My name is Night, but you can call me whatever you want. I'm looking for a long-term rp partner who is interested in developing and continuing a plot with me. Now, before we talk about the plot itself, I have a few requirements from you. Note, that whatever I expect from you is what you should expect from me.
[li]Your Character's Must be Flawed: No one is perfect, even if there are people who look/act like they are. That's not how the real world works. Everyone is broken and jaded in some shape, form, or fashion. Here, it is okay for your character's to have problems. In fact, I welcome the added dept flaws will give to both characters and story. However, do not make your character with so many flaws or problems that they steal the spotlight from other people. If your character is like that, then I will turn them away and ask that you either modify them or pick a different character.[/li]
[li]You can Tell Me if You want to Change Anything or Leave: So many people rp with me and then, out of the blue, stop replying to me. I figure it's because they either have no muse to reply, or they have lost interest in the plot. If this happens, PLEASE tell me. I don't want to force you into rping a plot that you no longer have interest in, or have no muse. We can brainstorm ideas to make the plot more interesting, or we can start over with a new part and set of characters. All I want is someone willing to work with me and rp with me, no matter what the plot line is about.[/li][/ul]
That's it. Remember, I will be bond by the same requirements. So at anytime you feel like I am breaking any of these rules I have set for you, tell me, and I will do my best to change that. I want to work together with someone to help me develop my own characters and improve my writing skills, so if there is anything I need to change, let me know. Now that that is out of the way, we can get to making a plot.
[li]Slice of life (but it must be something interesting and packed with drama/action so we both don't get bored)[/li]
[li]Action/Adventure[/li]
[li]Folklore based[/li]
[li]Assassins, assassins, assassins (I like the whole idea of it)[/li]
[li]Certain (and loosely based) fandom plots (ask me before you assume what fandoms I'm in, because I am not apart of a lot of the popular fandoms)[/li]
[li]Song Inspired Plots (we can brainstorm together and figure out what songs we both like)[/li][/ul]
This list may grow as I think of more things to add, but that covers the gist of things. If anything interests you, or you have an idea that isn't listed, feel free to ask me about it. I may love it the idea. The only thing left is to show you an example of my own writing so you have an idea of how I rp.
The next morning, Dakota got up earlier than normal. She had already called work to tell the she wouldn't be coming in today. Something had come up with her family that she had to be here to help handle. Is was only a partial lie. Something had come up, and Sawyer was as close to her as her own family. Of course, when she returned to work, she would explain what had happened, but she didn't want to risk that the return of her best friend wasn't a good enough excuse to skip work. Luckily, she was on good terms with her boss.
At 8:30 in the morning, the young woman was up helping her mother make breakfast. Dakota had informed her parents that a friend was crashing in their basement, but not to worry about it. It was rare that she brought friends over to stay the night, so it took some convincing on her part to get them to agree to not look in on their guest while he slept. "Yes, you know him." "No, he isn't going to steal anything." "No, I'm not going to go camp out down there with him." A lot of the normal reassuring answers that every child gives their parent at least once in their life when having a friend they don't know about stay over. She didn't tell them it was Sawyer who was, hopefully, sleeping peacefully in the basement. She wanted both of them to be surprised when she brought him up to show them who they had offered their home to.
As soon as the morning meal of eggs, sausage, biscuits, grits, and fruit (her mother never made breakfast without some kind of fruit on the table) were cooked and prepared, Dakota went to go see if Sawyer was awake. Her steps were hurried because she wanted him to see her parents before they left for work. She wanted to show them that they had been wrong in assuming the boy, or man now, was never going to return. She wanted the whole town to feel like idiots for giving up the search. Maybe she wasn't as kindhearted as she acted to be some times. Opening the basement and turning on the light for the stairs, she made her way down as quietly as she could in case her friend was still asleep.
Requirements
- You Must be Active: I'm not about to ask you that you put this rp first and foremost in your life. That would be stupid and selfish of me. I know that things come up and plans are made. All I ask is that you at least reply once or twice a week to let me know you're still interested in rping.
