Randomly gave me the book of Mormon because I was too scared to turn them down and be rude wtf do I do with it now? Read it? Don't read it? I'm not religious at all but I feel so bad for taking this book from him ehhh He even said he'd call me and stuff honestly idk what to do
Do I read it so I don't look rude or do I throw it out????? Keep it?? Ahhh

Read it if you want, it's pretty good. But if you don't want to just stick it away somewhere, please don't throw it away. But don't feel bad for taking it, we like to give them to people.

if you find religion interesting, regardless of whether you're religious or not, I recommend at least reading a few passages. I'm sure you could find like a top ten online or something so you wouldn't have to read the whole thing but still have something to talk about if anyone wants to discuss it with you. reading religious texts can be really enlightening and not just in the spiritual sense. but if you're not interested, just throw it out, give it away or just store it somewhere tbh. nobody should force you to read something you're not interested in consuming, not even you.
