Ok. Heads up, I maybe poofing for the night real soon, as it's getting late where I am.
Here is the first one.
| Catherine Brooks, Breakneck| Hero | | She’s kind, clumsy, introverted, and smart. While Kate has a strong moral compass, she sometimes lets her emotions get the best of her which often can cause incidences. Even though the woman can independent, she’s a team player at heart and does what she thinks is best. Which often leaves her at odds with her heart, head and the people she trusts. She has a strong moral obligation to protect what she believes in.| | Her height is five feet eight inches tall. Kate is lithe and strong, her build is like that of a long distance runner, but not quite as muscular. Bright hazel eyes that are almost green with an olive skin tone and dirty blond, almost mouse brown curly hair that ended about two inches below her shoulders. Her hair often frizzes out of control. | | Super speed and everything associated with that, meaning numerous secondary applications, faster-than-normal healing from injuries, speed-reading, generate cyclones by spinning her arms quickly, throwing lightning bolts from the electricity she produces from running. As she becomes more confident and trains more, her speed and abilities from those listed above will come into being and increase. As she is still just a plain old human, she is still pretty weak. If she is caught off guard and doesn’t catch a bullet, she can die. If you find a fancy way of taking her speed away, she’s a normal human without accelerated healing or anything. Lack of Gravity and lack of Friction also are her downfalls, if you get her cold enough, like absolute zero cold, she won’t be able to accelerate her molecules which prevents her from generating kinetic energy, causing her to slow down. One bad thing about having super speed, if she doesn’t eat around 10,000 calories a day, she will faint, not that she’s figured that out yet.| | A bright royal blue skin tight two piece suit with matching blue gloves and belt, with red accents and yellow lightning bolt outlined in red is what Breakneck ended up with. It’s made of a special fabric to reduce friction and heat from her speed and move with her. There are red outlined lightning bolt running between the elbow and the arm pits of the suit and on the belt, one on each arm. Then there is another one on each side, from the smallest part of her waist to about her knee which lines up with the two on her belt. There is a blue mask which hides her identity that she can pull off of her face and head since it also covers her hair and most of her head. | | She is an engineer who is finishing up her degree and is working . She will desperately try and keep her two lives separate.|
Carter Stewart| Civilian | | Carter is kind, caring, intelligent, and a laid-back young man, who often at first glance seems unable to take things seriously. However, he has often proven to be surprisingly focused when it comes to helping people and getting stuff done. It's not apparent that Carter is a nerd and a geek in a few ways. He has a love of sci-fi, advanced technology, and pop culture, and is very excited to see such concepts made real for him. Yet, he also likes sports and tries to stay in shape. Which doesn’t work well sometime. He has great pride about his tech to the point of being extremely protective of it when something becomes damaged or destroyed. Carter is also a very careful planner. He loves the family that he’s got, which consists of his mother and father, and hence he is very protective of them. Depending on the cause of someone, or something hurting either him or his family or both, he’s not afraid to fight back in the appropriate manner.| | The man’s of a somewhat normal height, being five feet nine inches tall. He has mouse brown hair that stops a little bit above his shoulders with a slightly darker olive skin ton, but still white skin. He has slightly broad shoulders. He’s not all that fit, he tries to stay in shape, but given all the late nights and all the sugary things he eats and drinks all the coffee, it doesn’t quite work out. He did do sports in high school; however that effect has worn off long ago. But he does his best to work out and he does have a half-way decent physique. Carter has light hazel eyes. | | In a sense, he is a normal human being who just happens to be a genius. That being said, if you gave him the money, the time and the resources, he could build just about anything you wanted or needed. | | do they have a secret identity/double life? Sort of, he helps Kate by doing techie stuff behind the scenes, directing Kate to where she’s needed. | | He has parents and a sibling back in his hometown. He knows and is friends with Kate through the lab from which they both worked. He’s moved down here to convince Kate to become a hero and to do that he’s helping to start a tech start up. He earned a Mechanical engineering degree. |

no worries, i'm probably going to bed rn as well. here's my kiddos
Jude Cienfuegos, aka "Incendio" / Anti-hero Jude is 5'10" and has a strong lithe stature. She's almost intimidating in a way, with a square face, a strong jaw, slightly pointed nose, and her thick ginger brows casting shadows over her hazel eyes, also framed by pale lashes. Her skin is a warm golden brown, and dark freckles from days spent in the sun can be seen on her face and shoulders. Jude's hair is thick and unruly, a fiery, ginger, and curly mass of its own as it runs over her shoulders and down her back, as well as a few shorter strands falling across her forehead. While not conventional, Jude is an action-oriented person - driven by her instinct, and sometimes her anger, she has a hard time keeping herself grounded and stable. She never thinks ahead, and acts like a tank, taking whatever blows she gets from her rash actions. Inside her, Jude describes the feeling of her anger as bubbling molten lava, ready to boil over at any given minute. As if her core were white hot with heat. It wouldn't be surprising, given her powers are influenced by her emotions at any given moment. While she has anger management issues, it does not mean she's incapable of being decent. Jude's ability gives her the power to create and control fire, and it manifests both outwardly (such as a flame in her hand, breathing out fire, making something catch on fire etc.), and also physically in her appearance when in full use. It doesn't happen every time, but a notable incident was Jude's hair appearing to be on fire as well while using her abilities, and her skin being almost searing hot to the touch. Her powers are like a crappy life metaphor for her anger, something Jude feel's can be uncontrollable and combustive. Nonetheless, over the years of some therapy and her own drive to gain control, she doesn't seem to burn things from a change of emotion anymore and can mostly use her powers to her own will.
Heather Shaw, aka "The Cheer Squad" / Villain Heather is as if the face of evil and chaos had a sweet, Barbie doll face. She has a tall, lithe figure, obviously an athlete with lots of lean muscle, long strawberry blonde hair and piercing blue-grey eyes. Light freckles spatter across her cheekbones and the bridge of her button-like nose. She typically wears t-shirts and athletic shorts with sneakers, and frequently works out at the gym to keep in shape. When out and about committing villainy, Veronica and her clones wear a red and white cheerleading outfit, and typically either balaclavas or some type of masks. Heather is able to clone herself, and with her group of clones she runs around town stealing whatever she can get her hands on. Her group has been spotted around the city twice so far, robbing stores but nothing too big. The press aren't aware that she is only one person, and instead believe her to be a group of criminals.
Elliot Nakamura, aka "Circuit" / Neutral Elliot is a lean and lanky Japanese guy, 6'3" tall with a strong jaw, thin framed glasses and short black hair with the tips dyed a grey-ish tone. Aside from his height, he doesn't seem to stand out much. Usually prefers comfy sweaters and dark jeans. Running up from the back of his neck is what seems to be green and black circuitry, moving up his left cheek and ending at his eye, which has turned the sclera all black with his usual green iris still intact. Skittish, hyper and scared are the first three words that come to mind. Elliot is an anxiety ridden person, with ADHD that doesn't let him sit still or sleep or really function, but he seems particularly fond of electronics. He's smart, and it would show if he could focus for once second. Electronics are his main interest, and it can be seen that when using his skills is when he can truly focus for hours on end. Elliot is quite shy and soft spoken, but friendly to most, if not cautious. He can tinker with phones, computers, sometimes even ATMs if he's strapped on cash.

(Well, hopefully this will be interesting and I should able to get my other guy up later this evening when I can get to my laptop.
Here is my last guy, and it is a rough edit of him probably.
|Mitchell Allen | Vigilante |
| Mitchell is a compassionate young man, whose patience is still being built. Whereas his confidence is pretty well built up, providing that Mitch knows what he is talking about and he isn’t being shy. Even though he is a very smart man, he’s not much of a leader most of the time. He is more of a follower. His personality is sort of dual sided to a point, one side for the man who is willing to do almost anything for his city, and then the sort of geeky boy who trying to figure out the world after having seen a lot of it .|
| Coming in at an average height of five foot nine inches tall, Mitchell doesn't come close to touching the sky, but it's close enough. His olive skin tone and his light brown eyes complement his dark brown hair. His hair length is almost considered shaggy, but for the most part is a shorter style. His lithe body at first glance doesn't exactly give away the amount of strength Mitch possesses and that strength is much above average for his age. But it doesn't compare to someone such an enhanced person. |
| Having no powers, Mitchell was trained from a fairly young age in martial arts. As he matured, he became an extremely skilled hand to hand combatant in many different fighting styles and swordsman. From there his interest expanded to archery and became an even better archer than hand to hand combatant. |

In retrospect, Heather supposed she was a greedy person.
Gunfire rang out through the small neighborhood bank as the original Heather moved quickly across the bank lobby and towards the tellers, who hid terrified behind the glass panels. It only took two bullets into the ceiling to get their attention, though the blonde supposed a group of women in cheerleading outfits was also pretty attention-seeking. We have to be quick. Held in her hands, aiming from one bank employee to another, was a menacingly large machine gun, and it didn't take much coercing to make the tellers leave their stations. Two clones quickly hauled them over, throwing three employees on the ground next to the other hostages. It hadn't been a busy day, and so there had only been two people in the bank, plus a guard. It felt good to be in control, the blonde thought as a clone stood guard next to the hostages. Getting the guns hadn't been easy, and after numerous quietly calculated visits to the bank earlier in the month to scope out the place, her patience was finally paying off.
This time, Heather had been more strategic - there were five of her in total, including herself. One for crowd control, one nearby in a getaway car, and the two alongside Heather were the ones clearing out the money from the safe in the back. She was slowly but surely working out her ability more and more. It was tiring, but when Heather lost count of the stacks of cash that she shoved in the duffel bags the clones were carrying, it all seemed more than worth it. And then, more gunfire, and the shrill alarm of the bank went off. She let out a loud curse and ran out of the back room, and immediately sprung into action once realizing that the hostages had all jumped one of the clones, and one had ran for the alarm button under the teller's desks. There wasn't much of a struggle; the other clones with Heather dropped their duffel bags and dragged the hostages off of the first clone. The guard punched original Heather in the gut, but she was quick to hit him across the face with the end of her gun, before aiming a kick straight into his jaw when he hit the ground. "We need to get out of here, now. Grab the rest from the back and lets go!"

{Huh.. Santa's little helper.....
Also sorry if this is too short or bad. It's getting late for me.}
It took Kate approximately zero point two five seconds for Kate to receive the meta alert that Carter had created that would alert her to any major criminal activities, powered or other wise. It came through her cell. Taking a moment, Kate looking up and around, speed-walking to the nearest empty area. That allowed her to speed change into her super suit. She brought a hand up to her ear, starting to the two way radio conversation. "Hey Carter, dunno where you're at, but I'm on it. Meta-related?" She asked, speeding to the aforementioned bank.
"Yea. I know, let me check." Carter replied, rolling from one desk set to another. "Oh have fun with this one. It's meta, I think, reports state that there are five robbers all in cheer suits. I'm calling it the Cheer Squad. That's the name. If this is meta related."
Carter was about to continue rambling, however Breakneck quickly cut him off. "Already there. Talk to you later."
"Wow new record Break." Carter for the most part muttered to himself, taking note of her new speed record.
It only took Kate a few seconds to come to the scene. She took a moment to look around with her mask covered face. "Hey why don't you put the gun down and leave the poor guy alone? Matter of a fact, why don't you put the money down as well. We can all fight like the ladies all are, and one v one." Breakneck stated loudly, though her eyes conveyed shock at seeing a couple of woman look exactly the same, and it was scary how exactly similar they looked.
