I was 15 and a guy online was 26 and he knew my age but still said I was cute. Now this is nothing compared to what you're describing
but I wanted to vomit.
He got blocked so fast dude.

Omggggg I relate to this so hard
Like since I was in my pre-teens I've gotten wolf-whistled/catcalled by random old dudes on the street (we're talking like 50+). Then you've got the old guy at my church who used to basically stare at me and tell me "how beautiful I'd be one day", and the random old man in a costume in Vegas who was majorly hitting on me in FRONT OF MY MOTHER and asked me to sign on to work as an "exotic dancer" (....apparently I don't look as white as I am or something because Canada is not exotic, sir) in his nightclub....These all happened in age range 11-16. And it STILL happens at times (creepy old dudes chatting me up/leaving me hugely inappropriate tips at work)
This actually led to a discussion I had with my ex about why I could never do modelling like he does. I'm at the point where I'm uncomfortable posing in any sort of way that induces provocativeness for an unknown audience, and especially if it involves any sort of physical exposure Who knows how many creepy old dudes could either be looking at me (assuming I was in a fashion show) or getting a hold of the photos (assuming I was in a photo shoot)? No thank you. I'm literally at the point where I'm scared to go out to bars/clubs and whatnot alone, because I don't want one of these old men trying to take me home. Gah.

I guess I must be incredibly hideous or something bc I haven't had creepy dudes leer at me yet in a long time, thank evolution. might just be because I barely go out tho
I've have a few boys my age try to ask me out though, so I guess im not totally hideous??

I have had this happen. It is not fun. They stare and one called out to me while I was wearing jeans and a hoodie, so nothing even remotely exposing. I hate it so much...

most problems I've had were with younger guys but yikes, I can sort of feel you. it's the most uncomfortable feeling ever to have a someone leering at you inappropriately
