William 'Billy' Rose, aka Crescendo -- 35 -- villain -- average height, slightly tan, lean build, handsome face with a crooked smile. Dresses like a music conductor. Flirts with everything, has zero morals, loves attention. -- can control air and wind, uses it to attack enemies and propel himself out of harm's way. Uses a conducting baton to focus his powers, is somewhat less effective without it.
Samantha Tenenbaum, aka Classeur -- 28 -- villain -- Tall and lightly muscled, caucasian, platinum blonde hair in a bob, sharp features, green eyes. Dresses in all green with a witch's hat. Confident, slightly shallow, manipulative when she wants to be. Speaks with a French accent. -- Has the ability to bind things together with invisible forces at her will. She can bind people to each other, or to objects, but she has to touch them to accomplish this. She can manipulate the hold and stretch of her bindings to effectively immobilise foes, but has to be focusing to keep it under control.
Quinn Maddox, aka Houdini -- 24 -- villain -- Tall, pale skin with angular features and honey-brown hair. Dark eyes, dresses like a classical magician. Expressive face. Narcissistic, moody, has the propensity to be charming if he really tries. Commitment issues in all areas of his life. -- Supreme intelligence, always building doomsday weapons and using science for nefarious purposes. Likes to stay on the sidelines as opposed to actually fighting anybody. Interested in the relationship between science and magic.
Charles King, aka Musketeer -- 26 -- hero -- Average height and lithely built, african american, has short, dark dreadlocks, nice cheekbones and an endearing smile. Witty, morally ambiguous, always studying and learning. Wears classic black catsuit armour with a cape and a feathered hat. -- Able to summon swords from within his body - basically backwards sword swallowing. Expert swordsman, incredibly stealthy and quick.
Rhys Goldberg, aka Paper Bird -- 19 -- hero -- Boyish in appearance, strong brows, curly hair, Jewish, with a lopsided smile and a classic New Yorker accent. Wears rounded glasses when in civilian clothes. Somewhat shy, intelligent, sensitive to the point of being touchy. Bipolar. Wears a plague doctor style mask with inbuilt gas filters. Has gloves and footwear that imitate the talons of a large bird. -- Can communicate with birds of most kinds, has hollow bones that make him exceedingly light, and can scale buildings with the help of his home-made talons.

OOC Here we are:
Nikolas Walters -- 33 -- civilian -- Niko's a tall, sturdy looking fellow, with brown hair cut short, chocolate-y brown eyes, and some scruff. He also has a slight hint of a Russian accent, having originally come from Russia. His skin is quite pale, though not an unhealthy looking type of pale, and he has a few scars along his arms, no one really knows where he got them. He's a rather socially awkward man, who used to be a lot colder towards people until he got married and had kids, now he's at least trying to be nice and pleasant even if he has a resting scary face. He, Kai, Ty, and Norman, are all brothers, even though he, Ty, and Norman are adopted. Nikolas is married to a woman named Jaya, and they have four kids together, with their oldest (Jonathan) being 7, the twins (Jamie and Milo) at the age of 5, and the youngest (Amy) is 3.
Kaiyo "Kai" Walters, aka Chameleon -- 33 -- hero -- Kai's not exactly the tallest man out there. He's only 5"5, but it works well for him all the same. He has a sort of creamy colored skin, with long black, almost feather hair that kinda just falls down from his head. He usually wears a green beanie as well. Now, his superhero costume is much different. You see, he has the powers of a chameleon, all of the powers of one. As well as incredible flexibility and even double jointedness. His costume is mostly green, with orange stripes down the sides, and a chameleon based mask over his head, he also has a chameleon tail, which he keeps camouflaged/invisible when in civilian clothes but shows it when in costume. Kai's a bit of a dork, actually, and far too nice for his own good. It'll get him in trouble at some point, that's for sure. He's also a tad bit naive and far too curious for his own good. His father died years ago, shortly after adopting Norman into the family, and so it's fallen upon him, and two other adopted brothers of his (Nikolas and Ty) to raise him.
Tyler "Ty" Walters, aka The Bolt -- 33 -- hero -- Ty is fairly tall and lean, with naturally tan skin and fluffy black hair which he usually takes a good hour to tame in the morning, so he can keep his hair in a small ponytail in the back. He also has slightly unusual light green eyes that could maybe be contacts. No one has really asked. However his costume as The Bolt, is different. It's mostly a slimming, yellow and gray suit with a black lightning bolt on the front, black boots, gloves, and mask. If you haven't been able to guess yet, his power his electricity. Ty's a bit arrogant and obnoxious, but he's also a rather good leader and a huge dork. He thinks he's a lot cooler than he actually is and mostly is just trying his best. His adopted brothers are Nikolas, Kai, and Norman, then his son is Boston Waldo, who he didn't know about until three years ago.
Norman Walters, aka The Mastermind -- 23 -- hero -- Normam is incredibly short for a guy, as he never grew taller than 5"0 exactly. He has very pale skin that's covered from head to toe in freckles, and dark green eyes. His hair is very curly and a nice dark reddish ginger color. For his costume, he wears a long, brown cape, with a lighter brown shirt and dark brown pants, with tall brown boots and gloves, and then a cowl that covers his eyes an forehead, but let's the ginger curls remain in sight...mostly because he hasn't been able to get them under a cowl yet. Norman can create golems out of practically anything, to do his bidding. Which is good, because he actually can't fight. He mostly let's the golems do the fighting while he does the other work. See, he's great and deducting things and can read people extremely well. It's almost a superpower of its own. Along with his, Norman's a bit of a grumpy, sarcastic man, who is secretly incredible sensitive and also happens to really like ticking other people off, just to see how far he can go. His adopted brothers are Nikolas, Kai, and Ty.
Boston Waldo Johnson Walters, aka Electro -- 16 -- hero -- Boston Waldo is about average height, maybe slightly tall, with somewhat fluffy black hair that goes down past his chin, naturally tan skin that is only a little lighter than his father's and green eyes. He actually looks a lot like his father. Then when he dresses up, he wears a dark blue and black outfit, with lighting marks going down the sides, and a cowl that covers his head and eyes. He has the same powers as his father, which is actually why he decided to become a superhero in the first place. Boston Waldo is a relatively friendly boy, who's happy to make friends wherever he goes. However, he also grew up in a pretty shady area, and that left him as someone who is completely willing to do what needs to be done, even if it sounds mean. He's also a bit suspicious of people and will occasionally say something rather dark that leaves people shocked. His mother died when he was thirteen, and after that, custody over him was given to his father, who prior to this, did not know he existed, and he's been living with his father (Ty Walters) for over three years now.
Tessa Miaty, aka Insanity -- 35 -- villain -- Tessa is about average height for a girl, with an average build too. She has dirty blonde hair that is often let loose and falls just past her shoulders, and her eyes are a startling green. She also has ears that sort of stick out, and a few freckles that lightly dot across her nose. When in costume, she usually wears a dark blue, light blue, and purple outfit, and a pointed mask over her eyes. She had the power to brainwash people so long as they're weak enough, mentally, and can also read minds. Tessa is extremely manipulative and isn't really after money or anything like that. No, she has plenty of that. Tessa mostly does what she does because she's lonely and completely insane. There is a reason they call her: Insanity, both because she is insane, and because with that much mind power over others, it's enough to drive them insane too.
Axel Harle, aka Jokester -- 28 -- villain -- Axel is the older twin out of the infamous duo known as the Harlequin Twins. He's tall and lean, with olive skin and mismatched eyes, one is blue and the other is brown. His hair is also mismatched, with one side of it being black, and the other being ginger. However when dressed as a civilian, he will put on contacts to cover his odd eyes, and wear a dark brown wig. After all, keeping his identity a secret is very important to him. Now, when in costume, he wears a rather jester looking outfit, in the colors of red and black. It is unsure wether Axel has powers, though he has shown the ability to jump large distances and has strength that just couldn't be humanely. However he gets his name for something else. See, Axel and Amos are basically experiments gone wrong, and it messed them up a little. The Harlequin twins cause mayhem wherever they go, yet somehow manage to put on the mask of a normal, every day civilian quite well. Though for them, the civilian part is the actual secret identity, the actual mask, the real costume.
Amos Harle, aka Jester -- 28 -- villain -- Amos is almost exactly like his twin. Same height, same size, same facial features, they're identical in all but two ways. For one, their hair, and two, their eyes. Unlike his brother, whose hair sports the colors of black and ginger, Amos' hair is both black and light gray, nearly white, and his eyes are different as well, with one being light blue, and the other being a dark green. However, much like his brother, when dressed as a civilian (which to the Harlequin Twins, is the real costume out of the two,) he will put on some simple green contacts, and a black wig. However when he's the Jester, Amos will dress in a matching outfit with Axel, the only difference being the colors, his are black and blue instead of black and red. Amos is a lot like his brother as far as personalities go, however he's a bit more...sane, and to some semblance, seems to feel guilt and pity, which are two emotions his brother lacks. However they're still quite close despite of this, and when they are parading around as civilians, both are quite flirty and charming. Much like Axel, it's unclear if Amos has any powers, however it has been shown that he seems to be able to run faster than the average human, and never seems to get tired or worn out.
Gustava "Gus" Tamara, aka Spider -- 24 -- villain -- Gus is a relatively short girl, with naturally lightly tanned skin, dark brown eyes, and poofy hair which she has dyed a snowy white. When she's disguised as Spider, she wears a black vest, white pants, black gloves, a white hat and mask, as well as a black cape, with web like designs covering the entirety of her costume. Gus doesn't actually have any powers, but she makes up for it with intellect. She's incredibly smart and uses that to create unique, and deadly weapons. Gus is also a very happy go lucky girl, despite her tendencies for violence and destruction. She's also a very devoted person, and once she sets her mind to something, she will not stop until she has it. As for her name, well she also has this weird obsession with spiders, using them for her experiments and her pets.
Harlow Witkickey, aka Eros -- 19 -- villain -- Harlow is about average in every way. Looks, build, intelligence, in fact, there hardly seems anything unique about him at all. He's got normal, boring black hair, plain brown eyes, and a cream colored skin. He's just normal. Which is why he much prefers his alter ego: Eros, who is far from normal, though he looks the same, he is allowed to use his powers that just make him seem more interesting, unique, handsome, to passerbys. His powers also allow him to shoot whoever he pleases with what he calls: love darts. Love darts make it that much easier for people to fall in love, at least, fake love anyways, and also be manipulated by him. His costume is mainly made out of yellows, reds, whites, and pinks, with wings to go along with it, wings that only come when he's using is powers. Over all, Harlow much prefers being known as Eros.

Dinah "Oath" (no last name known) -- unknown, presumed young, around 20 -- Antihero -- Villains have always kept the ideals of 'honor amongst thieves' not for the sake of tradition, but for Oath's being. She is never seen without a black cloak with wolf's fur draped on the shoulders, and the body armor she created herself inspired by military-grade. Hier hair is long, down to her shoulders, and gray. She's a consistent, honest and trustworthy woman- if she says she'll do something, it'll be done. However, she's secluded from society most of her days, and if you manage to get word to her through her contacts, there's no assurance she'll meet you. However, her jobs are simple- if you pay her to kill someone, you need two things. One, the money to hire her. And two, a reason why the other man should perish. Proof of purchase and proof of sins, Oath calls it. Her free jobs, however, are when a villain betrays another. Stabbing in the back is absolutely unacceptable to her, and if you do so, you will meet her, but not as a friend. Her power is simple. Through her voice, Oath can call upon inanimate objects to attack. Visualizing is difficult too, but there are two extremes- causing a knife to stab someone of its own accord, or the earth beneath oneself rising like many snakes and attacking a foe. The more extreme, the more the it affects Oath, however. Starting at her right arm and leg, are two small symbols, wavy and dark red upon her skin. With every use of her ability, her skin becomes stone-like, and it spreads like a disease. Using her power, she can reverse this effect, but only if she has time. Greggor "Titan" Artemis -- 47 -- Hero -- When you think of the superhero, you envision a strong, muscular man, standing with the sun at his back, or perhaps flying through the air on his own. Greggor is that man. He's tall, broad-shouldered and intimidating when angered. Canadian, but an immigrant to America after learning of his abilities and specialists with controlling them living there, he brought his family with him. Greggor has brown hair, short but still enough to give him coverage. His eyes are blue and his skin a dark caucasian. While not the smartest man, he's certainly one of the bravest, immediately coming out with his superhuman abilities after the explosive influx. Brave, courageous and one of the most self-sacrificing souls out there, but protective of his family to the death. -- His abilities are very simple. He can fly up to mach 2, his body can handle incredible amounts of punishment, but his body is also incredibly strong, lifting around 300-400 tons (when intensed with addrenaline, he carried a Boeing 747 two miles.) Aside from that, he's skilled in hand to hand combat, but with little teachings, only personal experience. Elizabeth "Songbird" Artemis -- 20 -- Hero -- "Liz" looked very much like her mother, the late Katherine "Energy" Artemis. Her hair is golden and her eyes a deep sea blue, with soft skin and near-perfect complexion. Something out of a comic book, the like. She'd have you believe she hates people, but she truly, truly enjoys toying with them, verbal sparring matches her favorite pastime. She's cunning and sly, in stark contrast to her father and brother, and believes herself to be the only one capable of bringing on a better world. With any means. -- Songbird means her voice can cause someone to act with her wishes. By ordering someone, they forget whatever feelings they have, and instead adopt her feelings towards the issue. Say she were to order a man to shoot a dog, he would forget he loved the dog and simply put it down. Then she could order him to forget the encounter. However, the ability is faulty, and although it works through phone, it does not work on everyone. The Queen of England has been proven to be immune, as was Tessa Miety, the one time they met. Liz was invulnerable to the brainwashing, but her verbal commands did not work. She now holds a deep discontent for the girl known as Insanity. (I hope that's okay, πβππ π£π) Micah "Energy" Artemis -- 19 -- Hero -- Young-looking, scruffy beard and spiky hair is not the hero-look you expect. However, Micah has made it work. With blue eyes and brown hair, shorter but still broad-shouldered like his father. He always seems to have a smile on his face, and always wants to cheer you up. However, he's always forgetful, due to the constant use of Elizabeth's ability on him causing slight damage. Every once in a great while, he will break down and cry, as if whatever coping mechanisms he had for pain and sadness were completely taken away by his sister long ago, and he releases the Pandora's box now and again. -- The name Energy was a mantle Micah took from his mother after her passing. He felt it right, as it seems her powers were passed down to him as well. He can absorb and kind of energy, and direct it out as he pleases- fire, electricity, however. He can also make himself fly, though it's fuzzy how he does it, and it's not as perfected as his father's flying is. There's no incredible downside to his ability, aside from the fact that bullets and knives work just as well as a normal human would deal with them.
