Runi was in Kakariko village for the time being, figuring it was a good town to stop at before continuing on her set path. She had a job to do, and wasn't going to let that path falter if she could help it. Being from - supposedly, as Runi looked nothing like them - the Gerudo Valley, it didn't exactly make her popular amongst the other people of Hyrule. Even if she could exactly help it. She was hoping that with her cloak on people would be less likely to talk to her, but it seemed as if someone couldn't get the hint. Perhaps it was the style of the cloak she wore, and the clothing in general she had on from underneath. However, unlike most inhabitants of the Gerudo Desert, she didn't wear bright, vivid colors. She wore toned down reds, black, yellows, and grays. She stood stiff when she heard someone speak to her. Well she assumed it was her, everyone already seemed familiar with each other. She turned around slowly, but only to the point where her profile could be seen. "Me?" She asked.
{Her cloak is like impa's from Skyward Sword

Runi supposed that was true, she couldn't argue with that logic. "I suppose that's true. But I wouldn't know. I don't come to Kakariko very often." Well, in the desert it would be odd to see a cloaked figure as well but perhaps it was different out here. As Runi has never gone this far out before, they didn't permit her to unfortunately. So that's exactly what she was doing out here, leaving all of their rules behind. But she feared someone from the Gerudo Desert would recognize her, or someone knew her by association and that was the reason for the cloak: to remain anonymous.

Runi's eyebrows went up in surprise at hearing his educated guess. But she could see where he got that from, Gerudo women would come looking for husbands out in Hyrule, so their clothing styles must be distinct. And since Runi has not other clothes besides what she would wear in the desert, using deductive reasoning, he could say that she was from the desert and be quite accurate. "It's a possibility." She shrugged, which her words still rang true. Runi never thought herself as one of the Gerudo people, she almost looked like the people of Hyrule.

Runi turned her head to face the man completely, making this he first time he's seen her whole face. From the side he could probably only seen one golden eye - similar to that of the Gerudo people - and her other eye, well, there wasn't much left of that one. It was scarred around it, and a stormy, dull grey. Indicating blindness. Her short, crimped black hair, cut at her chin, was not pushed back from her bad eye completely, as she had no need to reveal it. "What do you mean?" She asked, head tilted slightly.

Runi shrugged at hearing his response. She didn't really care whether the hero has returned, or that Ganon was ruling Hyrule. It didn't have much to do with her anyway. "Oh. That." She answered almost in a disappointed tone. "Well I don't plan on kidnapping anyone if that's what you're implying." Runi said into her mug just before taking a drink from it

At least he wasn't trying to say something rude or imply anything. She hated when people did that. "I wasn't planning on going into Castle Town. That's the place I would want to go quite honestly. In fact, I want to get away from the Gerudos. Going closer to their king isn't going to help me" Runi thought she sounded like she was speaking as if she wasn't a Gerudo. Which, she was, but she didn't want to labeled as one.

If I don't look busy the lady of the house is going to make me clean - and that's one thing these hands aren't good at."

Runi smirked at his statement, whether that was an excuse to talk to her or not she wouldn't know, but it was humorous nonetheless. "I'm just stopping for a night or two. I've been traveling for a while now, and it's quite tedious if I do say so myself." She took another sip from her mug, "unless you were asking for specifics?" She raised an eyebrow, the one above her good eye.

Runi didn't like to be referred to as 'stranger' and felt the need to say something. Though, it wasn't his fault, he didn't know any better. "My name is Runi. I probably should have said so earlier." That would work: putting the blame on herself would come off much better than the other way around. "And that would be most helpful. I don't think they would take kindly to a Gerudo. No matter how much money they have."

Runi's eyes widened ever so slightly at the prospect of him traveling with her to Lon Lon Ranch. She normally liked to be left alone. But in times such as these, it would probably be best if they went together. "That would be appreciated, yes. Would you like me to compensate you for it?" Runi didn't have a lot of money, but if the prices for anything were the same here as they were in Gerudo, she should be alright.

no payment? That's surprising, perhaps he felt that would be taking advantage of her. So, that told her he had morals, something some people seem to ignore these days. There's been plenty of racism. She could count at least five suspicious or dirty looks she received from the village people. But there was no violence yet, neither one did anything to provoke the other. "If you're sure. What's your name though? I should probably know for decency sake."

{nice, I'm debating whether or not to make Runi a Hylian - the people Link descends from - but I feel like that would make her mary-sue ish}
Runi took his hand in her own, and made sure to keep her grip as firm as his. It would be rude to make it anymore or less. "It's a pleasure to meet you Noza." She moved her gave a small smile as she spoke and then let go of his hand after a few moments. "Where are you from Noza, Kakariko?"

{I'll look it up, cuz I can't remember if it was Ocarina of Time or another game that had like all the Hylians wiped out and it was just normal people}
"Well then yes, that makes you from here doesn't it?" She chuckled at his words and her own. "I suppose I should go request a room then." Runi stood up from where she was sitting and walked over to the counter, asking a woman for a room. After giving her the money, she recieved a key for said room and turned to Noza. "Do you have a place to stay tonight?"
