Hi there, I've had this idea floating around in my head for a few days now but I haven't really thought about putting it out in the world until now. Mostly because I'm not really skilled in the art of clanmaking (even on the old forums I only ever really participated as a joiner, and never as a maker) so I feel sort of deadweight-ish when it comes to how much I'll actually be able to make happen. (and also I'm unsure if anyone else is going to find this interesting aha.....)
I can of course come up with history/territory (my idea mainly centers around these two factors so, go figure,) but when it comes to a driving plot, the layouts, maps, and other such things that seem to be a trend here I'm completely hopeless. I'm also not great at coding on this site just yet.
Essentially, before I start I'd like to say that I haven't read Survivors, though I know that this idea does have the feel of whats going on in those books based on the synopsis that I have read of them. My main inspiration is in fact a variation of too many zombie movies/games and a singular map in a fantastic game called WolfQuest (the map is called Lost River).
There are three main branches to my idea -
If there is any interest let me know! For the next few days Ill probably put down random ideas about territory and what not.

There are three main branches to my idea -
A "clan" though whether it has any of the traditional clan systems in place or not is up for debate, I was thinking it'd be more of a hybrid of sorts between what a group of loners would be if they were to suddenly start living under the clans code, but again that's up for debate. Essentially their territory would still be sort of wild, however here is where the whole survivors feel comes in (I guess - I didn't read them so I've got no clue) Twolegs have essentially abandoned their homes in the rush of some sort of "World ending" thing (I don't think it'll matter what happened unless somehow it directly affects the cats lives - I could potentially see if it were a zombie thing it'd effect them much alike a dangerous predator being in their territory would, just with the added effect of being a twoleg) So half of their territory could consist of a town-like setting. I'd imagine this being many years after the whole thing that drove them away happened, so nature would have reclaimed much of it making prey abundant despite the lingering twoleg objects. Many of the cats in this clan could have ancestors that came directly from these twoleg places which would make up the whole "Hybrid Sort Of A Clan" thing. I'm thinking these cats could have eventually moved their camp directly into the ruins of the twoleg place. (hehe, I even played with the name Ruinclan but that is also up for changes)
2.) 1-3 rival clans that live in or around the abandoned twoleg place as well, they could be more traditional clans or ones that are more or less the same as the one above. This idea doesn't have much substance as its basically a call for anyone who wants to create rival clans within this universe
3.) This is a sort of a potential different route we could go with territories, because I find the idea of wild-cats living among something foreign to them appealing for no real reason other than "wow whats this shiny thing" and various shenanigans it could bring. Possibly, instead of it being a small twoleg town we could play with a larger (though still small as to not have too large of a territory) city, that would be able to house all of the territories in different areas. Some could even have foresty/park areas, and if we went with more unique clan traits we could figure out how to include things like large bodies of water or different terrain types. There are always ways to spice this up.
3.2) Expanding on this idea its likely that either the clans would have migrated or originated here in some way shape or form, how they managed to mold into clans is up in the air. If they migrated, then thats pretty easy to figure out. But if they originated it could be something like how Skyclan was reborn - a clan cat helping to shape them up and showing them the code. Or, they make their own, different from what is seen in the books.
