Besides cheese and occasionally bacon, I don't like putting toppings on burgers.

I agree with you wholeheartedly
I hadn't even tried relish up until this year because usually if it's food and green and not a vegetable, I'm very against the idea of putting it in my mouth >_< Then this spring when we were in Tampa, my mom put some relish on MY burger instead of her own by accident. And it was actually amazing combined with ketchup (which I always eat anyways).
