UnsightlyHeretic831 Oh hewwo there!) Lionpaw padded closer as the scent grew larger. He saw the she-cat standing there,"Heatherpaw. What are doing this close to Thunderclan without a warrior nearby you." Lionpaw looked condescending to himself because he also had no warrior with him.

Heatherpaw's eyes narrowed. "It appears you also don't have a warrior, either," She meowed. "So that makes us even. I'm here because this is my first time out as an apprentice, and I wanted to see the outside again." She remembered the first time she had been outside. It was beautiful.

"Yeah, but I'd prefer the moor," Heatherpaw admitted. "How's the prey running?" It was a casual statement that was usually said to cats from other clans. She had learned it from her father. Lionpaw is rather handsome... She thought, but pushed it away immediately. How could she think that? She was a loyal apprentice, soon to be warrior, of Windclan! And, she was the daughter of the leader. How could she break the code?

Heatherpaw looked shocked. "Who wouldn't want to be closest to Starclan? Being underneath the stars makes us closer to Starclan than the other clans. There is also a lot of space for running." Heatherpaw shuddered at the thought of being in a forest. Tight and noisy. She went on. "We can let our wild spirit run free on the moor, and that makes us the fastest cats out of all four clans."

"Windclan is used to the cold and the rain," Heatherpaw answered with pride. "We hunt in rabbit holes usually, so hunting is easy in Leaf-bare." She shifted around and gazed at Lionpaw. Wow, he really listens, she realized. Everyone always tells me to be quiet.

Heatherpaw nodded. "Maybe next half-moon. There will be enough light, but not too much, so no one will see us." She smiled. "I can show you some fighting moves I saw, they looked nice."

"Yeah." She nodded vigorously. "I should get going before my father finds out." She knew that Onestar would be furious if he found out that she liked a Thunderclan cat. "It was nice meeting you, Lionpaw!"

Tornear slowly wanders over to the two apprentices before glancing back at the Thunderclan border. "Everything all right?"

~`~ Tigerpaw ~`~ In Shadowclan's territory ~`~ Tags: none ~`~
Tigerpaw was out hunting, he wasn't with anyone, alone in the shadowy forest he stalked a crow who was foolish enough to land on the ground. He had been plagued with thoughts of his name's past, so to combat this, he wanted to hunt, feeding his clan and serving them always helped. 'This will prove my loyalty, I am not my name' He thought to himself silently.
His fluffy tail twitch only slightly, he creeped up on the crow silently. He was able to get close, closer than most can, he treaded lightly before pausing. His hind legs stiffened in preparation, before leaping to trap the crow, killing it swiftly, he held it proudly in his mouth before dropping it gently and scraping dirt and needles over it carefully. Surely his clan could appreciate this. He checked the air again, hoping to catch a new scent in the air.
~`~ Foxkit ~`~ In Thunderclan camp ~`~ Tags: none Foxkit was bouncing outside the nursery with a dry moss ball, the poor toy nearly crumbling. He would set it away from him, then pounce on it, sinking in claws and teeth into it, the earthy tang filling his mouth, and bits of moss under his claws. He would mew out phrases like "Got you!", "Hi-ya!" and "I win, Shadowclan jerk!" Somehow he managed to get farther and farther from the nursery each time, but he took no notice

"You should tell him NOTHING, you eavesdropper!" Heatherpaw hissed, her eyes blazing. "It's okay, Tornear. Just a mistake." She turned back to Harepaw. "We're just apprentices, it shouldn't matter to you."

(Sorry for the short reply!) Tawnypelt caught the scent of her son and headed towards it. The smell got stronger and stronger until she found him. She purred. "Hello, Tigerpaw, how was your day?"

Heatherpaw smiled at Tornear. "Just some mangy Thunderclan cat at the border. I think he was about to cross, but I scared him away. How about we go back to camp?" She flicked her ears innocently. Half-moon will be so fun! But I wonder how much Harepaw heard... She shook her head lightly, and returned to looking innocent and looking, well, not suspicious.

Dustpelt saw his son heading away from the nursery, and he padded over to nudge him. "You can catch those fox-hearted Shadowclan warriors when you get nearer to the nursery." He picked Foxkit up by the scruff and brought him back to the nursery. He put him down and grabbed the ball. "How about we take a trip to Leafpool for a fresher moss-ball?" Dustpelt suggested. "Then, we can play moss-ball."

"Either way, do you want to continue hunting or head back to camp?" Tornear questioned Harepaw. He didn't care either way and wanted the apprentice to have a say.

Tigerpaw - Shadowclan Territory - Tags: Tawnypelt (Vanillabean)
Tigerpaw turned to his mother at the sound of her voice, he returned his friendly purr, "Hi Mom, it was good i suppose, I thought the clan could use some more prey" He answered, his tail flicking in a relaxed manner. "I've already caught two birds!" He said, puffing out his fluffy chest, "What brings you out here?" He asked, tilting his head in a curious manner.
Foxkit - Thunderclan Camp -Tags: Dustpelt (@vanillabean) Foxkit meowed in protest at being moved. "I was just about to defeat those prey-stealers dad!" He exclaimed, He looked at the asd, dried moss ball. "But... I think you right, It appears this moss isn't much of ball anymore" He Added, with a giggle and sprung up to go with his father to Leafpool. "Momma says ive been growing! I bet im strong enough to hit it across the whole camp by now" The young cat squeaked on.

"What do you think?" Tawnypelt asked as she licked Tigerpaw's ears. "You are already becoming a lovely hunter, like your father." She commented. "Did you remember to bury your prey?" She asked, narrowing her eyes. I hope he remembered, She thought. But then she realized, Of course he did. He's grown, not a kit, Tawnypelt! She shook out her fur.

Tigerpaw - Shadowclan Territory - Tags: Tawnypelt(UnsightlyHeretic831)"Thanks mom, just you wait, One day I may even exceed him!" He responded to the praise. Tigerpaw chuckled at his mom's question. "You really think ol' Oakfur would let me get away with not properly hunting?" He answered jokingly. "Although with the cleaning up with the dens, there hasn't been much training. I hope i don't fall behind" He voiced his concerns to his mom.

"Oakfur won't let you fall behind," Tawnypelt reassured Tigerpaw. "You will be a great warrior, just you wait." She turned away to gaze off into the pine. She glanced at him, and she meowed, "Want to go hunting with me? Well, it isn't your choice, you're out alone. There are a lot of dangers out here, Tigerpaw. Be more careful." She eyed him sternly, but she loved him a lot and just didn't want him to get hurt for being foolish and heading out alone. It had happened to apprentices before, but it wouldn't happen again, according to the very protective and caring Tawnypelt.

"I can protect myself" He said stiffly. "...But if it keeps me off cleanup duty than of course" He added, in a lighter tone. He loved his mother but she was always so protective, Didn't she know he was grown? Looking out into the shady forests his ears picked a a ruffling fern, a couple foxlengths away, He turned to his mother as if to ask Did you hear that?

Tawnypelt twitched an ear to acknowledge him. "Stay close to me," She whispered slowly as she she stepped closer to the fluffy brown tom. Her gaze flitted around and she scented the air, her shoulder-fur bristling. No one hurts my lovely Tigerpaw! She thought protectively with a fierce passion to protect her kits, Dawnpaw, Tigerpaw, and Flamepaw. They would grow up to be the best cats they could be, and Tawnypelt would make sure of that. She couldn't bear it if she lost one of them. They were so precious and fragile, like a flower. She wouldn't let one hair on their pelts be harmed if she could help it.

Tigerpaw's tail's tip twitched and he crouched low, he creeped towards the sound slowly, scenting the air. 'Its probably prey'/i] He thought quietly to himself. He paused, he creeped a rabbit-length away from his mother. Unlike her bristle fur his fluffy tabby pelt lay still, still convinced It was a mouse that had creeped out to nibble on seed,or a toad who wandered to far from the lake.
