CROWN PACK
THE PROUDEST OF WOLVES
By me...
Introduction
You pad through the forest, raging winds come at you from all directions. The cold, winter night was horribly cruel. You look up to see a completely white wolf glaring down at you from atop a large rock. It's eyes were red and angry. The nose of the wolf was bright pink and scarred. You drop into a submissive stance, the icy winds still blowing against your long coat. The wolf steps down from it's perch and sniffs the air, smiling. It growls once to warn you of leaving, "Better leave before I take your eyes out, pup."
Suddenly the wolf is gone with wind. You stand there, fearful and worried. Was it a ghost that you had seen?
WELCOME TO THE PACK!
Hello! Welcome to Crown pack. Crown pack is named for it's fierce social structure and strong will. This roleplay will be based around the pack. In this roleplay, we will have semi-realistic things in it(although the pack hierarchy may be unrealistic). I hope you join our pack, for we love new members! This is a fairly new roleplay so it should be somewhat simple. If you want to add a wolf or check who is in the pack, please go to the subcategory: Our wolf pack. If you want to see who is in a relationship with who or the family lines, then also go to: Our wolf pack.
RULES
Please follow these rules. If you have any objections and/or questions about the rules, I am happy to answer to them. Now on to the rules!
1. Be kind outside of the roleplay. It's the golden rule in OOC and you should not break it.
2. Please keep your wolves realistic. Clothing/collars on wolves must be explained(Example: This wolf has a bandanna around it's neck due to having had contact with humans. Those humans put the bandanna on the wolf).
3. Please be active! Tell me if your are going to be inactive for a long period of time. Rules for activity may follow: One must be active every once a week. If you are not posting/role-playing on this page, then I will message you asking why you have been gone. If you don't answer after that... Well... I don't know. I'm too kind to remove your wolves.
4. Be semi-literate as well. Use basic grammar and full sentences. Please have at least two sentences per role-play post. Be descriptive too!
5. Each season, we add 3 months to each wolf's age. If you want to age up your cat you can, but please message me so I can make the changes.
6. All ranks are technically open to wolves who want to fight to get power. Example: A beta fights the alpha to become the alpha and make the alpha and omega. If you do become a higher/lower rank, please mention me in the roleplay and I will quickly make changes.
Territory
The territory is full of forest and streams. It has partial field but ends by the time that it is entirely field, the territory ends.DEN: The den is large yet cramped. It was dug under an oak tree and held together by the many large large roots that grow beneath the tree. The sub-den behind the den is connected by a small tunnel to the main den. There is also a second exit in the sub-den that is a small hole located near a sandy hill. The sub-den is reserved for the alphas and the alpha's pups. The clearing outside of the den is a sandy area closed in by bushes and logs. The pups play in the clearing. The clearing is located in the middle of the territory.
Rock clearing: The clearing is full of rocks and dirt. One large rock is located in the middle of the clearing that the alpha usually rests on. It is located near the den's clearing as well. The rock clearing is open and sunny, with a stream flowing across it into the rest of the open forest.
Tear pond: The tear pond is located farther off from the rock clearing and the den. It is a large pond that connects with most of the streams the are in the territory. It is located in the south-western side of the territory. The tear pond is usually a meeting area for the healer and the juvenile that it is training to be one. The tear pond is full of herbs and plants for the healer to use. The tear pond is also often a place for dust-walkers and converse and such.
Old tree: The old tree is the oldest tree in the territory. It is an oak tree. This tree has grown to be taller than any other tree in the area. Juveniles will often come here to play and rest. The old tree is located in the north-eastern part of the territory, close to the field blue.
Field blue: The field blue is named for it's open area that is half-plains and half-forest. The field blue is open and has a few trees. It is one of the main hunting areas in the territory as it is a large area for the wolves. This large area is located near the old tree on the north part of the territory.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Here, we store important information about the pack and the news that tells of what has happened.

RANKS
(Does not show if the ranks are open or not. Open ranks will be shown in the subcategory: Our wolf pack)
The ranks here explain what they do. The order of the ranks is from who eats first to who eats last.
ALPHA(only 2 allowed): The alpha is the leader of the pack. There are two alphas at most. These two alphas are most likely mates and will often have pups.
BETA(Only 2 allowed): The beta is second in command to the alpha and will often lead hunts. The beta can have a mate of the same rank if it wants to, but the alpha may keep the betas from having any pups.
HEALER: The healer is very important to the pack. It heals injured wolves and often stays behind when a hunt has commenced. Healers are usually elders in the pack. The healer can have a mate and pups and is often encouraged to by the alpha, yet the alpha can keep the healer from having pups just as much.
SUBORDINATES: The subordinates are like warriors in a cat clan. They usually hunt and gather for the pack. Subordinates are usually kept from having pups, yet sometimes the alpha lets them.
PUPS: The pups are usually the children of the alphas, betas, healer, or subordinates. These pups will soon become juveniles but the time they are 6 months.
JUVENILES: The juveniles usually either become a healer or a subordinate. When the pack does not have a beta, the juvenile may become a beta.
DUST-WALKERS: The dust-walkers are like elders in a cat clan. There are very few elders in a pack(if not none) due the many pack members dying the prime age of 8 years old before they become old enough to be considered a dust-walker. Dust-walkers are usually at least 10 years old.
OMEGAS(Only 4 allowed): The omega is the member with the lowest rank in the pack. Usually they are weak or permanently injured. The omegas cannot have mates and children. The omega also can't hunt with the pack and will never become a dust-walker if they are omegas their entire life. Omegas must stay at home to take care of the pups and often only gets to eat at dusk when the day is over and scraps are left in the forest for the omega to sniff out.
