I'd say so, but it'd be part of their actual animal form. Say they can shapeshift into something like an eagle or something, as they grow older and practice their abilities they could probably just shift so they have wings only. it's also completely possible they developed strangely as a shapeshifter and had wings only and then later on learned how to tap into their shapeshifting magic and can now completely shift into their animal form at will. etc. it's really up to u on how u want to play it. but yeah the wings would be tied into an animal form so whatever bird species u were thinking about would be chillio n it would count as an ability.

I made a child! JUst trying to figure out how to upload a picture of her because i'm dumb I posted the form if u want to start filling it out. Idrc if u don't feel like doing it rn, that's chill bc it'll be awhile before I finish up the kingdoms/factions anyhow. I just thought u'd like to check it out
Also I was considering ur question about the animals for shapeshifting regarding one animal = one ability. I know I previously said that, but I reconsidered it and this is what I'm going to go for: If your character is a shapeshifting specialist, I'd say they could probably have multi forms[1-5] but not like... all animals, you feel me? I don't want a shapeshifter that's essentially the do all become all kinda individual. But like they'd have to specialize in shapeshifting/train very hard in that form of magic c:
Since I do have a shapeshifter except his shapeshifting is more of face stealing LUL and honestly if he can take multi forms I don't see why ur character shouldn't be able to. though the ability of their magic should also align with their actual magic mastery level. n uh yeah that's about it.

The Kingdoms
The Kingdom of Lacuna Per Angusta Ad Augusta. Through difficulties to honors.
Home of the Royal BloodlineSpanning across the west region of Itox, Lacuna is a kingdom that is surrounded by thick forests and tall mountains, split into four known regions. The Western Uplands, the Lacuna Plains, the Central Uplands, and the Magnus Mountains.
The Western Uplands makes up the western coast of Itox, defined by hard, ancient rock that have been weathered over time. There are many marshes, lakes, and fjords found here. The weather here is not always forgiving with harsh winters and climates that make growing most crops harder. As a result, people who yield from the Western Uplands are known for their sturdiness and steadfast nature. The Lacuna Plains is home to navigable rivers and a friendly environment for seasonal crops. The land fosters trade and development and is home to Lacuna's big sprawling cities. The people here are generally more friendly and proud. The Central Uplands are lower in altitude than the Magnus and have dense trees and some central highlands. The area is sparsely populated, but those that do live here navigate the woods like the back of their hand. They're very determined people. The Magnus Mountains is the last region of the Lacuna Kingdom with high elevations, rugged plateaus, and sloping land with steep inclines. There are less people here than in the central uplands, but they're very rugged individuals who keep mostly to themselves.
The Vivas Castle where the queen resides has only one entrance and is a fortress to bypass if one manages to bypass the natural defense of the central uplands forestland leading in to the lacuna plains. It is an archaeological feat, built of beautiful grey stones with tall towers and flags bearing the royal Vivas' family's crest, a roaring lion.
The people of the Kingdom of Lacuna are known for their self reliant nature. They are hard workers and are naturally suspicious of outsiders and valiant supporters of the Queen's right to the throne by blood right. However, despite their steadfast loyalty, they are untrusting of magicians and fearful of them. Their magicians are usually isolated as a result because the commoners generally regard them as cursed or wrong - a defiance of nature itself. The magicians of the Kingdom of Lacuna are generally - more often than not - free reign magicians.
The kingdom itself is ran through a strong Central Monarchy following a Feudalistic system. Nobles are given land exchange for military service and protection of the crown, and in turn they have their own vassals and peasants who were tied to the lands, farming and tending to it. The nobles of the Lacuna Kingdom however are all tied to the Queen by their oaths and loyalty, but unlike the old feudalism there is no discouragement of trade, communication, or sharing of the culture. This has led to steadfast loyalty from the people to the Queen, who is a strong central authority to look up to and unite under.

Rightful Claim to the Throne Elemental magic is using one of nature's elements to one's disposal. Elemental control starts with the basis of learning how to bend an element to one's will and form it. In the second level, magicians learn how to use magic as its forte, fire as offensive, earth as defensive, etc. Later, magicians learn how to use the element in its opposite forte and will become capable of using the element for tactical assistance Such as merging elements for combos. The later stages, level four and five, of training includes creating a living elemental partner, capable of leading an attack on its own and sacrificing itself for a short while. These "living elemental partners" are most akin to golems or animals made completely of elements. The last and strongest form of elemental magic is eternal element. With eternal element, individuals will put a lot of strain on their body and use up a lot of stamina; but, in return the element is basically indestructible and "eternalized", except when it comes into contact with an equally powerful opposite eternal element. The element can become a weapon or a wall and can only be released by the castor if willed. The last thing about elemental magic is something known as "overtake"; if a magician is capable of a higher level of mastery, they are capable of overtaking magic and dispelling it. If they are at equal measures in abilities, then the one with more skills and stronger element will overcome. Elemental magic follows this cycle; ice < fire < darkness < light < lightning < water < earth < wind < metal < ice. Other elemental types; ink, acid, and plant magic are considered sub categories, therefore they do not have one nullification, but multiple. Sub elements have more weaknesses but also more strengths therefore making them specialized in a manner but also dangerous.
Shapeshifting Shapeshifting is the ability to change the form of a human to a non- human form. Shapeshifting is the ability to take one differing form of some sort of animal; whether it be a fantasy, non-existent, or just a normal creature. But then again, there's always some odd balls that come around with strange shifting capabilities, like expanding or shrinking, changing the body's mass, elasticity, or shifting into weird things, like plants. There is the basic stage of shifting where magicians have to learn to accommodate with the natural instincts of their new form and get used to the body. As shifting becomes more natural and magicians learn how to control their instincts, they can do more advanced shiftings like change their accustomed size and their overall form. For example, a shifter can shift into a half animal form, or anthro form the more used to shifting they become. However, all shifting styles are unlocked by experience and opportunity and cannot be taught.

I feel you bro and if that's how you want to go then, bro that's cool! I previously wanted her to be like half dragon kind of deal because she uses fire, fire=dragon=pretty cool shapeshifting but maybe making her have more abilities would be cool. I wanted her to be like level five (Is that cool?) but when if I make her turn into different forms then imma tell you which ones to see if they cool. Dragon though is a keeper.
