Michiko was a bit surprised that he didn't sleep in the room; she slept more at the piano bench than in a bed- or at least she did before she met Orion. When her gram had first passed away, Michi locked herself into a practice studio and didn't come out for a week and played constantly to drown out her feelings of grief and loneliness. She shivered and shoved the image out of her mind before it could become her focus.
She turned turned to Orion, admiring just how easily he picked up and executed the choreography. Even still, it was a terribly difficult transition, and she knew she was more than likely going to get injured on stage at some point if she let her nerves Get a hold of her which, considering this was going to be her first dance audition ever, and it was going to be live, they probably would.
She got off the bench and left the icepacks there as she padded over to Orion. "Will you teach me an alternative, please?" She asked, copying some of his motions as he worked through it to see if any of them felt right.

Orion did the transition one more time without music, though kept his counts up to speed with what the song would've been. He frowned slightly, wondering who put the piece together. The transition was rather illogical and definitely wasn't the best way to go in terms of getting to the next section. It just didn't fit the piece the way it was supposed to.
A couple moments later, he glanced at her, frowning a bit when he found that she was standing and vaguely following his moves. "I have to work it out first - should only take ten minutes at most," the fae paused, glancing past her towards the ice packs.
(Blah my eyes are burning, which means I should lay down until I hopefully fall asleep //rip G'night!)

After following his gaze over to the icepacks laying on the bench, Michiko nodded and sat back down at her perch on the bench, knowing that he wasn't happy with her for getting up before she had fully iced her ankles down. She replaced the ice with a cringe an watched as he worked through the transition area, thankful that she had such a wonderful boyfriend and talented teacher who would help her out.

Orion smiled slightly when she went back to ice her ankles. As she went back, he played the song once, just listening to it for what it was without the dance. He finally stopped the music two measures after the transition before setting to work on putting together sometimes better. And he did. Ten minutes later, the fae had worked out an entirely new transition that ran more smoothly than the original.

Michiko watched in awe as he created the dace transition; the piece looked brand new. When he had finished, she cheered and joined him on the floor with a huge grin on her face. "It looks awesome, Orion! Thank you so much!" She hugged him, already used to his post-dance sweat. She felt a secret thrill run through her that he had choreographed part of a dance for her.

Orion hugged her back, a slight grin shaping his features. Transitions were a strong point for him - probably the only thing he felt confident about choreographing. It was the one thing he wouldn't let others tell him he couldn't do simply because he /knew/ that he could. "How are you ankles?" He asked, unwilling to let her try if her ankles couldn't take it.

That's good. This is my first time ever having anything worse than the flu, and I can kick that in about 12 hours. If I'm not better by Wednesday, I'll suck it up and go to the doctor to let them torture me. I want to see if I can fight it off with my will power first. I'm eating solid food fine, I fear more clear headed than yesterday, and I don't have any nausea.

Michiko grinned up at him and then looked down at her ankles and back up. "Rain as rain. The ice packs did wonders even they are slimy and cold little things." She shivered a bit and shook her head to clear the memory of the cold things. She suddenly remembered the question she had forgotten while his was working. "What did you dislocate, by the way?" She asked, tipping her head to the side a bit. She had entered college as a sophomore, so she wasn't there for Orion's freshman year.

With strep the fever doesn't stay long, but because it is bacterial rather than viral it's more likely to stay and cause later problems Because strep hates us

At the most, if you do go, they'll only have to look at your treat to know it's strep at this point and then they'll just give you the antibiotics with no problem, it'll all be fine

Orion chuckled slightly, nodding. "I wouldn't say slimy but okay," he responded. He was more than prepared to teach her, however her question had the fae turning to face her once more. "What I dislocated?" He echoed, staring at her blankly for a moment. Right, he'd mentioned a dislocation. "My knee. Not fun."

Depending on when you go to the doctor, you won't have to miss school at all because if you go after school, and start your doses that night, you'll be fine to go the next day

True... My hope is that is is just pharyngitis. I only have half of the strep symptoms, so I'm praying that it's not that bad.

Michi winced and hugged him close for a minute. "That sucks. I'm glad it didn't cause any permanent damage." She smiled at him after a few seconds of worrying and said. "Can you teach me the transition please? I'm dying to try it!" Her eyes glimmered with excitement.

If your tonsils are white it's more likely to be strep - that's the only memorable difference I had between the two (sadly I've had both //rip) and honestly I didn't have a fever for either. When I had strep it started as a normal cold, then everything seemed to go away, but then like the next week I was coughing and dying every ten second and my tonsils were white
