Meanwhile: Robert Hayes was having a conference with a few of the generals and his closest allies. They had a general idea on how the war would go and were making plans on what to do if things went a certain way. Robert really wanted to use nuclear weapons but his counsel were trying to talk him out of it. The nukes would be used but only when the time was right.
