Uh well we could do like first day of school type of deal. As many characters as you can handle. I feel plots just come along themselves but if one isn't developed we can always create an arc you know?

Alright then. So basically it's our characters first day at school, and they all meet each other for the first time, like the school for heroes just opened?

The academy had only just started accepting students. Finding the young heroes was hard, but many young heroes showed when moving day came. It was to be expected, they needed to learn control of their abilities, along with some wanting to do good for the world.
Blake Russel wasn't really either. He simply had nothing better in mind for his life. Known as Blade, the 21-year-old didn't have much in his life, only trying to do the right thing when he saw someone in trouble. When he was approached, he gratefully accepted, wanting an education along with a good place to live for a time. He didn't even need to pay for the classes, everything was funded.
Chaz Howe would be known as Metallo. With the ability to turn himself metal, along with blocking mental powers, he was targeted immediately. Even though he was a senior, he decided that a school for heroes was probably more fun then high school.
Skylar Bishop, or Glimmer, was 18. She wanted to be a dancer, and was both a ballerina and a gymnast. However, her psychic power to make those fall in love with her was problematic, and her parents thought it best to send her to the academy to teach her to stop using her powers for personal gain and instead use it for good.
And finally Carl White and Brianna Johnson. Frostbite and Blaze. These two had already started their hero work together as a duo. It was Carl's idea to accept, wanting to be as good of a hero as his older sister, Suzanne, was. Blaze just followed for the ride.
All the young heroes gathered in one place. Everything that will happen will be included as a part in the training process. All heroes were required to wear masks, with or without their hero costumes. They could choose to reveal their secret identities or not, but that was up to them.
Single rooms would be given until after the first week, when the teams would be formed. Teams would then get the five room suites, duos would be roommates, and those wishing to work alone would stay in their room.

The academy was ready to accept all future talent. Readying an arsenal would be appropriate use out of the people who possessed odd and unnatural quirks. If they were able to help the young heroes harbor their abilities then they may be able to create a better world for the many.
The 18 year old pink haired female approached the school grounds. It was about time she got over her sulking and do something more productive. Rose Shinshia had a big secret behind her back, only one of the teachers was to know it as this could possibly get her in big trouble here.
Although he looks about 18 the red eyed male is actually older than most likely the rest of the school. Typically you would not associate a demon with 'the good guys.' But Xiel Lambhar certainly knows how to twist his fate. He's a sucker for the books, so learning in other ways intrigued him.
Previously this other boy, Zee Draydon, was put to work aboard a ship. Once his situational space adventures landed he really didn't know what to do with his life. The captain, finding out about the academy opening up suggested it to the 19 year old. Slightly interested in what was to come of this, he accepted.
Probably the youngest to get accepted into the academy, Cynth Hihika at the young age of 14 years old was given the opportunity to come here as well. She may look like a frail little girl but good luck getting on her bad side.
In the 20 years he's been alive Lyko hadn't thought about going to school. He was always a free spirit, but upon getting in some trouble he was offered one of two choices: fix his act at the academy or serve some harsh time. Naturally, he choice the less restrictive choice.
What was to become of these students as they would begin their new adventure here at the Hero Academy?

*Small skip to next day so classes can start*
Each class was taught by a powered teacher. Classes varied from ordinary classes to power practice, sparring, tech knowledge, and other things that the young heroes needed to know. After the heroes moved into their rooms, their class began the next day.
--
"Isn't it cool we have the same schedule?" Frostbite walked into the classroom already talking, Blaze following after him. Both were wearing masks, as was the rule. Frostbite wore his white mask that was to go with his hero outfit, as he was one of the heroes who had one. While Blaze kind of had one too, her mask was a plain black one.
"Wasn't that the condition your sister stated to the administration?" Blaze replied, bored.
"Yeah, but I'm surprised they actually went along with it." The heroes put their bags on a desk, though Frostbite still stood talking and Blaze jumped to sit on the desk instead of the seat.
--
Blade studied his schedule outside of the classroom. It was already crowded, and he would rather have some quiet to understand what he was doing. His classes seemed varied, and today he had five of them. With a sigh, he leaned against the wall, waiting for the time to get closer before he would go inside.
--
Skylar stayed put at her desk in the far corner of the room. Her first day at a new school, and already she knew she would be the source of jealousy. Able to make anyone fall in love with her was a powerful tool that she always used to get her way. She doubted it would work here, but it was still something that earned her jeers at her old school. She wore the default black mask, though she couldn't wait for the design class that week where the heroes without outfits start to make theirs.
--
Chaz ran from his dorm room. After moving in, he didn't really do much until it was time for sleep. And he slept, right through his alarm. He didn't like how the school's classes started the day after, and he was convinced he was going to be late for his first class. He was lucky he remembered the mask rule and had taken his. He double checked that he was wearing it. He checked the time and, satisfied that he would make it, slowed down.

Rose took a deep breath as she walked the halls of the academy. She had a plain white mask on her that she had to manage to find a way to get it to stay on without it bothering her. Especially with her long hair. She didn't understand why it was a requirement to wear a mask but she wasn't going to bother bickering about it. Rose wasn't like that after all
--
The demonic male casually entered class with his head in a book. Not uncommon for him just to pay no mind to those around him. He found an open seat away from other people and promptly sat down. Not once did Xiel with his pure black mask lift his head up from his book.
--
Zee was excited for this experience he was about to face. Not because he would be learning, maybe a little bit, but never would the draconic male admit it. What he truly was excited for was new people to mess with. Though he enjoyed the crew and finding their quirks, the thought of new people to mess with made his blood pump. Zee entered class without much mind, he was smirking as he did so, and simply picked an open seat.
--
Just like a helicopter, arms spread out as Cynth faltered side to side as she ran down the halls of the building laughing playfully. When told she was required to wear a mask she was excited for the craft. She put a bunch of flower stickers on hers for now, planning to decorate it more later. Entering the classroom didn't stop her drive as she did her motion all the way to her seat. She happily kicked her legs up and down ready for class.
--
The blue haired male walked calmly and cooly down the halls with his arms behind his back. Lyko had no interest in learning anything but this is what he had to do. His deep blue mask made his cat like eyes pop. He was also one who didn't much understand why masks were required.

Finally, it was time for class. The teacher, however, walked in a few minutes late, so everyone was seated before he arrived. Placing a book on his desk, he started talking.
"You will call me Professor Razor," The teacher said. "In this class you will learn the history of heroes. At the end of the week, you will be split into teams if you so wish, and move into one of the suites. I suggest you pay close attention to your classmates, it will be up to you to decide who you will work with. Next class I will start your lessons, so be prepared with a notebook and a pen of black ink. If you do not have these supplies, I will be taking off of your grade. Responsibility is the number one priority of a hero." He pulled out a stack of paper. "Now, take one and pass it around. For the rest of the class, get to know the people around you. This will allow you a head start on choosing your possible team. You will not have a chance to talk to your classmates in this class after today. And do not think of leaving class early, I will only put the attendance sheet out at the end of class. If you do not sign it, you will be marked absent and get a zero for today's participation grade. That is all." With that, he left the room.
--
"Well someone likes the sound of their voice," Blaze muttered to Frostbite. "At least we're good for the whole duo thing."
"I kinda want a team," Frostbite sounded wistful. "Did you know that my sister worked with a team for a year? She said it was fun."
"Didn't they try to kill each other and then split up because one of them turned evil?" Blaze asked.
"Yeah, but it was fun while it lasted," He replied with a shrug.
--
Great, she couldn't even leave early. Skylar leaned back in her chair with a sigh. The blonde stood up, closing the notebook that she now knew she brought for no reason. Instead of notes that obviously didn't exist, a page now had a couple of design doodles. Her eyes scanned the room. Might as well talk to some people, find out who was going to judge her for her powers and who she could control easily. Maybe the safe option was to surround herself with those she could control, at least her love power would make them protect her no matter what.
--
Chaz placed his head in his arms. After all the rush to get here, the teacher left after a full five minutes. Taking one of the papers that was actually a list of supplies and rules, he stuffed it into his bag, thinking about just leaving early, even if it destroyed his grade.
--
Blade passed the papers back, placing his own into his bag. He was quiet, listening to everyone around him. Unlike most, he wasn't about to choose people he simply liked. He was willing to work with anyone, but in truth if he was to work in a team he was going to look for powers that would work well together and counteract each other. In his opinion, a good team is one that can watch each other's backs, along with being able to defeat each other if the need arised.

Rose sighed. Seems like she wouldn't be learning much today. She was an open person but she wasn't super open. She was the middle ground of an introvert and an extrovert, or at least this is how it was after the incident. If someone wanted to approach her she would let them, but right now she didn't have a drive to talk to people.
--
Xiel payed careful attention as soon as class started. It seemed that the task at hand was to get to know others, but he wasn't super great at talking to people. The black haired male was willing to take up the task however. Carefully standing up he was walked over to the duo talking to each other. He bowed towards them politely, "Do you mind becoming acquainted with each other?" he asked the fire and ice elementalists.
--
The long haired little girl and the dark blue haired boy saw a couple people talking and decided to join in with Xiel. Not knowing there was a question posed by the demonic male Cynth introduces herself abruptly, "Hi hi! My name is Cynth! What are your names??"
Zee didn't say anything as he simply was amused by the little girl jumping into conversation. He just stayed nearby and waited to see what would happen next.
--
The tiger eyed male considered leaving. He kicked his feet up onto the seat in front of him. "Well, I can just chill here until then I don't have to talk to anyone," Lyko thought to himself. His eyes closed as he made up his mind to stay and relax until he could leave.

"Oh, hello!" Frostbite exclaimed when they were approached. Blaze seemed to go quiet, and though she didn't look happy about someone coming over, she didn't protest. At least not until the girl came over. Overly excited and, to Blaze, annoying, Blaze gave a rudely annoyed look and most definitely didn't answer the question, leaving Frostbite to have to do the socializing.
Blinking at the girl in surprise, Frostbite smiled. "I'm Frostbite, this is Blaze." He gestured to his friend next to him, though she turned away immediately and pulled out headphones, as she would rather listen to music than participate in a conversation. Continuing, he said, "Nice to meet you."
--
Skylar stood. A small group of people were gathered near the center talking. She looked around, seeing a pink-haired girl (Wonder who that is xD) sitting nearby. She grabbed her stuff and headed towards her.
"Hello," She said, walking up. "My name's Skylar, what's yours?"
--
Chaz didn't move from where he was. There were a few people to talk to. Some blue haired kid who obviously didn't want to be there, like him. Some tough, dark skinned guy who looked like he was looking for someone to fight. There were two scrawny boys talking in the corner (Pathetics Easter egg), but Chaz chose to stay put for now.
--
Blade was actually not looking for someone to fight, unlike what Chaz had thought. Blade was just looking around, trying to figure out the people around him. The serious male was a little awkward in social situations.

Xiel gave Frostbite a nod, "Nice to meet you all, my name is Xiel. I hope we will get along together."
"Oooh your names are cool!" Cynth exclaimed happily. "How many teams do you think will be formed?? 2? 4? a billion?? Nah, there's not that many people here. That's silly!"
"Well if everyone is introducing themselves, names Zee. I look forward to mess ehem I mean work with you all," he gave a devilish grin to the group. (And this guy isn't even the demon here lol)
--
Rose looked up as she spun her pencil around in her hand bored after being approached by the blonde female. "Oh hello, my name is Rose. Nice to meet you," she gave Skylar a light smile.
--
Lyko was getting bored so he kept sitting back more and more in his seat. Eventually he went too far and his chair fell over with him in it.

Nodding back politely, Frostbite turned to the girl. "I don't know," He replied. "This isn't the only class here. I'd say there was maybe over 200 kids here from all around the worlds. If everyone forms a team of 5, then that makes over 40 teams. But based on duos and trios, there could be over a hundred teams. So who knows." As he finished, there was a loud thud as someone fell from their chair. Pausing, Frostbite turned. "Hey, Blaze, do you mind seeing if he's okay?" He asked his friend.
"Yes," Blaze replied without hesitation, showing that she was in fact still listening even though she had headphones in.
"Please?" Frostbite pushed. Blaze let out a groan, dropping from the desk and walking over to the guy who fell.
--
"You okay?" Blaze asked, standing over the guy. She made no move to help him up or offer anything else.
--
"Nice to meet you too!" Skylar smiled. She sat herself down in the seat in front of Rose so that she was facing her. "Are you excited for becoming a hero?"

"Ooooh you're so smart!" the 14 year old jumps up and down happily.
"Certainly a curious one aren'tcha?" Zee asked Cynth.
"Hey! It's not a bad thing!" she puffs her cheeks out.
--
"Thanks for the help," Lyko said sarcastically and got himself up from the ground and dusts himself off. "Yeah I'm fine, thank you for your concern?" his voice gave question as he heard her negligence to actually care.
--
"Eh more or less just something to do you know? I could use some help controlling some things so I guess it's a good thing... What about you?" Rose asked.

Frostbite laughed. "Out of curiosity, how old are you?" He asked Cynth. "Since you're younger than us."
--
"Not really concerned," Blaze stated. "It was your fault you fell." No doubt was in her voice. She turned and headed back to the group to get by Frostbite again, calling to him. "I asked, happy now?"
--
"I'm excited about the designer class where I can make my suit," Skylar admitted. "But that's about it. My parents want me to learn to use my abilities for others instead of myself."

"I'm 14!" she announced happily.
"Shouldn't you be acting a bit older?" Zee asked.
"Shut up!" Cynth said irritated.
Xiel remained in the background, you could basically see an anime sweat above his head as he bared witness to the two bicker.
--
"There's a designer class? I'm certainly interested but out of curiosity what does that have to do with being a hero?" Rose asked. "Oh, you seem friendly. I don't really get a selfish vibe from you right away," Rose paused, "Oh boy... someone appears to be getting fired up in here."
--
Lyko mocked her in a whisper in slight irritation. A cross the room he shouted to Frostbite, "Uh, your pet seems to be kinda grouchy."

"Thanks-" Skylar paused, turning to look to see what Rose meant.
--
Frostbite smiled again. So she was older than his youngest brother. Maybe Walter should have been allowed to come here after all, but he doubted that he and Blaze could have been able to convince her. Speaking of Blaze, he saw she was headed back over.
"Uh, your pet seems to be kinda grouchy."
Blaze stopped exactly where she was. Frostbite saw the fire in her eyes. His face fell, skin paling as he knew what was about to happen.
--
"What did you just call me?" Blaze turned on her heal, facing him. The question wasn't that she didn't hear, she was giving him a chance to change the answer. A chance that, unfortunately, only last a moment before the girl started to walk back towards him. She may have been only 5'4 and probably only weighed 100 pounds, but there was a threatening air about her that burned with danger.

"Hey, I'm just saying you got an attitude problem that needs fixing. You seem like the type of girl that seems to only listen to one person, so I'm simply saying that that person should help you change the little manner problem you got there," Lyko smiled sounding pleased with his response. "I'm just saying you might be more likable that way," he said before booping her on the nose swiftly before turning around.
--
"Oh jeez..." Rose whispered to Skylar.
--
"Damn," Zee said simply.

Blaze was frozen in a moment of shock. All the anger that collected in her burned itself to the surface. Her hands curled into fists. She distantly felt someone grab her arm, hearing the pleas of her friend to stop. The roaring in her ears was too great. Pulling away, her fists caught on fire. "Just as I suspected," she growled. "You are some pathetic jerk." At the last word, she threw one of her fireballs at him.
"Blaze!" Frostbite gasped.
--
Chaz watched in surprise at the fight that was most definitely happening.
--
"Oh. My. God." Skylar breathed.

The tension in the room could most likely be felt by everyone at this point. The fireball appeared to be in the path of the blue haired male, but he twirled away last second as if it were nothing. "Weew, that was certainly hot. Burnt my cheek a little. I see why they call you Blaze now. You might wanna be careful before you burn down the school, just saying. Also, I may seem like a jerk but really, I'm just giving you a bit of advice here. Give a person a break for being a bit honest with you, you know?"
--
"That Blaze girl... she is beyond angry. I hope she can calm down enough to realize what he is saying is right... erm... at least to some degree. The school might catch on fire," Rose whispered to Skylar.
--
"Stop it! Stop it! Aren't we supposed to be heroes??? Why are we fighting each other??? Isn't that for a class???" Cynth whined.

"You want some advice in return?" Blaze replied starkly. "Don't anger the fire girl." Steam seeped from all around her, she seemed about to burst into flames at any moment. Frostbite was scared to try to get in between the two. He might be able to stop Blaze, but that was questionable. (Ugh, I might cut this here cause I really don't want Blaze to burst into flames and I know she will....)
--
"Should we do something?" Skylar asked in reply.
--
CRASH
The sound echoed through the room, not caused by the tension in the middle.

"What the hell?" Lyko asked.

"I don't know what that was but I'm gonna go check it out," Rose told Skylar and got up fast to investigate the sound.
"Where are you going?" Zee asked, a little bit shook by the sound.
"Where does it look like I'm going? That sound doesn't sound like a good sound so I'm going to go check it out," she announced and continued on her way.

The crash was that of a desk, broken to pieces. Blade very much made it known, as he was the one that destroyed it. Standing there with a single blade in front of him right next to the destroyed desk, his eyes scanned the room, focusing mainly on the two in the center. "Are you done?" He asked, nearly black eyes watching them closely.

Blaze stayed exactly where she was. The steam was gone, the fire put out, but she made no moves.

"Yeah, fine," Lyko casually sat back down at his desk as if nothing had happened.

"How did you not see it was over there?" Zee asked Rose.
"I'm mostly blind, my bad," Rose rubbed the back of her head embarrassed a bit.
--
Xiel was beginning to think he should have just been reading his book this whole time.
