Leonard smiled, and was about to say something, when his tablet went off: We should just take Garry, so put everything away, she's gonna pick you up. He instead just smiled and said "Get ready!" Garry had banked down, straightened out, and was gliding towards Reiched and Leonard. She got close, and in a blink of an eye, picked them up in her huge talons. Edith shouted down. "You guys good?" She smiled, then leaned down to Garry's side. "You gotta come up here, it's safer." She gestured to a rope net that hung down on Garry's sides (Like the things on pirate ships) "Just make sure to climb fast, you don't want get thrown off." Leonard was already on the eight person saddle, strapping himself in. He turned to Reicher. "Once you grab hold, just pull, Garry will let you go" Garry's saddle was quite intricate, with a side bag the size of a chest, the saddle was quite heavy leather, and containing some interesting things. Some other giant forms of wildlife were big enough to build houses on, such as the legendary tale of the level eighty summoner, who had a crocodile the size of an island. Summoners often times had short lives, as many giant believers thought they were trying to artificially make themselves Giants, as they can change the features of their summons. --- "I wanted to talk to you guys about that." He sighed. "I'm out of work, and need a guild." Aldroan hated to come on so strong "Besides, i owe you both." He took a small bite of one of the kababs.

Reicher stood on Garry's talons as they were listed high into the air. The wind whipped against his face and his hair blew around. Reicher looked up with a wild smile. "So, Edith, you up for a race?" He asked. Not waiting for an answer, he let go and let himself cascade down through the air. "Faerith Arozet." A large, pure white creature soared out under him. It was similar to a dragon, but it was slim and sleek with feathered wings and soft fur instead of scales. It fell down across from him before Reicher shifted in the air and Ace swooped under him. They shot toward the ground before they pulled upwards and shot up like an arrow and tremendous speed. This guy was actually, believe it or not, the first monster he summoned. His older brother, now dead, gave Ace to him at a young age. Ace and Reicher were the same level and practically knew what eachother was thinking. Yeah, he summoned Cori a lot, but that was because she was inexperienced and, though level ten, she wasn't very strong. That, and Ace protected his things. He had a vault where he stored all his stuff, it was large and hidden, so Ace and a few of his other summons stayed there and protected the place. Ace flew up and matched Garry's speed, him stayed head to head with Edith. Ace was super fast and really strong, there was just one thing about him. The other reason Reicher rarely summoned him. Ace never did what he was told. He just had to bide his time before Ace purposefully dropped him or something. "As long as we're going at this speed, we might as well stop at a tavern when we get to the -" his tablet buzzed. He pulled it out and read it over. It looked like the others could make it there tonight. That and Jackal kind of was threatening everyone that if they didn't get there by tonight, Jackal would tear their throats out and feet them to Cori (it wasn't Jackal's place to feed Cori anything, but he let it slide). He sent a quick notice, /can do. Also, Jackal, try not to give my little Cori a taste for race blood./ /From Jackal: Will do./ "Change of plans, Jackal wants us there by tonight, no objections from Kiell. We can make it at the speed we're going, easy." Reicher said before he felt himself falling. Ace had turned upside down and was snickering. "Ace! You sniveling rodent!" He yelled up in annoyance, though it was all in jest. "Hey, Edith, mind catching me while Ace up there tried to watch me die?" He yelled up. Yep, just another crazy story to be told at the gathering.

Edith flew under him, and Garry flapped there for a moment, to stay still. Leonard caught Reicher, and they started up again. Reicher was somewhat placed in Leonard's lap. He scooted back to the third seat. "Okay, so you think Garry will listen to you? I have no clue where we're going, and she only listens to Leonard, and his friends." She shot him a nasty look, which Leonard laughed at. "How dare you make Garry like you more than me! She's my summon!" --- Aldroan took it, and signed. "Now, I'm happy to help. So, how'd you get the money for the guild hall?: He asked, pinning the badge to his chest, and gesturing to the Barrom.

Aldroan thought for a moment. "You guys could always ask Beomar. She does need a way to repay you, and is a healer, as you know, but i don't know if she'll join the guild completely." He sighed. "Any other ideas for high level people?" (Yeah sure)

"We'll have to look around. We can probably find some hot-headed raiders yelling at the Reinenford guard, so we can check there, but just need to make sure they aren't part of a guild. As for Beomar, I don't know. She's nice and all, but, like you said, I don't think she would fully commit to the guild." Chantal responded. -- Reicher jumped off Ace, who had gladly let him ride the dragon-like creature so he (being Ace) could boast, in a way, about how he knew where to go. Reicher, surprisingly, had only been thrown off one other time as a joke by Ace, but the lil dragon went down to catch him. They had landed about half a mile away in a clearing in the forest. He unsummoned Ace then looked to Edith to do the same. "Trust me, if you want to be acknowledged as a person rather than just some pet's owner, you should think twice about walking in with Garry on your tail." He said before walking. About eight minutes later, they could hear hollering and howling coming from the abandoned city as they entered it and he lead the way to the center which was a large building that looked similar to a Cathedral. "Reicher!" It was a female's voice and a young woman, who was maybe two years younger than him, ran out and jumped him excitedly. She was an exceed with short, silver hair and silver wings on her lower back. Then, when she got off him, she loudly yelled, "What! The! Heeeellllllll!!!!!" And punched him in the face. He sighed, her punched were way weaker than they actually looked. "I should have torn out your throat when I last saw you in Winsbrough. Poor little Cori, she doesn't deserve to be with a sickening ice beast like you. Well, I guess I'll forgive you since you have suck a cute girl with you. Anyway, the rest of 'em have their say too, so don't be surprised when you get an earful from them, whitey." She said sternly, but eyed Edith with curiosity, completely ignoring Leonard. "Leonard, Edith, this is Jackal." He said before walking past her to the rest of the group inside the cathedral. An exceed with pitch black wings was dangling a you warbeast by her feet and it was all she could do to keep her skirt from revealing anything. Then, on the ground, an Elvest and Meer were arm wrestling with a few guys and girls were bragging about everything they'd done. Almost each group had someone nearby hollering in excitement and the room was filled with noise. A man walked over with scarlet hair and dark green eyes, dressed rather casually in a cloth jacket, pants and had a messenger bag which no doubt held the man's twin daggers. "Yo, how's it been, Torian?" Reicher greeted. "Do... I know you?" The man asked, looking him up and down. "Wait.. are you? When did you go white on us, Reicher?!" He said in surprise with caught a couple people's attention. A woman with a battle axe walked over and she had candy-blue hair, pale skin and a long, silver-blue fish-like tail. "That's a lie, why would Reicher go white on us? It's just stupid. Everyone knows black is his color." She said with a hard stare. "Guys, It's me. I went white a full year ago! At least Jackal knew it was me." He pouted before realizing about his friends. "Oh, hey, these two are Edith and Leonard, they've got some good info." He said, looking over his shoulder to see Jackal was seriously all over Edith with squeals and little comments like, "She's totally a little doll!" And, "Aww, she's so cute!"

Edith and Leonard landed, before Edith unsummoned Garry, they opened his bag, and each filled their packs with items of interest. Scrolls, a few weapons, and a lot of books. When they started to hear the squabbling of the Seekers, Leonard shot Edith a look of suspicion. Jackal unnerved Edith, but she decided to let it slide. Leonard seemed much more uncomfortable because of the woman than Edith, somehow she seemed used to this sort of crowd. They were thieves, but not this rowdy, well Leonard was more tame, Edith was just about this crazy.

Mabel - 18 - lvl. 12 - Female - Blacksmith, Paladin - A strong, dark skinned girl, with white curly, thick, and coarse hair. Almost like wool that is often pulled up into a bun. She has brown eyes. Mabel often wears a black pleated skirt, and a blouse of her choice. She has the ears of a ram, and the horns of one too, she also has a short tail, and hooves on her hind legs, curly wool coming up to her upper thigh. - Blacksmith, no guild - Proficient in making weapons fast, but in decent quality. Mabel carries a war axe strapped to her back that bears the image of Izra - She sells her wares in central city, but no one knows where her forge is - --- Mabel skipped into town, and into the center with the little shops and booths, holding some weaponry, silverware, and some other less important smithing items rolled up in a leather sheet. She sat down on the street near the Beggars, and rolled out the mat, to show her wares, but only after she handed out some coin, and waited for someone to walk by. --- Aldroan laughed lightly at the comment about raiders. "I wonder why a woman that strong is on the streets begging." He commented, more thinking aloud. Aldroan grabbed another Kabab, as he liked them the best, but also took some of the pork. "You heard from her? I didn't see her as i crossed over. to this part of the town."

"Oh, Edith! You're just so cute, I would never feed you to little Cori! No, you'd just be all kept up on display with my other cute things!" Jackal squealed happily. All the others just brought icky boys, okay, sometimes there were adorable boys, but normally they were all icky. Really, boys were the scum beneath females. -Wait, that sounded wrong. She was totally straight, she just personally thought all guys were jerks and deserved to be shoved into a burning fire with a sword piercing there heart and their screams recorded like a song. Of course, though, she'd probably get bored of Edith soon. She looked over at Leonard. "That your brother or something? So un-cute and all tense, a nibble from Cori would sure do him good." She commented with a sigh. "Oh, Edith, you should totally see Reicher when he's Black, he's so much cooler. You know, thinking about it, I don't think i've seen him white for a long time. His white side is so un-cute." Jackal commented dully. - ( Jackal - Exceed - Female - 19 - 13 - Homicide, Thief - She stands at 5'8 with tanned skin and silver, curly hair that reaches just below her chin. She has green eyes and wears a simple white crop-top and a frilly white skirt that has a black belt. She wears black leather gloves and black sandals that wrap up her lower legs. She has a short sheath holding a dagger and on the other side of her bet she has a black sack with coins and a silver sack with with potions. - Seeker, no guild - A long dagger with a black blade that has silver trimming and the grip is white leather on steel. She also has a sack with healing potions and types of poisons. - Amaryllis ) - "Reicher, I'm surprised Jackal didn't slit your throat after what you did to her." A deep voice greeted him as a male walked over. Reicher's gaze hardened in return to Kiell's own cold glare. "All I did was ditch her halfway through the quest. It was easy and boring, she's higher level than me anyway." He returned. "Whatever, not for me to comment on." Kiell replied and the mood lightened considerably. "These your friends? Jackal seems to have taken a liking to the girl. She has a knack for sniffing out summoners.I saw that thing your friends were riding, oh, and Ace seemed to behave for once! Finally stopped neglecting him?" Kiell joked. "Nope, still have him guarding my stuff. Gosh, Kiell, I know you want relics, but I'm not stupid enough to pull Ace for to long." He replied lightly, though there was an underlaying tension between the two. Kiell wanted a relic from him, namely, his Royal Issue, a magic spell on a scroll that froze everyone in a half mile vicinity for an hour period except the people you didn't want to freeze and you can't leave that area until the time is up. Reicher personally couldn't use it, he needed to be level forty, and Kiell was only level 17. Reicher wanted a potion Kiell had that could let you instantly learn any three spells of your choice, no matter the level requirement or other listing, but you had to be level 20 to drink the potion or you would die. It was another relic and the potion had been powder when Kiell found it, but he'd managed to return it to its original state with the help of a level twenty three mage with a subclass of alchemist. "Anyway, Reicher, introduce me to your friends then I can beat the stars out of you for going white on me." Kiell send, making Reicher give a heavy sigh. "The girl is Edith and the guy is Leonard. They have information on the time of giants." He explained. "Alright, welcome to your first Seekers' meeting, Leon, Edith." I knew that would happen. Leon is so much like Lion, Kiell would never be able to not call Leonard that.

Edith tried her best to ignore Jackal, smiled, and waved to Kiell. Leonard was already turning red, shaking with anger as this buffoon made a mockery of her sister. He was just about ready to fake a fire on the chapel, and run out as quickly as possible, but once the woman dared have the audacity to threaten a stranger. He was about to say something, when Kiell started to speak. Edith jumped on her opportunity to talk about Garry once Kiell stopped talking. "Garry is fun, she was my first summon. I found a book in the archives of my town somewhere near here, without a title, or any imagery, but found it was about making summons giant. I found a feather, said the incantation, and poof! There was Garry., back when she was the size of a tea kettle. I have the book if you'd like it." She told the entire story with a broad smile, then handed it to Reicher. "It talks about how size affects certain things, like the Summon's power in Leonard was taken aback by Kiell calling him Leon, but tried not to disrespect this alleged leader.

"Ah, that's very intriguing, Edith. I hope Jackal wasn't to much of a pain." Kiell responded at first. Jackal's huffed in response. "Anyway, that book seems cool, but I'm not a summoner and I don't think Reicher here could do any of those spells." He pointed out as Reicher politely declined it. "Kiell's right. Half human and I mainly use ice based spells. Wouldn't have the magic for a summon like that." He responded. "Oh, and Reicher-" Kiell added, turning back to the man in white. He made a fist and trust it into Reicher's stomach, making him recoil a few seconds and he sputtered in shock. "i was not ready for that." He rasped. "-why the stars did you go white? Don't tell me you killed someone." He got his answer when Reicher gathered himself and just brushed off his shoulders. "Must have happened within this last year, you weren't white at our last meeting. No matter, there's at least someone who can cheer you up. -But you seem, not so serious when you walked in, so it must not have bothered you as much." Last time Reicher had gone white was when he killed Alica by accident. He'd lost control of his powers because Kiell had pushed him to the edge. That was the sceond year Reicher had been in the seekers, it had shocked all of them. Alica had just happened to be to close to Reicher and, well, needless to say, it didn't end up well. Reicher would probably talk to him about it later when there were less people around. On a separate matter, Kiell was dying to know what information and relics these two had.

Edith blushed. "It wasn't that bad." Leonard, having gotten over his rage, turned to Edith "Wanna show them?" He smiled, the twins got to their knees, and started unpacking a few of the books and other items they could fit in their own packs, but Garry had many more items on her. Edith pulled out five books that lacked a title in common speech, but two had titles in the magical language. She had two daggers that were black, and had complex runic carvings on the hilt. She also pulled out many scrolls on her findings, notes that were invisible thanks to an Enstral's ink. Three of the books contained information on summoning, and the other two on the Giants, one specifically the Giant who Created the dwarves, and the other the observations of a Human who was a Giant's best friend. Her notes were all on how the Giants tended to use their magic, and they connected the writings of many different Scribes. The daggers were made from a complex alloy known as Dark Steel, a certain type of steel that allowed three enchantments, or one very strong or rare enchantment. The glyphs on the sheaths were a spell, once said they would disappear, if said again they would appear in one's hand. Leonard pulled out eight books, all about the six races, and a compass that spun rapidly, not stopping. Six of the books were about each of the six races, the speculations of their origins, and the other two were about the Vigil as a whole. The compass was tall-dwarf make, and pointed to whatever items are ancient, or have magical properties. The compass was spinning, as there were relics all around. He had notes that were shown, but written in the magical language. They rambled about the focus of the giants, their goals, and some other things, and were much less cohesive than his sister's.

Avalin - Elvest - Female - 17 - Level 11 - Scribe, Druid - She has a beige-cream skin and strawberry-brown eyes. Her hair is silver and two locks frame her face and go down to the bottom of her neck. She wears wer hair in pigtails that are done up in a large curl halfway down. She has a strapless, white and black dress with bell-like sleeves that are frilled at the ends and top. Under her chest, her bodice is black with white frilling underneath. She wears three petticoats. One, sleek, basic white, a second one with large white ruffles going horizontally in layers down and the third being parted in the middle to show off the ruffled petticoat. The third is black and overlaps in places, loosely resembling the folds of ruffles. - Seeker - She is well versed in the Magic Language, can do a variety of over-time healing spells and can open portals to places she has been before, though it takes up much magic energy. She can do a variety of low level spells as well. - She grew up in the Warbeast territories and was sickly as a young girl. She joined the seekers a year ago when she'd run away from her home wanting to know about the world. She's more traditional because of where she grew up and has a large interest in old books and the history of the races. - Avalon
Is this alright? This is the first roleplay I'm joining on here since it seems very interesting. Also, do you, perchance, have a list of words in the Magic Language? I scanned through a few pages while I was waiting to be accepted by the forums and I think I have a gist of what's going on. But, I noticed Yogurt and Amaryllis both seem to have an unsaid similarity whenever this language is mentioned, though, yogurt, was Beaomar's healing incantation in latin? On a different note, what made you choose the name A Yogurt Cup? I'm sorry for the speculation and questions.

(Beomar's was in latin because we hadn't finished the language, and didn't want to rush. Now Amaryllis has her own list of power words that are assumedly used by all magic users. By the way, it's also less commonly called Ancient speech and Giant Tongue if you want your character to seem intelligent, or far into their research they could use the other labels of the language.) Aldroan thought for a moment then gasped. "I think... She heard my howl.... Many of the more traditional Warbeasts have this code of conduct." He spoke as if he was reciting a verse from a poem. "If anyone, man, woman, Elvest, Meer does good for you, you must do all that you can repay them, or you may never meet Izra. That, and the fact I had howled in call magic, makes for an... interesting combination. She wanted to help me, as i gave her, and many other beggars food before i left on this quest." He seemed somewhat recluse after realizing this. I owe her my life... He had become aware of this last night, but it didn't settle particularly bad with him, until just then.

Avalin walked into the Cathedral through the back. It seemed most of the other seekers were already there. She didn't know Jackal very well, so she wasn't sure whether to take the threat in the group's messaging seriously or not. The young woman was looking around when she spotted Kiell and two people she didn't recognize. A man in white was also over there who seemed vaguely familiar, but she wasn't completely sure who he was. She decided to walk over, carrying a decent sized leather bag with some relics in it. "Fair dusk, Kiell, others." She greeted before turning to the two she believed were newcomers. "I'm Avalin, pleasure to be acquainted." Then she noted they had relics and such scattered and seemed to be showing them off. She pointed to one of Edith's books with a title in the magic language. "Might that be a book in the ancient language about Seraphina?" She asked curiously. It was possible given the other books in the two's collection. She pulled out a scroll with a wax seal still in tact and a short script saying it was a list of protective fire spells. "Would you be willing to trade?" She asked hopefully.

(Oh! I'm sorry, I didn't realize. Then it'll be Leonard's book on the human race. I'm under the assumption that you have a second page during the time of the giants, a war? Even though it seems inactive, I thought maybe this piece from the lore, "While a king of the races stepped up and took charge, the Giants created mighty beasts generalized as monsters to reek havoc among the races." would be the reference and Seraphina could be the human princess, as I would assume the king would be human since you mentioned humans were the strongest in magic. I just assumed there'd be a few references to her in books since she would be like the 'hope' of the kingdom. I can change it if you dislike it, it was just an idea, but you guys might have a bunch of lore already laid out.)

(I'ma expand on her a bit XD) Edith laughed hard when the woman referenced Seraphina "That's Leonard's territory." She nudged him, and he sighed."I have multiple sources on her, but the most intelligible information on her is in this book." He picked up a gold book that was about three inches thick. "You'll have to skip ahead quite a bit to get to her, and, of course, it's in Giant's Tongue..." He rolled his eyes. "Seraphina is really an amazing tale, as she was the ambassador to the giant. She was a powerful spell smith, (person who puts the magical words together, and a class lost to time) and convincing political symbol. I would definitely trade it, what do you have?" Edith got up, and was showing her daggers to Kiell and Jackal. "These are made from Darksteel, a pretty rare metal. If you say the Glyphs written on the handle, they will disappear. If you say it again, they will appear in your hands instantly." She really hoped they'd like these, as they were one of her most valuable and ancient items. She had found it with Leonard's compass deep in the restricted area of the Caves when she had visited there.

Avalin lit up more when Leonard began to speak of Seraphina. "She truly must have been wonderful in her time! Oh, here," She said, pulling out a couple more things. There was a quill made with an exceed feather and it had a white-silver stem and tip with gold trimming and words inscribed along the them going in a downward spiral. She also held out the scroll mentioned from earlier and a Darksteal ring with the crest of a dragon and mood where a gem could have been. "Might any of these be worth the trade? The scroll is protective fire spells, the quill works wonderfully for scribe and translation magic, while the ring enhances your physical strength when you wear it." She offered.
