OOC Koa to Del (Headphone Actor)
IC Koa — Witch School — Weird Science
Koa has gone back to looking at his desk when Del started to talk again. His hope for this conversation to end was slowly diminishing. It didn’t seem like she was about to leave him alone any time soon, and so, he would just have to deal with it and try his best not to be a train wreck of a human being. It shouldn’t be nearly as hard as it was. Seriously, Koa, get it together man.
He let his hand relax, residing the urge to continue the nervous tick of tapping. “Her name is Monte. I came with her to the Isle, but we got sent to different schools. I’m here, at Witch School, and Moe got sent to Serpent Prep,” he explained, looking at Del for a second before he looked away. Eye contact made him nervous. It was often used as an intimidation tactic, and he was intimidated by this girl as it was, he didn’t need to up that fear any more than it already was.
He really was hopeless, wasn’t he? Koa leaned back in his seat. Completely hopeless, he was. Couldn’t even hold a normal conversation or eye contact with someone who was at least trying to talk to him.

OOC Harley to Addie (@wildmask)
IC Harley — Dragon Hall — Fencing Class
Harley rolled her eyes at the princess comment, but she let it slide. She was not a princess, she was a goddess and it would do well for people to remember that. However it wasn’t like Addie wasn’t aware of that. Besides, Harley should just be glad that she didn’t get mad about her previous comment.
“Sure. We’ll take over the world with our combined skill sets. No one will see it coming,” she said, voice no different than usual. Honesty, Harley made it near impossible to tell when she was joking and when she was being completely serious.

Adelaide -- Drangon Hall -- Fencing Class
Gaston's daughter smirked a little and shrugged. "Maybe one day, but for now we are just going to play the part of a student." She winked at Harley and turned her head as the teacher finally wandered in, only fifteen minutes into their forty-five minute class. She snorted softly, "Took her long enough." Adelaide tucked her hair behind her ear and lifted her saber a bit.
"Good luck gorgeous." She winked at Harley before jogging over to the front line up, where those who wanted to start the rounds of usually stood. Her green eyes glimmered with excitement, this was her favorite part, winning.

Maggie DunBroch ---> Maverick Olympia || { Fire on Cloud Nine } || Fencing (Dragon Hall)Maggie nodded, taking in this information for a moment. She didn't even comment on how this guy was nicer than she was led to believe the Isle kids would be. She could puzzle over that once she got the hang of fencing. Instead, she copied the position that Maverick had started with before her attack, holding the saber the way she thought she saw him holding it.
"A'right, then." She confirmed, before grinning at the son of Hades. "Le' me try that!" [Alright, so I think in this case, you'd roll a Strength for Mav vs. a Dex for Maggie, to see if Mav hits it or if Maggie manages to pull off the move? You'd roll on that dice page we linked to on the front page, then add 1 for whatever number you end up with.]

Collie de Vil ---> Claude de Vil || { @wildmask } || Murder Class (Dragon Hall) Yeah, let me know. I'll fill you in on what the others have to say about them. Any ideas on why they might be here in the first place?
Collie put her chin in her hand, drumming her fingers quietly against her desktop. Why wouldn't this stupid class hurry up and end, already? While she appreciated the chance to talk this out with Claude, who was occasionally more collected about things going on without the two of them knowing, she wanted to get out now, so she could investigate this a lot better. The witch doctor-in-training hadn't told her a lot - just that he'd seen them coming off the boat, and the little bit the goblins on the docks would tell him.
She was still at a loss at how he could even understand the ugly little brutes. But whatever, if they gave him sound information, then she could live with it.

Claudette de Vil -- Collie --Murder Class-- Dragon Hall
She nodded and scribbled quickly, No clue. Maybe they're all cats. This is the cat dumping ground after all.
Claude returned to her sketch, incredible focused as she finished the little sketch. With one last swipe of the pencil she closed the notebook and tossed the pencil into her bag, leaning back in her desk Claude looked up at the clock. 5:32. Whelp that was still broken. Wonderful. How much longer did they have in this class? She honestly didn't even want to be in school anymore.
The teacher droned on about how long it took to drown someone and how the body shuts down as they lose oxygen. She rolled her eyes and shook her head. He was taking all the fun out of it.

OOC Harley to Addie (@wildmask)
IC Harley — Dragon Hall — Fencing Class
Harley rolled her eyes at the comment, shaking her head slightly. She waited a few moments before she walked a bit closer, staying by the wall, but finding a better spot to watch. She hadn’t seen Addie in action yet. A part of her was curious to see if she was really as good as she said she was. Besides, it wouldn’t hurt to watch her brother either. He could use some support. (Sorry it’s short, there isn’t much for Harley to do.)

OOC Elijah to Fausto (Headphone Actor)
IC Elijah Grimhilde — Witch School — Magical Creatures 101
Elijah twirled the mirror around in his hand, not bothering to hide it. The teacher in this class wouldn’t dare take it from him. Some teachers would, but not this one. So he was going to enjoy one of the very few good looking people on this isle: himself. “You’re stunning, you are,” he told his reflection, giving a charming smile at it as he leaned forward in his seat, textbooks pushed to the side in favor of himself being partially sprawled out on his desk.
Now, unlike some of the others, Elijah hadn’t met any Auradon transfers yet. He probably didn’t even know any of them were here. Whether he truly hadn’t seen any new faces in the school, of had simply been too taken with his himself to notice. He could have walked right past one of the transfers and not even noticed because really, why would he pay any attention to anyone that didn’t have a face like this?
Speaking of which, Elijah smiled at the mirror again, fluffing up his hair a little. “Gorgeous. You absolutely gorgeous man, you are,” he told himself and laughed slightly. “Oh stop it, you handsome flatterer, you.”
If anything else, at least Elijah kept his commentary mostly to himself and quiet when in class, as to not put everyone else through this weird self obsession he had.

Earl Fisi son of ed
Fifteen minutes into the start of Serpent Prep classes and Earl had yet to find the right classroom. Every classroom looked the exact same. He would stop and look into each classroom, wondering if he was in the right one or not, and when noticed he would merely give out that squeal-laugh of his before swiftly turning and running back down the hallway. The kids who actually went to their classes should be used to Earl’s antics by now - he forgot which of his classes were in what room every. Single. Day. It was safe to say that the poor boy struggled on a day to day basis. He could tell you just about everything there was about bones and skeletal structures, but give him the simple task of getting to class and he would utterly fail. Poor Earl wasn’t the sharpest Crayon in the box, that was for sure.
A few unruly kids were walking down the hallway. Picking up their voices before he could see them, Earl stopped like a deer caught in the headlights. He slunked down as if attempting to hide himself from prying eyes. Before being spotted, like that would do anything in the long run anyway, he fled into the nearest room, slamming the door behind him. As if that was a smart move and would keep him from being spotted.
The hyena-ish boy let out a sigh before he began looking around at the classroom. Only four other students were there, yet they were all looking at him. Or most of them at least.
Earl felt a nervous chuckle slip off his tongue. ”H-hi, I’m here, eheheheh,” more laughter slipped off his tongue. This probably wasn’t even his class, but he was here and he had been spotted. Well, this was his class now. Earl slinked off to an empty seat, eyes burning into his skin as people watched him, stared at him. Nothing new. This was nothing new. He sat down and squirmed around until he was comfortable; had he had the mental capacity to notice who was who other than his hyena gang and Sanura, he would have noticed that the kid he sat by was somebody he had never seen on the Isle before. Somebody who wasn’t even a native to the Isle.

(You're good lol)
Adelaide -- Harley -- Fencing Class
The girl walked forward onto the strip of white tape and watched as Matthew step forward onto the other white line. He was the best in class, a child of the Huntsman. Her green eyes shimmered at the challenge. Her opponent pulled on his helmet, but she didn't bother. He knew better than to strike at her face. Taking her stance the saber was like an extension of her arm as the two of them circled each other. It took only a moment for him to lunge at her. She dodged immediately and took that moment to turn and swipe his saber away from her form, charging him a little and gaining a point by jabbing him in the chest. The two separated and returned to the lines, then went again. Within seconds she had a second point and he was clearly getting angry and frustrated.
Adelaide tapped her saber on the ground and waited for Matthew to lunge at her. Her eyes shimmered in amusement, she was one point away from winning. His thrusts were hard and angry, she didn't dodge fast enough and he got her arm, slicing right through her suit. She hissed and jerked away from the blade. Her eyes darkened angrily. "You b*tch." She cursed, the teacher blowing the whistle for them to stop, but she lunge, burying her saber in his side, slicing deeper. She yanked it away and walked towards him, her eyes only at his shoulder height, but he was hunched in pain, so they were face to face. "Take note. If you're going to wound, do it right." She flipped her hair over her shoulder as she turn, swatting him in the face as she walked away, her arm bleeding through her suit, her shirt probably stained with blood as well.

Del Grimhilde ---> Koa Tala'tui || { 𝕊’𝕞𝕠𝕣𝕖 } || Weird Science (Witch School)Del grimaced at this information. "That's rough." She couldn't imagine being separated from Eli, despite their differences. "Sanura's a nasty piece of work. I hope for her sake, your sister isn't as jumpy as you." While she didn't have a personal grudge against the leader of the neighboring crew, that didn't mean that the diva appreciated her or her methods, either. Evil - and revenge - could be taken care of in a much less...messy method than the lioness seemed to favor. "If she can keep the cat from toying with her, though, she should be alright. The others tend to follow her lead."

OOC Basu to Earl (Feathertalon)
IC Basu Singh — Serpent Prep — Evil Schemes and Nasty Plots
Now, Basu hadn’t wanted to come to the Isle, not when he had much more resources on Auradon to further his studies. However, Bala had volunteered for both of them to go, and Bagheera had supported the idea, saying that if anyone could do this, it would be them. So, it wasn’t like Basu had been in any position to argue or fight. Besides, he could still focus on his studies here, he would just have to find new resources.
So, when he had arrived to the chosen school for him and Bala alike: Serpent Prep, he had gotten to his first class early. It wasn’t one he would personally choose to learn about, however, this was still a useful class, and one he intended to give his best.
That, of course, was easier said than done when some boy interrupted the class, and it had taken all of five seconds for Basu to decide that he didn’t like this kid. Though to be fair, he didn’t like anyone that interrupted a class, acted like some sort of bumbling idiot, and then not only sat beside him, but fidgeted around for so long it made it near impossible for Basu to concentrate on his own studies.
Even just this man’s presence was putting Basu off. So, he decided he might as well see what this guy had been up to, before so rudely interrupted class like that. So, he cleared his throat and looked over at him. “Excuse me. I don’t think we’ve been introduced. I’m Basu,” he introduced himself, brow raised as he looked this strange man over. Not quite sure what to make of him yet.

Fausto Facilier ---> Elijah Grimhilde || { 𝕊’𝕞𝕠𝕣𝕖 } || Magical Creatures 101 (Witch School)
Weird things happened practically every day on the Isle. As the man who prided himself on knowing anything and everything going on, or even before it happened, Fausto was very well-versed in the peculiar quirks of the various...pillars of their community.
It didn't make Elijah talking to himself any less weird, though.
Fausto could understand loving yourself - in a place like this, that was the only assured, genuine love you were probably going to get, outside of maybe siblings - but he also didn't understand the appeal of talking to a reflection. It didn't tell you anything you didn't already know, so it was a waste of time and breath. Unless he was specifically doing it to weird out everyone else, which was a possibility.
It was working.
Never mind that, though. It wasn't Fausto's business to unravel Eli's egomania, and that meant he didn't really care. Besides that, he didn't want to aggravate him anyway. The Grimhilde boy was fairly harmless if you left him to his own devices, but making him mad definitely wasn't the best idea.
"Earth to Elijah?" The witch doctor refrained from waving his hand in between Eli and his mirror. He wasn't an idiot, after all. "I have some news, and it's something good." He paused for a moment, before grinning, his brown eyes lighting up with amusement. "Literally."

OOC Harley to Addie (@wildmask)
IC Harley Olympia — Dragon Hall — Fencing Class
Once Addie had begun to fight, Harley couldn’t deny that it was interesting. She was good at it, Which was something Harley couldn’t say she was. It was slightly memorizing to watch the fight. ”Impressive,” She muttered to herself, willing to admit that she was impressed. That is until Addie got hurt and reacted poorly. Not that Harley could blame her, she probably wouldn’t react much better if some fool had actually managed to get her. Which probably wouldn’t be hard, but still.
Adelaide may not have handled it well, at least, not near as tactfully as Harley would’ve, but she definitely put her opponent in his place, which was admirable in its own way. If anything, he was lucky that that was all Addie had done. She watched a little longer, leaning against the wall with her arms folded, giving a small nod towards Adelaide. Not sure if it was out of approval, some sort of cheering on, or just recognition, but it was something at least, to let her know that Harley was watching.

OOC Koa to Del (Headphone Actor)
IC Koa Tala’tui — Witch School — Weird Science
Koa began the tapping again, only this time slower and slightly less panicked. “Moe’s smart. She knows how to handle herself.” Better than he did at least. Koa had often watched in awe at his sister. She seemed capable of doing everything he was not able to. Maybe one day, he’d have the confidence to do those things, but right now, he was lucky he was maintaining a conversation with someone at all. “She’ll do fine there,” he added, glancing at Del for a second.
Better than he would do here, that was for sure. “What about here? Who...who should I be worrying about?” He questioned, taking to fiddling with his fingers. He didn’t know who that Sanura person was, but he was sure Monte could handle her. He was a bit more concerned with the people here and who he might have to worry about.

Collie de Vil ---> Claude de Vil || { @wildmask } || Murder Class (Dragon Hall)
This little comment caused the light-haired twin to smirk, probably the first cheerful expression she'd made that morning. Way to go, Claude. Best sister.
Maybe they gave old King Beast fleas? Or scratched up his favorite throne, anyway? Hacked a hairball into his soup?
She didn't suggest that they go and introduce themselves to the transfers, not just yet. That would be stupid, and if she could avoid being brainless about something, she would. Being an imbecile meant a sure death, at least to her, so she had to use what she had to her advantage. The cat jokes had somewhat cheered her up, though, and look at this through a less...unpleasant lense.
They could use this. After all, a kid from Auradon that was dumped onto the Isle could still be trained up. They just had to know what they were working with, first, was all.

OOC Elijah to Fausto (Headphone Actor)
IC Elijah Grimhilde — Witch School — Magical Creatures 101
Now, he wouldn’t usually care what Fausto had to say. Of course it could be interesting, but if it didn’t somehow relate to Elijah himself, he didn’t tend to care. So when Fausto began talking, which demanded attention, Elijah had to set his mirror down to look over at him. “Oh? And what is so important that you want to tell me?” He asked, resting his elbow on his desk to look at him.
He never knew what to think of Fausto, he wasn’t without his looks, but then again, Elijah wouldn’t say he was anything special-like him, but not near as bad as some of the other people on the isle, and it was very clear that he had plenty of useful information on him. It was just rare that Elijah cared. He didn’t tend to stick his nose in others business. Maybe that was why he hadn’t lost any of his gang yet.
Unlike some other leaders that he wouldn’t mention.
Though then again, that could just be because neither of the other gangs cared about his, which he refused to admit, because he was in it and he was far too impressive for those not to care about him.
The point was, while Fausto wasn’t the worst to look at, and plenty useful, Elijah had yet to find a good use for him, so he couldn’t say he had formed an opinion on him beyond that. But if Fausto had something of actual use to tell him. By all means, he was all ears for at least a few good minutes before he got bored and would want to return to his mirror.

Adelaide -- Harley -- Fencing Class
Adelaide met Harley's gaze as the other nodded at her. What could that mean? Honestly she didn't know. Her face was blank as she walked out of the gym and to the locker room. She pulled her gear off and tossed it to the side as she lifted her sleeve to get to the wound, cleaning it off, the blood rinsing into the sink. As the blood washed away it was easy to see the bruises on her arm. Her eyes were dark with anger as she looked at the bruises that formed a large hand, they were fresh.
Grabbing a wrap she put some gauze over the gash and wrapped it up, not bothering to do much else. Pulling her shirt off she tossed it in the trash and grabbed a different one from her locker and wiped the tears from her hollow looking eyes. Maybe if Matthew had sliced her any other day she wouldn't have reacted so harshly, but it had already been a long morning for her. Gaston was a drunk, an angry drunk who thought of his daughter as nothing better than a pathetic woman to use and didn't ever forget to remind her.
Slamming her locker she snagged her bag and left the school, disappearing out of Dragon Hall, she needed some fresh air.

Del Grimhilde ---> Koa Tala'tui || { 𝕊’𝕞𝕠𝕣𝕖 } || Weird Science (Witch School)
This caused Del to pause and think for a moment, considering his words. "We aren't a bunch of savages at this school, so 'worry' would be the wrong word. Most people here won't ruin your day if you stay out of their way." She informed him, before adding, "I'd say you'd have to worry about my brother, Eli, the most. Don't insult him, don't take his mirror, don't talk back to him and you should be fine." The diva warned, before continuing, "Fausto Facilier, and Charlie Catt, neither of them are much to worry about, but I also wouldn't trust either of them as far as you could throw them. They're useful, though." The last sentence was almost an afterthought. Despite being a pair of two-faced sneaks, they were excellent at being two-faced sneaks, and their information was generally invaluable. "The Marchendrache twins - Maleficent's kids - you only really need to worry about Mayhem when it comes to ruining your day. Maloch generally doesn't put in the effort. Watch out for that bird of his, though, it sees a lot." Del thought some more. Should she warn him about Morrigan? She didn't really bother anyone, so it seemed negligible. "More or less, if you don't upset anyone, they'll leave you alone."

She flipped her fishtail over her shoulder and walked from the classroom to head back to her locker then wander off to her next class.

Maggie DunBroch ---> Maverick Olympia || { Fire on Cloud Nine } || Fencing Class (Dragon Hall)All it took on the battlefield was a moment of hesitation.
Maggie knew this - she grew up on this knowledge - and still, that split second was a failure when she neglected to react. That second when the saber was coming at her, her head was filled with the method of the attack, forgetting that overthinking things could be fatal.
Thankfully, this wasn't.
Maverick had stopped short, which surprised her again, but she fought the feeling to the back of her head and instead went for the move. Blade met blade, but when Maggie went for the spin, she was already off-kilter, and she ended up missing wildly.
This frustrated the ginger warrior, and she crossed her arms. "Can we do tha' again? I swear I'm actually here this time."

OOC Koa to Del. (Headphone Actor)
IC Koa Tala’tui — Witch School — Weird Science
Koa took in every bit of information she gave, trying to memorize names and what to watch out for. Eli, Del’s brother, biggest problem, don’t take the mirror, don’t insult him, don’t talk back. All of which was beyond doable, he’d just avoid him. Then Fausto and Charlie, he should also probably just avoid them, in fact, he was thinking he should just avoid everyone actually, because he wasn’t so sure about the Me...m...whatever their names were, either.
He nodded along, clearly trying to memorize every single word that Del said. “Right, right. Thanks, I’ll keep that in mind. So, so Witch School is a bit safer than the others?” He questioned, looking back to her. From the way she talked about it, it seemed to him that this school wasn’t as big of a threat as the others. Which was all kinds of reassuring for the poor anxious boy. In fact, it made him think that maybe he could do this. Del had already proven to be helpful. If everyone else was like her, maybe he’d be okay.
