I'm curious and would like to know what your favorite piece/s is/are.
My favorites have to be Tchaikovsky's Marche Slave, Rachmaninoff's Isle of the Dead, and Holst's The Planets.

i love pergolesi's stabat mater dolorosa and monteverdi's lamento della ninfa. idk if these count since i played them with the city choir but like it was still really fun. i also love the rondo from the abdelazat suite. it's not challenging like at all but the melody is so cool and short and good. 10/10

aaah those are all very nice. I think Stabat Mater Dolorosa is extremely beautiful and somewhat ghastly with the choir.

im listening to isle of the dead rn and i really enjoy. it has this whole like dark/suspenseful feeling im not use to hearing i like it

yeah, I absolutely love it. a friend told me to listen to it while I was reading Dark Heroine by Abigail Gibbs because there's a scene where there's a ballet type thing and it's supposed to be really creepy and she said she imagined that was the song being played.
