Once there she got herself seated, and waited for him to sit down beside her. She pulled out the items she needed and began to flick through her book to the correct page, before looking up at him and offering him a slight smile. 'How many days?' She then asked, referring to his 'time of the month'.
---
'If we were bad fibbers,' said Sirius, 'We would always be in detention,' James continued, 'Which we aren't.' Sirius finished with a flourish, finding the classroom and heading inside. They sat at their desks and Sirius winked at Victoria, gesturing at the desk beside him for her to sit on.

"Eight I believe, although I feel fine." Remus said, following suit, his hands quickly pulling out his supplies before sneaking out a piece of chocolate. Popping it into his mouth, he smiled before offering a piece to Silver.

Tucking her hair behind her ear, Victoria sat down, a gentle smile gracing her soft features before it suddenly fell, a look of fear on her face as she met the gaze of Lucius Malfoy who was watching her with suspicion. "What would mummy and daddy think if they saw their precious little daughter running around with the blood traitors?" The blonde sneered, getting up from his seat and approaching the three.

Silver smiled warmly and accepted the piece of chocolate, sliding it onto her tongue and winking at him in thanks. She then turned her gaze to the front as the lesson commenced, her gaze becoming focused. ~~~ 'What would mummy and daddy think if their pweshus wittle woosius was sent to the infirmary for a month with a bloodied and beaten face?' Sirius cooed, before his gaze turned dark, and very, very dangerous, gaze narrowing into a sharp and aggressive glare. Even James leaned slightly away from him, but he glared at Lucius as well. 'Walk away now, Malfoy, before I pull out that snake tongue of yours and shove it up your dirty little a**.' Sirius hissed, baring his teeth slightly. 'Maybe you'd like a hex with that.' James added, hand already on his wand. The marauders didn't care that they were in lesson at all.

Remus felt his pride swell a bit at the sight of her smile and quickly focused on taking notes.
<><><>
Lucius Malfoy frowned and was about to say something when his eyes widened in surprise. Feeling courageous with the two Marauders having her back, Victoria stood up and gave an icy glare to Malfoy before walking up to him. "Have you forgotten who I am, Malfoy? How would your parents react if they learned that you dare to treat me like—" Faltering, she said slowly in a shaking voice, "Like one of those blood traitors." Of course, Lucius backed down and returned to his seat, sulking, but despite her victory, Victoria's eyes watered and she fell back down in her seat, slumped down and dropping her face into her hands, ashamed.

About halfway through the lesson, Silver lost all focus and began to mess around, casting tiny charms every so often to mess with the students around the room, her eyes sparkling with amusement.
---
Sirius lost all aggression, and his expression was catapulted into that of a kicked dog. James looked wounded at her words, and the boys quietly exchanged glances, before they said no more and actually focused on the lesson, Sirius leaning slightly away from the new girl they'd befriended.

Remus smiled, his eyes following her charms with awe, his normally tight shoulders relaxed and his gaze carefree.

Victoria didn't dare to look at the two boys beside her, she instead listened intently to the professor explain the year's lesson plan as well as a few field trips they'd be taking to the Forbidden forest in the next few weeks. Lucius smirked at her miserable expression; she might have shut him up but it cost dearly.

After a while she stopped, taking note that the professor had noticed something weird was happening in the classroom. She released a soft laugh and grinned at him slyly. 'We definitely need to get Minnie this year.' --- When the lesson was finishing up, the two boys hurriedly packed their things. They still looked confused and now troubled as well as hurt, as though struggling to decide on what to do about what happened. Sirius cast her a wary glance and a hesitant smile, but it was empty- he was hurting. 'See you.' He managed to say, before heading out with James, the two talking in hushed tones.

"Seems you've been practicing. Preparing all summer for this prank?" Remus asked with a smile, his eyes cast down on his parchment paper.
<><><>
Victoria watched them sadly and stood up to follow them but stepped back. What could she say to justify her actions except for the truth? A truth she was forbidden to speak by her headmaster. But she could trust them, couldn't she? Clutching her books tightly, she watched them walk away longingly and tucked her head down before exiting the classroom herself.

She winked, relieved as the lesson was finally dismissed. 'It'll trap hernin her animagus form for an hour or two.' She grinned. 'It'll be a great prank.' ((The potion backfires and actually traps her for a week before they manage to find the counter potion. 😂)) --- The two boys headed down to defence against the dark arts where they'd be joining Silver and Remus, Sirius every so often glancing back at the crowds, where he could see Victoria. He wasn't sure how he felt- he himself understood the pressures and the need to conform.

Muttered apologies to the people bumping into her, Victoria glanced up and her eyes widened when she made eye contact with Sirius. Gasping slightly, she gulped and ducked her head down, hurrying to get to Defense Against the Dark Arts and praying they wouldn't be in that class.

((Sorry xx)) Silver grinned and blushed at his compliment, dropping her gaze and lowering her eyelashes a little. 'Thanks. I worked on it for ages, I just hope it will work.' --- Sirius hesitated as they made eye contact but shook his head and looked away. They entered the class, and the two immediately walked over to Remus and Silver, whom had arrived before them. 'Hey.' Sirius said, sinking down behind them. 'Hey.' Silver whispered back, smiling back at her best friend, and then at James. Her smile faltered and she tilted her head. 'Where's Victoria?' The boys looked at each other, before quietly explaining what happened. Silver frowned and chewed her lip, troubled. 'She was most likely putting on a front. Just because we're brace enough to go against our parents doesn't mean that she is.' Sirius and James looked at each other and nodded in agreement, before Sirius waited for Victoria to arrive so he could invite her over to talk.

She said, placing a hand gently on his arm. Sirius raised a cocky eyebrow and placed a finger on her lips. 'Shh.' He said. 'C'mon, we saved you a seat.' He said, smiling at her in a friendly manner. He was still wary, but it was evident he was willing to make up. 'You don't gotta do that, you know.' He casually slid in, as he led her to the marauders. 'All you've got to do is say and I'll give him a bloody nose.'

"He may be a prick but you shouldn't get in trouble because of him. He'll get his in the end," Looking up at him, she said softly, "I had no right to say what I said back there, I shouldn't have said that. He added, looking to the front of the classroom as the teacher emerged to begin the lesson.

That's okay, how are you? }} "Rumor has it that Victoria lives with the Dolohov's," Remus said softly, his eyes flickering over to Victoria and Sirius. "But I can't figure out why she doesn't carry their name. I mean, they're highly respectable wizards if you're looking at bloodlines." Nodding gently, she sat down and began fiddling with her curved wand, hoping the teacher wouldn't ask her to perform magic in front of the class. She had been perfectly good a spells up until she came to Hogwarts but after she gained a wand to control such magic, she had been horrid at even the simplest of spells.

She replied, smiling over at the werewolf warmly. Sirius smiled at the girl and glanced to the front, perking up as the teacher announced theyd be discussing the unforgivables. 'This'll be a good lesson.' He murmured, pulling in his chair.

"I guess you're right, forgive me, you lot have made me quite nosy." Remus laughed softly before his smile fell at the mention of today's lesson; unforgivable curses.
Victoria's eyes lit up, there wasn't a thing she didn't know about the three curses, although whether that was good or bad she couldn't decide. She had spent the summer reading about such spells after the eldest Dolohov used one of her to make her kiss him. She thought perhaps there could be a way to protect one from such spells but hadn't had any luck; all she did was learn the other two.

Silver grinned, looking at him. 'In all areas.' She added, giving him a flirty wink, cheerfully returning her gaze to the front to let him figure that out by himself. The professor began with the imperious curse, explaining how it is used, how it worked, and how one might escape its hold. 'Usually, the more stubborn you are, the easier it is.' She told them, smiling.

Remus blushed at this and ducked his head down, coughing slightly in an attempt to hide his embarrassment.
Victoria nodded firmly, listening intently as she quickly scribbled down notes, although they weren't required. Writing STUBBORN in all caps and underlined, she sighed in contempt and looked back up for further instruction.

Writing STUBBORN in all caps and underlined, she sighed in contempt and looked back up for further instruction. The professor began to cover the cruciatus spell, and silver silently dropped her gaze to the table, looking severely uncomfortable as the professor spoke, rubbing her arm slightly. Sirius curiously examined his friend, but also looked uncomfortable; the two purebloods had been on the end of that curse far too many times for them to be happy with.

Sensing their discomfort, both Remus and Victoria timidly put a hand to their shoulder. When Remus gained Silver's attention, he offered her a shaky smile. As soon as her hand fell on Sirius' shoulder, she froze in surprise, not understanding why she felt such a need to comfort him. As he turned to look at her, she put her attention back to the professor but left her hand on his arm, rubbing it softly in a weak attempt to console the boy.

He didn't say anything; accepted her touch, unused to being shown affection, and with such a withdrawal of such things, one tended to either readily accept it- or violently push it away. Sirius was always on the dangerous balance between. Silver leaned a little against Remus, and winced as the teacher began to talk about the killing curse, listening attentively. There wasn't much else to say on it except for what it did.

Remus wished he knew how to better console his friend, but he was just a kid, he only knew so much, so he stuck to what he knew best and gently rubbed circles on Silver's back.
Clearing her throat, Victoria took her hand from Sirius' shoulder and raised her hand. "Professor, I was hoping you could tell us more about boggarts. I know that's supposed to be tomorrow's lesson but wouldn't it be beneficial to learn of their capabilities before we experience their abilities first hand?" Her voice shook as she spoke, and she tried to ignore the few snickering classmates calling her a know-it-all but to see the Sirius Black quiver in his seat at the mere mention of a spell made Victoria do anything in desperation if it meant aiding him.

Silver did take comfort in the action and seemed to slowly relax, eyelids fluttering shut, releasing a soft sigh which seemed to resonate through her body. He always knew how to make her feel better. The professor blinked up at her. 'Well, it's going to be a practical lesson tomorrow, so I suppose I can fill you all in. A Boggart is a creature which manifests itself into something which you fear more than anything else. It can, however, be countered by a spell known as 'Ridikulus', whilst thinking of your fear in a humorous situation. I hope this was useful?' She asked, smiling and tilting her head. Silver frowned slightly. 'I'm scared of lots of things.' She curiously said, only so Remus could hear.

Glancing sideways at Sirius, she tried to sent a comforting smile and quickly nodded at her professor's question. "Yes professor, thank you. I look forward to tomorrow's lesson." And now she had this to stress about; she didn't care about her peers seeing her greatest fear, she was afraid of them watching her cast a spell and fail horribly.
"We all are. You just have to choose one and hope the Boggart chooses that one too," Remus replied softly, frowning slightly. He knew what his greatest fear was and only hoped he wouldn't have to go in front of the class.

'Not good.' James grumbled. 'We need a new seeker or we're bust.' 'Thunderstorms, then, or my Mom.' Silver replied to Remus, before overhearing james and Sirius conversation and turning in her seat. 'I can play.' 'Like hell you can play.' James said, astounded. 'Since when could you play quidditch?' 'I've been able to play since I was a little girl. I've just been focusing on my studies.'

"She's got the right build," Remus piped up softly, sending a reassuring smile to his friends. "She'd be quicker than the others since she's so small, they'd never see her coming."
Peering over Sirius' shoulder, Victoria silently listened in on their conversation, finding their bickering to be amusing.
