boy howdy i love weird brain children
so what we got so far is: - organisation tracking down creators of the terrors - rating scale 1 - most dangerous, 5 - not dangerous - creative squad - a few mentors to oversee the squad, plus a supervisor - training for the creative squad - DEFEAT UR FEARS U BRATS
- in the organisation theres around 100 people (so its tiny), but theyre all split into squads a full squad consists of 5-6 people, and are tight knit and like family. however, since deaths are common, it can drop to as low as 2-3 people, hence why we need newbies.
- newbies (formally known as trainees) are taken in on a 1-3 scale rating, because those are the monsters that have real forms. the more dangerous it is, the more precise the global system will be; though it can still only be within a city or town. usually, it'll just give a country - earpieces/headsets are often used, and they translate to the language the listener can understand. this means you dont need to be multilingual to understand your own team (though let's be real, languages are slowly picked up over time once youve heard it enough) - surviving veterans are well-respected - custom weapons are a thing! you need them, because once you've conquered your fears, then it's time to fight your monster. lots of thought can go into this. IF A NEWBIE DOESNT THINK they can handle the monster, however (poor physical problems, etc), then they can tell one of their mentors and give them the material needed to defeat the monster. said mentor will defeat the monster for them, but this means the newbie will have a lower chance of being in the squad; unless theyre extremely capable mentality-wise
- 4 oldies, 2 newbies in this rp - hq is located in one place, but theyre spread all around. - the hq is high-tech, more advanced than the modern era should be. there are rooms that can contain a monster, and hq has monster-proof safety.
