Hey!! c: I'd try to turn them into something like a far-way bridge or the electric line. Adding a mast on the right may do the trick.
As for the lines on the edge of the muzzle... if it doesn't have to be a specific dog, I'd expand the muzzle itself. v: Otherwise make it seem like it serves some artistic purpose (add it to other edges a bit or something).

I do that all the time! you could cut it out and glue it onto another bit of paper.

I was thinking the same thing as Fuzzy. I would just cut it and put it on new paper in some way.

Along Fuzzy's logic, you could scan it and continue the drawing digitally. Then you would easily be able to erase the lines. Your drawing is awesome by the way
