all i ask is that you're semi-advanced to advanced; preferably over 600 words, since i have a lot of trouble working with short responses. some examples of my own writing are here, here, and here. i'm semi-active, i respond when i feel like it so i'd appreciate if you were fine with that! for the most part, i'm pretty active in roleplaying nowadays, but it heavily depends on the plot; some plots i might multiple times a day, some i might only respond every other day. depends on how invested i am, really. i won't be demanding of you; since i decide when i want to reply, you can do the same, nbd. i don't pressure for replies. you're free to like one of my posts if i don't post for a week or two, but do not spam me with likes - i am begging you. i don't check my notifications aside from to clear the little '1', aha. sorry.
plot idea one ;; the world ended a hundred-ish years ago, and civilisation isn't...quite the same. vast wastelands litter the world with small pockets of rich, high-tech civilisation. our plot, however, follows a wastelander who's a wanted criminal, and a bounty hunter wannabe gone wrong. the two form an unlikely duo and perform heists just because they can. unfortunately for them, a darker force lingers, and events lead them into realising they have to defeat this bigger evil to be The Biggest Evil. (plot details need to be discussed properly; i hold a preference for the wanted criminal wastelander).
plot idea two ;; legally, muse a is dead. in actuality, it's a little more complicated. a few years ago, they performed a big heist - but it went wrong. everything they worked for went down the drain in a police raid, their gang were killed or imprisoned, and they had to vanish - quickly. the easiest way to do this, of course, was to die. they're trying to live out a more peaceful life, but they were skilled - one of the stronger minds in the industry. interested in their talent, muse b comes knocking with a business proposition, and. well. old habits die hard. (no muse preference)
plot idea three ;; years ago, a pact was made between werewolves and vampires to live in peace - but that peace is threatened when a series of murders of both humans and each species goes around. the blame is shifted between each of them, moreso when the hunters come around and start asking questions. not willing to give up their freedom to live in their town, a werewolf and a vampire team up to try to solve the murders, which might be the product of something else entirely. (i hold a preference for the werewolf)
please, don't be afraid to share ideas? i'll do anything aside from slice-of-life, really. i'm 100% down for most things, and i'm into a load of games and books and tv shows too, so don't hesitate to ask.

[ Hi there. I like your third plot idea. I'm super into plots involving werewolves and vampires. I was wondering about possibly going with a plot similar in the way with werewolves and humans. Also wondering your character gender preference. I usually roleplay females, but was wondering where you stood with that. ]

i'm not sure how humans would work out for the situation? could you explain, please? aha, since it's based around a truce on the brink of being broken if they don't act quickly; the humans would have to be aware of werewolves existing for them to have any sort of truce. but if you can figure out how it works, then sure, the vampire can be substituted for a human, nbd.
i don't really care about genders ^^'' the character i have in mind is male, but as a whole, i really don't mind, aha. it doesn't affect the plot for me.

[ I am saying that it's a whole new plot, but involves werewolves and humans, but the humans do not know about their existence ]

[ what are your opinions on romance plots? just curious. thinking the human and the werewolf are in high school together. either he has friends from his pack that are attending the school with him and drama ensues. *smacks head* let's get some creative juices flowing here... ^^' ]

[ ok, glad we got that out of the way. romance plots are kind of cliché and don't really give us as the roleplayers alternate places to go with our character(s). how about this: CEO of major company (werewolf primarily operated) hires a woman. *sigh* that's all I have right now. Any thoughts? ]

ah? i mean? that doesn't unlock any potential in werewolves at all, it's just...slice of life, again. i've already mentioned i don't do that, aha. maybe a human moves to a new town that's fairly used to werewolves - but because the townspeople call them wolves, the human doesn't realise that they don't just mean normal wolves, but werewolves. the local werewolf pack is run by the werewolf character, and it's sort of run like a criminal ring; but because they're werewolves, the police in the town can't really do much. the human - maybe a detective! that would be interesting- decides to try to dig deeper & ends up falling into a world they never believed existed (of werewolves & more, naturally).

[ interesting take. definitely an intriguing ploy to bring in a detective or even a journalist/newspaper reporter (even worse than a detective xD) sticking her nose where it doesn't belong lol might really piss off the police and the wolves. ]

a journalist could be cool, too! it would definitely annoy both parties - the police, for her questioning why they let this go on, and the wolves because, well - this town is unique in the sense that it lets werewolves live as they are, even if they're...basically a mafia, aha.

[ My only question is how can we turn this into a plot? All plots eventually need a resolution... ]

not really? it's already a plot, with a basis. you don't need to think of an end before it's already begun; that makes everything absolute & boring. it goes on - what does she do when she finds out they're werewolves? does she continue to try to poke and prod? does she try to see if she can get involved or does she end up stuck in a world that she finds interesting? there are so many possibilities ^^''
and - i forgot to ask - but would you mind giving me an average roleplay sample? i just like to know beforehand what your writing is like ;v;

[ This is from my character Noelle I made for a Twilight fandom RP Forums. ]
( *This takes place after the killing of her boyfriend and leads the beginning of her journey to a new life with the Cullens* )
The sun had just set on the eve of her birthday, December 21st. The snow had been on the ground for several weeks now and Noelle longed to feel the cold powder against her skin like she used to. Next month would be her third year as a blood sucker and she was not excited. The thrill of taking a life was long gone, in fact, it had never been there. Her emotions now consisted of sorrow, loneliness and resentment. She was an imprisoned soul and she wished she could have hung on to her innocence longer than the first year. Turner had been her everything. After he selfishly had taken away her simple life and made one for himself, she feared him. More than that, she hated him. Her hated grew and grew. The things he made her do so they both could, in his words "survive" were horrible and disgusting. As much as she hated taking a life and knowing it was to keep herself at bay, she despised herself more and more each time. She was a monster and Turner was always so proud of that and cared little for her animosity toward the whole act they played. He was in this for himself. It wasn't until her anger boiled over that she found the courage to break her chains. One night during the last day of October in her first year when she and Turner were hunting in New York City, looking for drunk fools to distract that she made her move. Turner had made a lot of enemies along the way and Noelle had been the bait many times. She would lure the vampires to their demise. Turner would start to fight them, then rip them limb from limb then he'd burn them with other bodies he drank from. It was that night while he was feasting on a group of party-goers that Noelle stole her chance. She came up behind him while he was busy drinking in the alleyway and ripped his head from his torso. She glared coldly at his severed head, watching as the light faded from his eyes before kicking his body on to the pile of dead bodies. Without looking back, she pulled a match from her jeans pocket, lit it against the brick wall and started a bonfire. She glanced at the head before chucking it into the flames.
She felt like a weight had been lifted off her shoulders. She was still a monster, but her master was dead. She let out a 'breath' before she disappeared, running away into the night, her dark boots silent against the asphalt. Days past, then weeks without longing for thirst. Her pain left her as she sped through the mountains and trees, escaping New York and the states beyond passing in a blur. She soon found herself in Missouri, her thirst beginning to bubble up inside her. With nowhere to go, Noelle stayed hidden in the mountain range and hunted at night. With few people around, she forced herself to search for an alternative. Being faster than most of the predators out here, she had little competition. With the snow beginning to fall, she had to find food quickly, hibernation already in full swing. Using her heightened senses, she managed to find a lone elk in search of grass. She snuck up on him before swiftly taking his life. Thankfully she was still a newborn because he weighed several tons. She crushed his ribcage easily and made a nice feast for herself. It wasn't human blood, but she had to admit, it was pretty good and that wasn't just her stomach talking. For the first time in months, Noelle smiled. She was free and on her own. Finishing off the elk, she buried it in the snow, perhaps another animal would enjoy it. She shook her head and dusted off her white long-sleeve blouse and black pants. With experience, she'd learned to not get blood on her top. Her boots crunched lightly in the fresh snow as she stood up from the grave. This was a great start to her new diet and new life.
She made sure to only be in a place for a short while. She missed her family dearly, but knew she couldn't go back. She would forever be missing and she was okay with that now. She would one day return home and see how they were doing, but it was only a year; they needed more time to grieve. At this point she was as good as dead... Flash forward another year and a half and now you're all caught up. It was the eve of her eighteen birthday. She really couldn't celebrate it because she was alone, but after pick pocketing a guy several months ago, she had enough money to do what she wanted. She kept the cash in her pocket in case she needed it for something; clothes or train ticket. Who knew.
At the moment, she rested her shoulder against a stone building, her earbuds in her ears. In her front pocket rested her beloved iPod touch. She put her tunes in whenever she needed to forget about her current situation and go to another place. It was something she had had with her the day she'd lost all sense of reality. Her playlists consisted on 5 Seconds of Summer, pop songs, punk rock and other upbeat bands like that. She stared out across the street, watching the bus stop from the shadows of the street lamps. People bustled by on the opposite side of the street, arms clutched in their pits and their hoods over their heads. The winter wind was harsh in the windy city. The snow was in piles on either side of the street and pushed away from the sidewalk. Noelle herself wore a grey fur lined coat to give the illusion she fit in. She was waiting, waiting for someone. She had heard from others about a doctor and his wife who lived in a secluded place with a family of their own and how welcoming they were to vampires like her, wanting to start over and such. She had sent a letter several months ago and since she didn't stay in one place for long, she didn't put a return address. She explained that she was a young girl going on her third year as a vampire and was tired of being a slave to her desires and had been more than a year on animal blood. She stated that she'd heard through the grapevine that they were accepting and wanted to know if either he or his wife could meet with her soon to discuss a possible friendship or haven until she could figure out what she was going to do. She also stated that she would be nearby around Christmas time and if they could meet her, that'd be great. So, here she waited. She had asked for 9 pm sharp. It was nearly 8:30 pm and she started to wonder where they'd be coming from and even if they'd got her letter. Around 8:40, she started to walk down the block. There was an all-night diner she'd asked them to meet her at. She smiled to the waitress behind the counter before sliding into a booth in the side of the building that faced the street. She quietly ordered a coffee, but knew she wouldn't drink it. She stared out the window, waiting and hoping for a miracle.
