. If you haven’t roleplayed at all in two to three weeks, you will be deleted. I will send out warnings first though. Chatting does not count. If you join and never come back, please at least pm me to tell me you changed your mind or got busy.
➺ The clan leader’s roleplayer (who is me at this time) picks warrior names. Furthermore, for more realism, the mother or other parent of a litter of kits picks their names as well. You may kindly request names in a PM but do not be salty or upset if they are not used.
➺ LGBT+ Characters are welcome here. Please know that there may be characters who, in character, do not agree and might be rude to your cat because of their own beliefs. Please remember the previous rules in regards to this, and if you have any issues with LGBT+ yourself, don’t join.
➺ Keep timelines more or less consistent. The same character cannot be in two places at once. Wrap up their scene one place before having them be somewhere else. The only acception to this is when a global timeskip happens, and when skipping more than pg scenes (mating, birthing).
➺ Please be realistic. A cat cannot take on a leader or a horde of cats and win. No purple cats, bangs, red eyes, etc etc. Also only name your characters after things they'd know. Exotic animals and plants, mythological things, and two-leg items are generally unacceptable, unless the character has a kittypet background and chose to keep some of their name. No perfect cats, give them some flaws.
➺ If joining BriarClan, you agree to keep out of character (OC or OoC) strictly separate from in character (IC). For example, that means if someone's character hates one of yours, you do not get overly mad or sad over it. A character’s thoughts and opinions are their own and not their roleplayer’s. You play by post and remain flexible based on what happens in the roleplay and not what's talked about out of it. See the 'play by post’ rule for more. Also, please put 'BCR' and your favorite color in your joining post so show you read the rules ; )
➺ You may make as many cats as you want, as long as you rp them all. This may be changed as time goes on and the clan grows. If you drop out of the clan or disappear, your cats my be put up for other people to play as them to keep things consistent. We encourage all of you to adopt kits born from two other characters. You can put your own cats up for adoption as well. This is to promote growth and family relations, as well as keeping the same cats in circulation. In loo with this rule, you may not join as a queen or a kit (unless you’re adopting an existing one). You may also not have two of your own characters be mates with each other.
➺ This clan is something of a 'play by post’ roleplay, as I feel roleplays should be. This means NO out of character planning. Let things unfold as they will in character. Act as your character would act and not how you want them to. Now, do not abuse this rule by making whatever you want happen. You still must be realistic, not spotlight or metagame, and ask before killing a character or something big. But even when it comes to those things, try not to plan ahead. Ask as the situation is occurring or right before. And take no for an answer and adapt. I take this rule very seriously so please take heed. In-character drama welcomed!

A pale tan or orange might offer more of a pop for the accent words?
And of course! I'm glad I could offer an option to try ^^"
