Cynthia turned around abruptly at the voice of another person. I guess this must be one of the people that Becca had mentioned, the tall girl thought to herself, remembering the other girl who she had met in the shop. "My name is Cyn," she stated, "Who are you?"
-
Thomas became surprised at the sound of another man's voice. He looked up to see an unfamiliar man leaning over the railing on the next level. So I guess I'm not alone after all, he realized. With his realization, Thomas gained a small spark of hope that this stranger could know where an exit was. "Huh?" he asked.

Maya gave a smile, her emerald green eyes sparkling as she did so. "I'm Maya." She said in a kind voice. She took a step forward And spoke in a quieter tone, "hey. Do you know where everyone is?" She asked.
__
Naveene relaxed, trying to seem as friendly as he could. "What's your name?" He called.

Rick lit a cigarette. He strolled the mall aimlessly.
((Sorry, not feeling too terribly creative today...))

Cynthia gave a shrug. "I have only seen one other person. She told me her name was Becca," she stated, "She was in this store a while ago, though I don't know where she is now. She told me that there were others. Do you know her?" With her question, Cyn tilted her head to the side.
-
"My name is Thomas," Thomas stated, "Who are you? Do you know what happened to everyone else?" Though he had kept himself from saying the question, it then slipped out of his mouth.

Maya shook her head, "sorry. I don't." She said with a sigh. "Though. I do admit...I have spent my time flaming myself up instead of actually looking for anyone." She said with a guilty laugh.
---
Naveene smiled, his almost perfect white teeth showing off his smile. "Naveene" he introduced. Naveen then shrugged and shook his head. "Sorry man, I'm just as clueless as you. I thought maybe you would know a little more than me. Guess not." He then paused for a moment, "hold up. I'm coming down." He said while quickly walking to the stairs. He was a very charming guy, who looked kind of intimidating considering his height and all. But, he was actually quite the opposite. He wouldn't hurt a fly.

On his way down the stairs, Naveene heard a loud splash. He turned to see that a girl had fallen into the fountain. He turned back, "wait a sec...Thomas." He said, clearly trying to remeber the other boy's name. He did a light jog over to the fountain. "Hey. You alright?" He asked while leaning over the edge of the fountain. He reached his hand out to help her, "here," he said with a smile, his hazel eyes sparkling from the reflection of the water.

Rick briskly walked past several stores, one hand holding his stomach. He lurched slightly and began running. He burst into the bathroom and into a stall. He had barely fallen onto his knees in front of the toilet before he vomited into the bowl.

((Hangovers suuuuuuuuuuuuuck))
Rick finished vomiting. He reached up for the toilet handle. After some groping, he finally felt it and flushed it. He fell against the wall of the stall and held his head in his hands. His head pounded against itself, like a thousand, no... A million tiny hammers chiseling away at his skull. When he finally decided to stand, it was reluctant and labored. Each breath he drew only served to add a hundred hammers into his head. He stood in front of the sink. he ran cold water and splashed it on his face. He felt his face stubble. He wouldn't have shaved even if he had a razor. The hammers would have only punished him more for the effort. He needed water. And a cigarette. But not in that order. He thought, lighting a cigarette. He breathed it in and coughed. The hammers played some indecipherable and poorly-phrased Rachmaninoff Overture with each cough. He fell to the bathroom floor. The water could wait. He crushed the menthol capsule in the butt of the cigarette and drew in another breath. The menthol did little to soothe his throbbing head. But a little was better than nothing. So he closed his eyes and smoked in pained silence. He wasn't unaware that he hadn't burst into the women's bathroom.

Rick looked up at her. Upon recognizing her, he jumped up, holding his head with one hand. "Oh! Hey! What..." He looked around a bit dazed. No urinals in a bathroom is never a good sign. For a guy anyway. Rick noticed this and cursed under his breath. He offered no explanation. "I... I need water." He said, pushing past her and out the door.

Rick muttered to himself, drinking a bottle of water. Becca was, in fact, the last person he wanted to see. Yet here she was. Stuck with him. Yet again. The anxiety resulted in another lit cigarette and another muttered string of curses.

Rick heard the bathroom door burst open and he watched her running away. "What's her deal?" he muttered to himself.

((Noted. XD Don't know why I thought that. XD))
Rick watched her as she ran. He wondered briefly if he should check on her to make sure she was alright. He decided against it and kicked at a loose tile, breaking off a piece and kicking it around. His headache was slowly wearing off.

"Nice to meet you," Thomas replied, not knowing what else to say. Suddenly, he heard a loud splash coming from the nearby fountain. Turning his head towards the noise, he spotted Naveene helping a girl out of the water. Thomas walked towards the fountain, though he kept a fair distance away from Naveene and the girl.

Cynthia felt a slight spark of hope at Maya's response. If Maya was not one of the people that Becca mentioned, then there must be more of us, she thought. "I had just came here to shop for clothes," Cyn stated with a shrug. She decided not to mention the stolen socks.

Naveene quickly took off his jacket and out it around her. He then picked up the notebook and handed it to her. He had always been a gentleman. When he was younger he was taught to that to everyone no matter what they looked or acted like.
___
Maya smiled, "cool. Same here." She said with a smile. Maya then squeaked a little and jumped at the sudden voice from behind her. Her back was towards the door and she wasn't expecting anyone to come in. Plus she was very easily scared, but she was also the type who likes a good scare from time to time. Maya whirled around and out her head on her heart, "oh my god!" She said with a slight laugh.
