{That's what I would assume too. Who is living with who? Or are they all in the same dorm like one big awkward yet loveable family?}

The characters all are familiar with one another as they are all in their junior year of school. While they are not all the best of friends, the group has been lumped together in a share-house due to a few housing issues on the university's part. This information is all on the front page on the first post in the second blurb.

(Not my best work, but hopefully it'll do for a starter~)
The morning sun down the backyard of the share-house. Classes have yet to start but that didn't mean the young lad would dare sleepin, in fact the opposite held true as the male had been up since four am standing in the backyard of the house. He was wearing black training robes that one would wear if they were training in karate. At the current moment he was finishing up his daily jujutsu practice, his face of relaxing. To Alecks this was a way to clear his mind for the day. So much so that the young male did this every morning prior to anything else and in the odd event he wouldn't remember he'd be quite the grumpy fellow. The young male whose face was covered in sweat finished a set of kick combos before walking over to a nearby tree that he had laid his black towel on. Gripping the cloth he placed it over in his face as he took in the moment of bliss he was currently in. He stood there for a good five minutes before he removed the cloth placing it back on the tree for tomorrow. Heading inside to the share house he looked about quite curious on if anyone would be getting up by now, or if he'd be the only early bird. However that came second to his main goal of getting a cold shower in for he was quite the mess right now with his long hair flowing down as it had yet to be tied into his patent man bun hairstyle. Finding his way to his room he entered a set of pre laid out clothing. He then entered the bathroom to his relief no one had yet claimed it so he took the chance to quickly shower. The process was quickly finished and the male version of the grudge girl was soon replaced his trademark manbun and cleanly dressed look. Upon finishing cleaning up he gave himself one look over making sure nothing was out of place in his appearance before cleaning up the mess he had made. Quickly finishing Alec headed into the kitchen area still not noticing anyone else yet so he calmly leaned on a wall with a apple in his hand that he would partake in.

MacKenzie had been up, since about 0500 or so, but she didn't physically get up. She was in bed, typing away on her phone and trying to do virtual flashcards on things she needed to remeber for her ROTC class today. They often started off with a quiz as to see what they remember. Mackenzie was probably afraid of Msgt. Barry more than anyone else in this life. Well, that she had known so far. Supposedly basic training was hell, and she didn't feel prepared for it in the next year or two. She sighed and sat up finally, setting her phone to the side and running her hands through her hair in a very small attempt to organize it. It would have to be fixed before she left to class, but she had time before then. Mackenzie got up from her bed and left her room, still in her Star Wars pajamas and not very concerned about it. She didn't see a reason to change just to eat breakfast and get a glass of water. When she went to the kitchen area though, Mackenzie saw one of her roommates up and about as well. She let out a yawn and gave a very sleepy greeting, "morning." Mackenzie kept walking until she got to the cupboard and after nearly hitting her head on the swinging door of it, was able to get a cup out.

Oven preheated to 425º, check. Sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and flour mixed, check. Hannah hummed to herself as she stirred everything together in a bowl. Classes started tomorrow and that meant one thing: Hannah Malone would start stress baking at any and all hours. The first creation of the term was apple pie, something simple, liked by many, and easy to put together. The unwritten reason for baking something everyone would like was that if everyone was eating her food they wouldn’t try to talk to her, and she could avoid the awkward and embarrassing small talk that came from being around….well, anyone. She would’ve liked to use Honey Crisp, but the corner grocery store had been out so she’d settled on Fuji instead. It was probably for the best. While she baked the young blonde often listened to music, currently some old Bruce Springsteen was blasting through her earbuds, this musical love was her father’s fault but one she’d never managed to cook. Hannah never actually sang, easier not to attract attention that way. She glanced up once to see out the window and instead had her gaze met by a figure and then a second. Hannah startled, the large bowl falling off the counter. Cinnamon, sugar, flour, nutmeg, and salt all flowed down into a messy pile on the floor like an avalanche. A small shriek eeked out of her mouth and her fair skin turned red instantly. Ripping her earbuds out and trying to take a few deep breaths Hannah took a step back from the counter.
“M-morning” she stuttered.

MacKenzie now felt awake at the sight of the mountains of baking ingredients falling to the floor. Mackenzie set her cup down on the counter quickly and searched for a vaccum. She found one in a closet where the washers and dryers were, and came back with it as quickly as her tired legs could take her with a heavy vacuum cleaner. She gave a very sympathetic gaze to Hannah, "I'm so sorry, I'll help you clean it up." Mackenzie promised as she plugged in the vacuum and started it. Mackenzie ran it over the spilled ingredients, satisfied to see the floor look spotless once again. She stopped the vacuum and then rested it against the kitchen island. "Again, I'm so sorry. I can be too...me sometimes." Mackenzie gave a small smile as she tried to lighten the mood and little. Although, she felt like she wasn't making great progress. Hannah was red in the face and she looked horrified at the events that had taken place just a moment ago.

It was the sun that woke him up, the golden rays penetrating his eyelids and turning his vision startling vermilion. Quite frankly, Kaeden was bummed about it. His alarm hadn't even went off, he could've potentially had an hour or so more of sleep but, at this point, he was way too awake to doze back off again. So, his eyes opened slowly, still hazy with the dust of sleep. One blink, two blinks, three blinks and he was once again in the land of the living. And a sharp pain suddenly spread across his temples. So, sometimes good decision making wasn't really his forte because, in an ill-advised move, he'd attended some frat party knowing full well that he'd have to wake up in the morning and go to class. The headache and subsequent ebbing feeling of nausea was karma getting even. But, wow, that had been one heck of a party. He vaguely remembered he'd pocketed some girl's number but he'd had to deal with that when he was a little bit more coherent. Gingerly, Kaeden sat up, squinting into the light that spilled through the window of his room. Yeah, getting black-out curtains was definitely item number one on the agenda.
He stumbled out of bed in a pair of gray sweatpants and a plain black T. Kaeden made a B-line for the bathroom, coming to terms with his hangover and splashing some cold water on his face to wake him up fully. He was technically friends with everyone who lived in the apartment but still, he didn't want any of them to see him looking so rough. His brown hair clung to his forehead and he left it just like that, not bothering to comb it or coif it into perfection. Sluggishly, still lagging, he came downstairs, lamenting that it was even brighter on the main level. He shuffled into the kitchen, taking a seat in one of the little stools at the breakfast bar. I was only then that he realized he realized that he wasn't alone. Kaeden lifted his head up as an after thought, flashing his house-mates a toothy grin.
"Five bucks for whoever wants to go to class for me." he joked, dragging a hand over his face, " I'll throw in a pack of gum if you fry up some bacon for me too." He wasn't speaking to anyone in particular but he had a pout on his face, glancing between MacKenzie, Hannah and Alecks, begging one of them to take pity on him.

MacKenzie raised an eyebrow when Kaeden had entered the kitchen. She figured he went to that frat party, which Mackenzie had stayed out of for the sake of video games. She forgot which one, but she remembered it being some Call of Duty game. She had so many video games it was hard to remember which ones she had. Of course, she rage quit when she started getting too tired to focus on the game. So she was basically angry at herself being angry and tired. It made sense if you don't think about it. Mackenzie grabbed her cup again and pressed her cup to one of those fancy water dispensers on the door of the fridge. She responded as the cup was filling up. "I would make the exchange if Master Sergeant Barry wasn't expecting me to come in early today. He's always been uptight about time." Mackenzie looked over at the clock on the microwave and let out a curse, "I'm supposed to be there at 0800..." she had about an hour to get ready now. She would have to wolf down breakfast or skip it completely at this point. Mackenzie bit her lip until she started to taste the familiar metal tang that blood held and stopped. It was a habit of her's to do so and it was nearly impossible for her to pick up another habit.

Ariella Faye Harper A loud bang sounded from the other side of the door, waking a peacefully sleeping Miss Ariella Harper. Her almond-shaped eyes blinked open at the crash, and an irritated scowl forced its way onto her lips. What time is it? She rolled over, lifting her hand to tiredly rub the sleep from her dark eyes before turning her head to squint at the clock on the bed-side table. 7:00am? It was too early for all this noise--especially since the lass had gotten home late the night before after one hell of a night. She had gone out with her team as they weren't having practice the following day to give the girls a rest before the semester began, and they had all gone perhaps a bit too hard.
Allowing a sigh to escape her lips, the raven-haired twenty-one year old swung her legs off the bed, planting her feet on the ground, and stood. She wobbled momentarily, still a bit unsteady from the previous night's consumption, in a similar state as the one Kaeden had awoken. Her hand shot out to the table, keeping her upright rather than toppling to the ground and shaking her still uneasy stomach.
The sound of feet shuffling across the hardwood flooring rose to her ears as she made her way to the bathroom down the hall. It was bright. Too bright. And the young lass narrowed her eyes, cursing herself for letting loose like that. The time before hadn't turned out well for her either. One would think that she'd have learned her lesson by that point, but she continued to go out with her friends and teammates as many other people her age did. She shook the thoughts from her head and pushed open the door to the bathroom, closing it behind her as softly as possible.
Ari splashed some water across her face, placing her hands on the edge of the sink. Her muddy brown gaze shifted up so she could study herself in the mirror. Wisps of dark brown-nearly black locks stuck every which way, and her cheeks shone with lingering drunk "Asian Glow." Sighing, she moved toward the shower, doing her best to rid herself of the remnants of the night before.
When she had finished with her shower, the slim lass made her way down the hall once more, stopping in her room to change. She was already beginning to feel better after the shower, almost maybe ready to face the day. A pair of gray sweats hung from her hips, and the volleyball team's old warmup hugged her upper half. Rubbing the last of the sleep from her eyes, Ari made her way downstairs, feet tapping the wood flooring lightly as she glided into the kitchen area, gaze moving from one face to the next.
"Could y'all be any louder?" she grumbled irritably, gaze shifting to Hannah's mess on the floor. The dark-haired lass shook her head and continued to the sink, stepping around the baking goods on the floor, to grab a glass of water.

Alecks stayed pretty silent as everything went down his eyes following the mixing ingredients landing on the floor, and then they went back to his apple as he decided to mind his own business for the sake of not having to get close to the mess. He bit down on the apple the sweet flavours were a welcome greeting as he closed his eyes drowning out the sound of the cleaning process the others went through with the mess. His eyes then followed as Kaeden entered the kitchen. Like he did with the mess Alecks simply pretended he was minding his own business to avoid answering the question. With that the male quickly finished his apple, and tossed it half way across the room his eyes boredly watching it enter the trash can that he was aiming for. He then readjusted his stance so he was standing normally, and he found his way to the dining table leaning forward on it as he watched the others peacefully.
Alecks was still in a state of peace from his jujutsu training so he looked pretty laxed at the moment. His eyes went to Ariella as she now entered the area, the group seemed to slowly all be rousing from their slumbers. He once again chose to mind his own business when she spoke. He had yet to make a single peep since finishing his training, and well that was basically how he was. He only spoke once directly spoken to, or he had something of importance to say which at this current state in time the young male had nothing that he cared to say.
So with the avoidance of saying something randomly the male reached into his black jeans pulling out his black google pixel phone. Lifting the cellular device to his face he decided to check up on stock prices. Luckily enough after a few glances over the search results he found nothing worth worrying about. His attention slowly turned back to the group of people however that quickly changed again as he opened up the one phone game, well the only game in general he ever played 'Love Live School Idol Festival' and with that he started playing the rhythm game in his own little world. Which he would stay in for quite some time until someone decided to bother him.

He raised an eyebrow at Mackenzie's response. He still didn't understand why she'd bothered with ROTC - it just really didn't seem like the sort of thing she'd be into. Well, like, he wasn't an expert on Mackenzie Burton but the girl was prone to putting the 'hip' in 'hipster'. He liked her for that reason, though. She was able to roll with the punches when it came to the jokes the law student made. Kaeden always imagined her as a bit of a dreamer. The military didn't always reward dreamers but here she was, stressed about being punctual. "Well good luck with Master Sargent Bummer." he drawled, " But at least you look cute in your uniform, eh?"
Kaeden was beyond pleased about Hannah's willingness to cook for him. He made a mental note that he owed her. In the meantime, though, he shot her some silly finger-guns and a cheeky wink. In hind sight, he should've chipped in on cleaning up that mess but quick thinking wasn't anything near what he was capable of this morning. Kaeden's gestures were followed by that easy laugh of his, bright and like a bell in the way the giggles bubbled up from him. He leaned back and slouched against the stool back, slipping his hands into the pockets of his sweats. He hadn't had much motivation to get ready before but, as he started to get comfy, he lost all will to get up and be productive. Maybe those were thoughts best saved after he got his bacon. Idly, he pulled out his phone, scrolling through social media, catching those highlights of the rager he'd stumbled his way through last night. No new was good news so, hopefully he hadn't made an idiot out of himself. He was contently on facebook before Ari walked in, complaint on her tongue.
Kaeden chuckled, meeting her with a smirk. Honestly, she looked nearly as rough as he did - keyword: nearly. She'd probably been a bit more meticulous about the way she looked before making an appearance in the kitchen. But that was fine, he'd seen her in her natural element at that party. God, was she fun. "Lookin' bright-eyed and bushy-tailed this morning, Ari." His voice had a teasing lilt to it, "What kind of concealer do you use? Really does a good job of covering up that residual drunk."
