Hi! Thanks for clicking! I'm Sappho, and a few years ago I was a huge Fairy Tail fan; I followed the Manga weekly, watched the movie when it came out, and got seriously invested into those characters. My love for it died out awhile ago, but the other day I was remembering an old Fairy Tail RP i used to have and I just, really missed it! So I'm setting up this one! It's a fanon Guild, yes, because I like the freedom, and that means that none of the characters are in anyway connected to canon so no lovechild of Gray and Juvia or anything like that please ~ otherwise things start to get complicated. If you're interested in joining at all, please read on down a bit!! There's nothing too complicated i swear.

A few ground rules, the obvious ones from every RP apply; no Godmodding or Mary Sues, don't just vanish, keep things within the forum rules, at least four lines of RP per post, be polite to other members and stick to RPing your own characters.
Some more specific rules to this RP now, and I'm going to start with LGBT+ characters and members; I myself am a lesbian and I haven't made a straight character in a billion years so of course all are welcome!! If you're uncomfortable with that, then I'd strongly recommend not joining because that's just a drama bomb waiting to happen. Magic in Fairy Tail can be complicated at times, so I included a complete list of magic types from the Wiki. You may notice I didn't include God or Demon Slayer type Magics there, and it's not that they're not allowed, it's just that I couldn't be bothered adding them in when they're basically the same as Dragon Slayer. So yeah, join as one if you want, that's OK!! Regular Mages can have one major magic and one secondary, whilst S-Class mages can have two majors. If you're joining as a loner or rogue, let me know in the form if they're S-Class or not. You're allowed one S-Class mage and one type Slayer mage (if you want either of them). There's no limit on how many characters you can make. The universe of Fairy Tail allows for pretty much everything to happen, so if you want to make a character with three eyes who comes from a tribe that lives in sea caverns, that's fine by me. So long as you don't create anything that completely overshadows the rest of the RP, you can make your character as weird as you like. One thing I don't allow that I've seen in some Fairy Tail RPs is custom magic. Sorry, but it's a breeding ground for Godmodding, and I'm not risking the headaches. But on that note, you might notice that I created some OC Silver Keys. If you want one that so far no one else has, then it's up to you want they do, I don't mind you being creative! Just please remember that they are weaker than Gold Keys, and shouldn't be able to best them on pure strength. Also, if you could just google to see what Star they're named after and try to keep it close to it's original source, I'd appreciate that. And speaking of power, just keep in mind the status and ability of your characters. Your 16 year old regular mage wouldn't be able to beat an S-Class or Guild Master. Because anything can happen in this universe, I know it's easy to get carried away with what characters can do, so just, try to keep your head on in fight scenes. I know I mentioned being polite earlier, but in character? Go crazy! If they asking for it, smack 'em up.

There is a range of mountains in the north called the Heights that is always thick with snow at the very peak, but lush with pine woods and rich green rivers in spring and summer. The sun calls up fields of wildflowers along grassy hills and winding dirt paths give way to pathed roads as you get closer to the town in the basin of the valley. Soliiksary is a town made of cobblestone roads and brick houses, with strings of lights hanging from gas streetlight to house at every corner. It's a bustling place, and full of all sorts of people from all walks of life, where ancient culture and new inventions manage to nestle alongside each other in tandem. The beautiful mountain range draws folks from far and near to settle in the valley, which is snug alongside the River Radisson. Further up the tallest mountain is a white stone structure consisting of towers and domes, all bearing a grape coloured flag with two golden spheres; the flag of Yellow Moon Magic Guild.
The Guild; A rather imposing building that overlooks the town on the east side of the river. On its ground floor is the lobby, a decagonical room where the ten sides are formed by ten towers, all of various heights and topped with a dome. The Guild consists of a Mess Hall, including the bar, Dormitories for the Mages, an infirmary, multiple different kinds of training rooms and gyms, a pool, recreational rooms, a Boardroom for meetings, a small observatory in the highest tower, and a long, winding underground entrance that takes you under the River Radisson. The guild has been fortified over the years by every new Master, each adding something new, and it's high position on Mount Astrazma gives it a perfect vantage point.
Yellow Moon Origins; Originally formed to help battle the economic differences and crime rates between the two sections of Soliksary, Yellow Moon Magic Guild was founded by Pembe Kostolomov; a mage with no gender and a lot of hope for the currently criminal ridden mountain range. That was a long time ago, and since then, Yellow Moon has earned it's place among the major Guilds of the land, keeping The Heights as safe as they can. The name was picked after the famous yellow harvest moon commonly seen in late summer over the mountain range. According to local legend, the huge moon is meant to cause people to turn into wolf-like creatures.
River Radisson; This thick, curving body of water runs directly to the ocean, which is about a day's travel south from Soliksary. It also divides the town into two, and in the past there was great animosity between the two sides, the Eastern side being much poorer. Building Yellow Moon Guild on the East helped balance it out much more and ease tensions. There are several smaller bridges that are cut into parts and stations to cross, but the biggest bridge, that holds both traffic and pedestrians, is the Grotesk Bridge, which was formed by Pembe Kostolomov as an effort to merge the two communities.
Mount Astrazma; The highest Mountain, the top of which is always covered in snow. Some say it's a dormant volcano, with lava bubbling underneath it. Many streams and brooks run down Astrazma to meet The Radisson, one river in particular has formed a waterfall and large lagoon, not far from the Guild. This waterfall is used by many mages during training, or just for leisure. Sure, the pool is nice, but swimming underneath a waterfall is pretty cool.
Quartz Cave; Even further up the mountain is the Quartz Cave, a hollow cavern filled with stalactites, that seems to glow of it's own accord. The townspeople and some of the mages consider this a holy place of healing, and treat it with the utmost respect. Other people see it as literally a cave full of diamonds and do their damndest to get their hands on a few.

Caster Magic
Holder Magic
- Angel Magic: A form of magic that revolves around the summoning of angelic beings through the use of golden Angel Coins. The effects are different depending on the angel summoned. There are two drawbacks to this magic. One is that it shortens the casters life. The other is the it will inflict great pain on the caster each time an angel is defeated.
- Card Magic: A type magic that uses magic cards to produce various effects. They can generate elements, or even seemingly living beings. There are other effects they can be used for as well. Like tracking, or even other forms of magic like Sleep magic.
- Guitar Magic: A form of magic that revolves around the use of a guitar. There are two known variations: playing extremely loud music to distract and immobilize an enemy, or playing a song to take control of an opponent.
- Guns Magic: involves shooting magic bullets with magical effects.
- Jet Magic: utilizes a jet. The user uses a jetpack to roam freely with tremendous speed. They can also fire a blast of energy.
- Paper Magic: allows the user to create and control multicolored sheets of papers with various effects. This magic is mainly offensive, but can also be used for defense, escape, or imprisonment. The user can also morph their body into paper as well.
- Perfume Magic: uses vials filled with magical perfume. By uncapping the vials, the user releases a scent. Once inhaled, it triggers various affecting spells.
- Pict Magic: allows users to create drawings and use them in various ways. The tools needed to use this magic is a paint brush, paint, and a canvas. The canvas can be the user's skin.
- Ring Magic: uses special rings to cast spells and use magic. The rings are meant to enhance the user's magic power.
- Smoke Magic: uses an object to control colored smoke for different moves and spells.
- Storm Magic: uses a large scythe with a skull on it. The magic gives the user control over winds, clouds and lightning.
- Sword Magic: involving the use of swords, the weapons act as mediums for magic to be used in more powerful attacks.
- Urumi: A form of magic that uses black bands around all of the user's fingers. The bands produce flat cables, which can be manipulated by the user.
Dragon Slayer Magic
An extremely powerful form of Lost Magic that allows a mage to generate and control a certain element to their own will. To get stronger, the User possesses the ability to consume their corresponding element. Dragon Slayers are typically accompanied by a small winged cat known as an Exceed. Dragon slayers have obtained these abilities by either being taught by a dragon, or being implanted with a Dragon Lacrima. Some people have both done to them, but this third generation is rare, as the Dragons have been assumed dead for a long time.- Cavern Dragon Slayer

Celestial Keys Magic
Celestial Spirit Magic is a form of Holder type magic that uses Celestial Spirit Gate Keys to summon beings with specific powers. There are three types of keys; Silver, Gold and one Black key. Silver keys are more common, and there are many versions of them, whilst there is only one of every Gold key and Black key, and they are much stronger. Gold keys with a line through them have been taken.
Gold Keys: Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces
Black Key: Ophiuchus
Silver Keys: Crux, Lyra, Horologium, Nikora, Caelum, Pyxis, Polaris, Deneb, Andromeda, Canopus, Draco, Adhara, Castor, Shaula
Secondary Magic
- Animal Transformation: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to select a target and transform them into an animal. The target still retains their intelligence and magic, but they adopt mannerisms of the animal and their magic is proportioned to their new size.
- Archive: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to convert information into magical data, which can be stored. It is mainly used through flat screens, which are durable enough to sometimes be used as shields.
- Body Restriction Magic: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to prevent the affected target’s body from moving, basically paralyzing them and their magic. The magic is thought to need physical contact to work.
- Chain Magic: allows the user to shoot long chains from their hands, complete with grappling hooks on the ends.
- Concealment Magic: A form of Caster type magic that allows its user to conceal people and objects, preventing them from being sensed.
- Dispel: A more powerful secondary magic restricted to S-Class mages, this form of Caster type magic that allows the user to remove any spell from their afflicted target, whether it be detrimental or not.
- Eye Magic: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to use magic on a target through direct eye contact. Types: Dark Écriture, Figure Eyes, Stone Eyes, Demon’s Eye, Irene’s Eye
- Flattening Magic: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to distort their body structure and flatten it. Can gain a transparent appearance if powerful enough.
- Illusion Magic: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to create illusions. If powerful enough, can even deceive the most powerful of mages. The user can determine who sees and hears the illusions.
- Muscle Speak: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to increase the muscle mass of their allies around them. The user must be well toned to maximize the effects of this magic.
- Phasing Magic: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to pass through solid matter by temporarily merging with what they are attempting to pass through, harming neither themselves or the matter upon exit.
- Sleep Magic: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to induce sleep on a single or multiple targets.
- Sound Magic: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to perceive, generate, and manipulate any type of sound.
- Telekinesis: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to move and control things with their mind.
- Telepathy: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to talk with other people through their thoughts to converse over long distances.
- Teleportation Magic: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to cover large distances in the blink of an eye. Can also teleport others if wished.
- Terrain Effect Magic: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to manipulate the terrain of a specific area and give it different effects.
- Thread Magic: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to create and manipulate threads.
- Thought Projection: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to create a psychic copy of their boy. Usually these copies are intangible, like holograms, but if the user is powerful enough it can physically interact with the world around it.
Forbidden Magic
- Arc of Time: A type of Lost Caster magic that revolves around the manipulation of the "time" of objects of non-living or sentient things, such as water and trees. The user can fast forward an object's "time" into the future, making it decay rapidly or rush to attack an opponent.
- Athletic Magic: A form of Holder type magic that uses magical sandals. The magic allows the users to increase their movement speed and employ it to not only dodge attacks with ease, but also to quickly attack with a series of blows.
- Charm: A form of Holder type magic that hypnotizes a target into a state of attraction. This allows them to be coerced into doing activities they normally wouldn't do. This can be broken if the target is aware.
- Command Magic: A form of Holder type magic that uses a hand-shaped wand. This also the user to take over the body of only one target. Once under the command of the user, the user can manipulate the target into doing whatever they want. This only affects humans
- Copy Magic: A form of Caster type magic that allows the caster to perfectly transform into someone. This magic allows the user to gain the knowledge of the person they turned into, their magic, and their recent thoughts. This transformation only holds for five minutes, and the person can only retain two transformations at a time.
- Magical Drain: A form of Caster type magic that allows the user to cody the magic of any person they come in contact with. So far there is no known limit to the amount of magic than can be copied.
- Maguilty Sense: A type of Lost Caster magic that links people's emotions together, so they feel the same pain or stimulants. This includes death.
- Ushi no Koku Magic: A form of Lost Holder Magic that involves Voodoo. By placing a strand of an opponent's hair on top of an enchanted doll, the user gains control of their body.

Dorian Teratoid || 29 || Crash/Disassembly + Sleep + Dispel Magic || Lesbian || Guild Master
A long limbed, lanky, brown skinned woman with a shortly cropped shock of flaxen hair, that reaches just past her ears, and sits out from her head as if in permanent hat hair, so messy and choppy that she must cut it herself. Dorian is just short of 6 foot seven, and towers over most of her friends, a long and intimidating figure. Her left eye is a dark red, her right eye is an empty socket, scarred several times. Dorian is very androgynous, with a flat and figureless body. She looks underfed at times, with arms and fingers so skinny they're tantamount to skeletal, looks are deceiving however, because as the Guild Master, Dorian radiates magical power, to a level where it can almost be physically felt, and can hold her own in a physical fight, moving quickly and purposefully. She mainly wears a long burgundy travelling cloak with a high collar that cover her face up to her nose and a simple golden clasp. As well as this, she wears a faded, battered, witch's hat, the brim of which curves down to cover her empty eye socket. Under her cloak, which she rarely removes, she wears a white, short sleeved shirt, the first three buttons usually undone, plain brown trousers, grey braces and hard wearing black boots. She has a plain shepherd's crook with an old ram's horn at the end of it, which she uses as a kind of walking stick and her left ear is pierced with a dangling red jewel. Her guild tattoo is at her left collar bone and is a dark rusty red.
Often found deep in her own hebetude, Dorian doesn't say much, stoic and distant until the end. She is not impolite or aloof intentionally (thought this often appears to be, as she is incredibly honest, forgetful and hard to engage in anger or happiness) she just believes that her actions speak for herself. She was a bit of an odd candidate for Guild Master, but since stepping up to the role, it's clear that under the mask of apathy, is an observant and clever woman who goes to great lengths to keep the members of her guild safe. She prefers to do things in secret, and will never explain herself or her reasoning to anyone, even her most loyal friends, asking them to just trust her instead. She's not a team player personally, much preferring her own company, but that's not to say she's selfish; it'd be a closer analysis to call her shy. She's sort of a hidden figure among the guild, blending in at the back, watching, listening and thinking, but rarely partaking. She's not allergic to fun, and isn't too much of a stickler for the rules (when she was younger, she was insubordinate and lazy, rebellious in her own lethargic way). Dorian's always been a bit of a lone wolf, even as a child, big crowds make her anxious and public speaking with strangers makes her queasy, but she's gotten good at hiding that. She understands the importance of exuding her own kind of bored confidence for her guild, and has an excellent poker face. She's a tough gal to read, and though few members of the guild properly know her, she considers them family and watches over them closely.
Dorian is a rare natural born mage, with Crash/Disassembly magic, and as a young child, caused a lot of damage in her time. She took on Sleep magic in her teens, using it to get out of things she didn't want to do, or avoid social interaction that could end badly. She reached S-Class level at the age of twenty, where she also took on Dispel magic. This was a judgement call - she had good control over her magic and could exercise supreme patience after a lifetime of living with her destructive natural magic. She was also eager to learn it as she was, physically, quite a weak fighter and Dispel could help her get out of a lot of fights without getting too close. After losing her right eye however, she stepped up her training with actual fist-to-fist combat.
She was raised in the guild, it's all she's ever really known, and always assumed she'd been left here because of her destructive nature. Dorian always had a quiet way about her, and was pretty creepy as a child, collecting bird bones and staying out late at night on her own, often talking to herself. She was never overly popular in the guild, and didn't get along well with the older mages as a young teenager, often refusing to do as she was instructed, and spending most of her days meditating, to try and control her magic better. The older she got, the more the guild just got used to her weird behaviour, and she settled in once she started listening to other people more, and cooperating with the senior mages. She lost her eye about a year after she was made S-Class and stopped taking jobs for a long time, too scared to get back out there. She also became extremely self conscious about her appearance, after already being shy and elusive for her whole life. She started covering herself up, and wearing the witch's hat to shield her face and though she regained a lot of her confidence in time and started to take on missions again, she never changed her appearance ever again. When the old Guild Master, Rada Kozlov, told her that if anything were to happen to herself, Dorian would be taking over, the younger woman stepped up her game in communicating and learning about her guild members, so that when Rada did inevitably die, the guild was happy with her coming to power.
Dorian saw Rada as a mother figure and regrets not telling her that before she died. She is Agoraphobic, and likes her big cloak and hat because they make her feel safe and enclosed, even if she's out in the open. Dorian suffers from nightmares and still sleeps with a small light occasionally. Her favourite animal is the bunny rabbit, and she loves to see wild ones on the grassy slopes outside the guild. Farrell Ganymede Alate || 19 || Fairy Magic || Gay || Innkeeper
Being tall and big doesn't stop him from being flexible, Farrell has dark brown skin, a rounded face and a squashed nose. The hair along the side of his head is black and shaved down close to the scalp, but the hair on top of his skull is a pale lavender grey and has been left to grow long and curly, often falling into his face. He normally wears a sleeveless black polo shirt with a purple sheen to it, but the back of it is made of black mesh rather than shirt material. His trousers are plain black with big pockets and a chunky silver belt, to his left is a long, lavender, asymmetrical piece of material reaching to his knee. He wears black dress shoes and normally has black and grey fingerless gloves on. Farrell's ears are slightly pointed and pierced, tiny purple stones in both, as is his septum, with a neat black ring. There's a neat white scar running the length of his right arm, from his thumb to his shoulder, a memento of an old fight. Farrell has no time for gender roles and is often seen wearing makeup, mainly black eyeliner and dark lipstick. Along the side of his head and the length of his arm, Farrell has black tattoos of arrows and dashes, these glow a luminous purple when he's using his magic. Along his back is a set of fairy wings the merge with his skin when not in use, and pass through the fine mesh of his shirt when he unfurls them. His guild mark is located on his left shoulder blade and is a purple colour.
Eloquent, confident and glamorous, Farrell can come across as arrogant and pessimistic when you first meet him, and no one can be blamed for thinking those things. He's got a caustic sarcastic wit, a very dry and catty sense of humor. He does his best to hide any emotion he has under some kind of barbed comment, which normally has a creative and very specific threat in it. In truth, though Farrell has been known to get into a fight or two, he's a fairly relaxed man who takes serious provoking before he's actually pushed into physical response. He's a bit dense when it comes to emotions and isn't always the most sympathetic or comforting person to be around, but he was given the job as Innkeeper for a reason, and that reason is that he's good with people. If you can ignore one or two empty threats, he's sharp as a tack and very articulate, it's easy to get a good conversation going. He doesn't stand for any nonsense from anyone, having been known to physically remove people from his bar, or break up bar fights with relative ease, but he's a good entertainer, knowing how to do a variety of bar tricks, and always having a juicy story to tell. As the barkeep, Farrell gets all the best gossip and seems to have infinite knowledge on people's personal lives, to the point where it borders on scary. He doesn't know how to deal with compliments, and can be flustered by someone being sweet to him, yet he isn't afraid to start swinging when called upon.
Fairy Magic just seemed like the right fit for Farrell went he decided what he wanted to learn. It wasn't an incredibly thought out procedure, because he literally signed up for a class and was attracted to the name 'fairy'. Still used to living in his secluded home in the forest, he was unaware that it's typically a 'girl' genre of magic, and isn't going to shy away from a fight with someone who tries to make fun of that. He doesn't have the best control, and so uses a black wand to help direct his attacks. It also works as a kind of amplifier to bigger attacks, normally used for throwing rowdy people out. He's been using his wings since he was a child, and is a great flier, nimble in the air, able to make tight bends or large dives.
Farrell comes from a magic community that's sunk deep into an ancient wood, and the people there tend to have various animal appendages and the glowing tattoos the barkeeper shares. It's secluded from the world, and going there is like walking back in time (few do go there though, it's not very welcoming). Farrell decided to leave his home to try and track down his father, who was an outsider to the community and hadn't been seen in years. Outside his woods, he fell in love with the modern world and learnt Fairy Magic in a small school. He never found his father, but he knew he'd never be satisfied if he returned to the forest, so he took up residence in Soliksary working in a clothing store. He was approached by Dorian to mend her hat (it had caught fire. long story.) who, after speaking with him and hearing his story, offered him a place at Yellow Moon. He's not the most gifted with his magic, having started so late, and struggled with doing the jobs on time, though he found himself liking being around company again, feeling a little homesick for the close knit community he once knew. When the role of Innkeeper became available, he was only meant to have the spot until they found someone who wanted it, but it was a natural fit and he stayed.
Farrell himself has a tremendous immunity to alcohol and considers the rest of the guild weak as water for letting their liquor go so quickly to their heads. Despite the amount he drinks, he is rarely seen hungover, so either he knows something we don't or he's great at hiding it. He still wonders about his father, but doesn't want to leave the guild now that he's made it his home. He's really great at mending or altering clothes, and not unlike a magpie, Farrell loves shiny things, and has an impressive stash of jewelry.
