"We can let them rest tonight. Have a small patrol take turns keeping an eye on them and we can set up a hunting and fighting session tomorrow to see if they are the trained warriors they say they are," Harestar whispered back to his deputy. He looked at the two siblings. "You may stay the night."
Sandpebble giddily jumped. "Thank you!" She told him greatfully. *Our plan is working! We can become closer to our father!* she thought to herself. Mudfang looked at his sister's reaction. Everything was working perfectly. His sister had no idea of his true intentions

"I'll take first watch," Timberstone growled, clearly unhappy as he padded off to organize the creation of a small, makeshift den for the two cats. "Wolfshadow, Blackdawn, and Pebblestep, grab a couple apprentices and build a small den," he ordered.

Tawnyhaze and Blackdawn came into camp from a patrol. Snowpaw ran up to her siblings.
"Tawnyhaze, Blackdawn! There's new cats that just came and-!" Blackdawn put her tail over the young cats mouth.
"Perhaps you should go help Batscreech now." She said quietly, sensing tension in the camp. Tawnyhaze looked at the newcomers.

Sandpebble noticed the crowd slowly slink away after Harestar spoke. She hated the tension. I just want to know my father, she thought to herself as she watched Mudfang search around the camp.

Emberspark stood up as the crowd slowly backed away, although it was still present. She yawned, bored.
Wolfshadow and Icefire sat together. "I don't trust these two," Wolfshadow muttered to his sister.
Icefire rolled her eyes. "Seriously? The yellow cat looks like she'd be scared by a butterfly," she joked.
Wolfshadow heard Timberstone's voice and headed over.

"Aww why do I have to help build the den?" Pebbletep whined, before following the others to start the preparations for it. His eyes were wide with indignance, and, not for the first time he looked more like an apprentice than a full fledged warrior.
"Because you were told to," His brother informed him almost smugly before padding off to go and get to know the other new cats.
Bogpaw and Firepaw were watching, eyes wide as the newcomers entered and spoke. It was a relief to them, really, because they were no longer the strangers in the clan anymore.
(Should Bogpaw and Firepaw have been assigned mentors yet, or would they still be too new? I changed their time in the clan to one moon if thats ok^^)

Blackdawn left Tawnyhaze and Snowpaw to begin building the den. The last thing she wanted to hear was complaining. Snowpaw glared at Tawnyhaze.
"How come I can't listen to the big cat talk?" She asked in frustration. Tawnyhaze glanced down at her.
"When you're older perhaps." He said firmly.

Cardinal was waiting for more warriors before assigning mentors. She plans to finally do it when she gets on her computer later ) "Because I asked you to," Timberstone said, "keep stalling and you might just get put on first watch. Firepaw, Snowpaw, join them please," he added. |

Snowpaw sprang forward, happy to be asked to help. She jumped in beside Blackdawn, her white fur standing out against the black she-cats.

"Alright, Tawnyhaze, Wolfshadow, and myself. After our watch is over we'll each one at a time, choose a warrior to replace us. And then they will do the same when their turn is up. I want at least two sets of eyes on the den at all times," Timberstone ordered, "Understood?"

Wolfshadow nodded, sitting up right. He watched Sandpebble walk to the den, her ears flattened. Mudfang, on the other hand, confidently strolled through.

Crowpaw raised am eyebrow and playfully nudged Owlpaw's shoulder a bit. He doubted that that was possible, and was amused at the idea.

"Not fair," Pebblestep grumbled under his breath, hoping he wouldn't hear as the younger tom made his way to make the den. He eyed the two new comers warily as he got to work, still sulking a little.
"Yes! Hey, Snowpaw, we get to help!" Firepaw squealed, leaving her brother behind in the dust as she darted after the white apprentice, her green eyes wide with excitement at the thought of doing something.
Bogpaw watched his sister leave, his tail tip twitching slightly in amusement as he saw her excitement. He glanced around, sidling over to Owlpaw and Crowpaw hesitantly, before keeping a few mouse lengths back, shy around the cats in the clan.

Snowpaw jumped as she heard and squeal and then saw that it was Firepaw.
"Of course, we are some of the toughest apprentices." She said, playfully puffing her chest.
"I just wish I knew what was happening." She said quickly.

Snowpaw darted toward Owlpaw, jumping in front of the other apprentice.
"Do you know?" She asked quickly.
Tawnyhaze took his place at first watch, Blackdawn waited beside him, watching Snowpaw. The Little apprentice was so rowdy no matter what time of day it was.
