Hello there! I hope you're interested in doing this with me! c:
Requirements:
Please be literate, descriptive, and able to type at least 10 lines per post! Thanks! c:
Plot:
My guy is a criminal. A famous one at that. Known for killing, severely injuring civilians and police officers, and stealing, he lives a hard life constantly trying to evade the police. Now he isn't just your normal person. He has the ability to control ice, which is a huge help in his criminal activities and how he manage to escape all the time. On the other hand, your girl is sent to help capture this new ice person. Your girl has the ability to control fire, but is strictly instructed to only use it when needed. The two end up running into each other one night and fighting, with your girl as the last one standing, ready to take my guy in. As she is about to take him in, a gang interferes with them, who just so happen to know my guy. Much to my guy's disliking, he ends up saving your girl from a certain fate, and your girl now knows that he has some good left in him. Your girl does turn in my guy, which results in my guy being constantly monitored by your girl as he has to undergo 'tests' to help 'calm him down', which actually means experiment on him, though nobody was told. This could lead to her having pity on him, which she helps him escape. Eventually they'll end up sticking together, living on the run.
{Side Note: Since their powers clash, their personalities do too. My guy, despite having ice powers, acts like a hothead. He's always stubborn and wanting to get into fights. Your girl, aside from her fire powers, is stuck up and cold hearted, stopping at nothing to obey orders and capture my guy. Later on they could end up liking the other! Who knows? c:}

(Oh wow! This sounds a lot like a story I tried creating, except the guy who controlled ice was a good guy. I'm interested in playing the girl!)

The wheezy creak of a metal car door swinging open. The block heel of an ankle boot stepping on the pavement. Raindrops darkening the pale sidewalk. These were what signaled Blaise's approach to the task at hand.
Thunder rumbled, a reminder to the woman that there was a chill in the air. She stuck her hands in the pockets of her dark frock coat for warmth, and she felt as her hand slipped over her pistol.
The woman ducked her head against the wind. She had no umbrella to shield her, but she didn't mind the storm. She was focused on only on bringing a certain man down, to stop him in his cold tracks before any more lives were taken. She was just the woman for the job.
"Only use your powers if absolutely necessary. This...this might be absolutely necessary." This was what her supervisor warned her of before she headed off. She just smiled and told him, "For you, maybe it would be necessary for powers like mine, but me? I'm a little more skilled than you'd like to believe. Good night."
Blaise would not let herself eat those words. She knew she was capable, not because she had powers to aid her, but because she was very efficient in her work. In the past 4 years of her career, she had already brought in 4 criminals. This gained her respect from her colleagues, but they were still wary of her presence. Everyone in the department knew of her powers, and it was one of their greatest secrets and their greatest fears. For now, let's keep it a secret, but yes, I am a force to be reckoned with.
Blaise set off down the walkway.

{Ah sorry for the poof! I was talking to my friend on Skype. Sorry if it looks kind of rushed, I'm really tired and I'm gonna take a nap lol.}
Rain. Of course! Something he absolutely despised as it caused everything to become soaked and freezing. Now you wouldn't want to get close to this guy, who only strolled the streets at the ungodly hours of the night. His presence could make anyone run, as the air surrounded him was always freezing. That was a side effect to this guy's powers.
The guy's name was Leon, and he gave up his surname, no longer associating with his 'family'. Though nobody called him by him by his real name anymore, referring to him as a freak or a monster among many other names. He was a lone wolf now, isolated even from society itself. The life he lived was pretty harsh, which caused him to snap and become the infamous criminal he was today. Leon had been captured by the police with had cuffs slapped on him countless times, though he always escaped. No mere human could hold him back, and that was the way he liked it. He was never one to lose anyway. Little did he know that there were others with powers, much less powers that were capable of beating his.
Snapping back to reality as his body continued to grow colder, he stepped into a convenience store that seemed to be opened at this late hour. Walking in, he casually grabbed some food, relieved to be sheltered from the rain. He could feel that the clerk was staring at him, and before any suspicions were raised, Leon shot his hand out towards the person behind the counter, causing a huge new ice sculpture to form in the middle of the store, sharp points sticking out on the other side. Acting like nothing happened a second prior, he stuffed as much as he could into his pockets and headed out, motioning downward with his palm and causing the ice to melt. He didn't bother to clean up the mess, however. Stepping onto the sidewalk of a main street, he stuck to the shadows of the buildings above him, making his way to the place he called home.

Blaise continued down the path, raindrops collecting upon her head of dark curly hair (which was held in a low ponytail, as it usually was when she went out on her own endeavors) and her glasses. That was the really annoying part. "Crap," she muttered under her breath. Shoulda worn contacts. She stopped in her tracks and removed her glasses, placing them in the security of her coat's inner left pocket.
This night proved miserable and taxing for each of the powerful beings. However, one recognized the impact on his powers, while the other was merely worried about her sight. Blaise viewed herself as human. She didn't need her powers to be a good investigator...just her sight.
Actually, not even that. I need my touch. According to reports on Mr. Freeze (this was what her colleague nicknamed him, something he found amusing, but Blaise only rolled her eyes when her colleague told her. It wasn't nice to name someone after their powers, it was a label. "Yeah, well your name is pronounced 'Blaze.'" "Jacoby, I only speak from experience. Idiot.")
Excuse me...where was I? Oh, yes. Reports of Mr. Freeze said that you were able to feel the cold air around him, perhaps at a yard's radius. He had been last seen walkin in the area. Nevermind physical appearance - This was all the info Blaise needed.

Leon happened to be rather lucky that nobody else was around the convenience store at the time. Though it made sense, as it was around four in the morning. The rain had started to let up a little, and he let out a small sigh of relief. The only good thing about the rain was that it gave him an advantage with his powers. Though...the advantage was actually more of an annoyance. He could freeze the water droplets and turn them into hail or sharp icicles, though it wasn't like that would do much to a person besides make them go insane as it felt like a million small rocks or tiny needles fell on them from the sky. He was speaking from experience here, though the only times it happened to him was when he was so angry he couldn't control his powers easily. But tonight was just another boring night, as nothing ever seemed to happen besides being chased by the police seemingly every other night. And luckily for him, tonight was not one of those nights. Now that he thought about it, it did seem a bit quiet and unordinary.
Leon had to stop pacing down the street for a second, pulling back his hood and running a hand through his messy black hair. The only feature that set him apart besides the sudden temperature drop was a scar that ran over his right eye from picking a fight with a gang recently. As much as his powers were helpful, a group of people could easily overtake him. Leon just liked to act as a tough guy all the time. It was a part of who he was as a hothead. A disappointed sigh escaped his lips, icy blue eyes darting around the surrounding area. He just so happened to be lost, in the middle of the town somewhere, at four in the morning. Which also happened to be one of the most popular places in the city. Shaking his head to himself, he took a deep breath and exhaled, his breath appearing like smoke in the cold air. It reminded him of the winter time when kids always loved to look at their breath in the cold air, laughing amongst themselves. Too bad he never had the luxury of a childhood. Huffing to himself, the criminal remained silent as he pulled his sleeves over his hands. Anything to keep warm. Too bad he hadn't experienced warmth in years.

Across the street, Blaise walked, the picture of alertness. This was a rare sight at 4 in the morning, to see someone so wide awake, but Blaise always worked nights in her department.
Her eyes had fallen on the man across the street from her. She continued walking, but her pace grew slower, and she peered at him through the corners of her calculating green eyes. She didn't turn her head to look at him, that would bring about too much attention.
It was the puff of steam escaping from the man's lips that gave him away. It was summer time, the rain wasn't cold, the man carried no cigarette. Without a doubt, that is him.
As soon as Blaise reached a cross walk, she made her way to his path, yet she kept her collected dispostion, kept her steps slow. She hoped that she would seem like a normal civilian, or that she would be unnoticeable to him. Her coat blended in with the night, and although her boots had heel to them, they were rubber, which meant Blaise could tread softly.

Leon did occasionally glance at others who were walking by, making sure they weren't calling the police on him. At that moment, he noted that there was someone across the street, though they didn't seem to be a threat. So Leon shrugged to himself and grabbed a bag of chips from his pocket, popping it open from the top. The ice wielder started shoving chips into his mouth, feeling slightly satisfied for once. He hadn't eaten all day, so this was a luxury for him. After finishing the chips, he tossed the empty bag aside.
Even though he was wide awake at four in the morning, a part of him was always rather exhausted. Especially after using his powers. Though as he always felt a bit dead inside, exhaustion meant nothing to him. He had recovered his energy now, after eating.
After some time of blindly walking, he came across the city park. He recognized where he was and sighed in relief. If he walked through the park and came out the other side, then proceeded to take a few turns, then he would be home in about ten minutes. First he just had to walk though the park, which was shrouded in darkness and rain. He knew there would be nobody there, as tonight's stormy weather could only be described as disgusting. Maybe it was just him who despised the rain, but it didn't matter at the moment.
Leon found himself humming a song he heard once, holding his hand out to feel the raindrops dance on his palms. He was lost in his thoughts, the only thing that ever kept him company besides the thrill of fighting or being chased. His icy blue eyes stared at the empty playground in the distance, imagining the daytime when all the kids were playing on it. But imagining things was useless, as it wouldn't bring his childhood back. He longed for something good to happen, to have a friend. But in this cruel, unforgiving world, that was never going to be possible.
