Hello! All I ask is that you're literate, like 15 lines or more.
Plot:
My girl has the power to control fire, and she is unstable. Basically, she can't control her powers yet. People stay away from her because they claim that she is the 'bad guy', and so she slowly became one like everyone thought. Society had changed her for the worse. On the other hand, your guy has the power over ice. Though, nobody knows about it. He learned to control it, and he lives a pretty normal life. That is, until he runs into my girl who is bleeding on the ground. Both of their lives would change that day.
That is just the backbone of a plot, and we can just wing the rest and see where it takes us.

Alex was sitting down in an abandoned alleyway, gazing out at the almost empty street. She pulled her hood down to cover her face when her eyes fixated on her left hand, which had a burn scar on it. In fact, most of her left side was burned during the freak accident when she discovered she had powers. Ever since that day, everyone hated her. They wanted her dead or locked away from the public. They called her the 'bad guy', but she didn't ever mean to hurt anyone. But after some time, she started to believe it. Living as a thief was the only way for her to obtain food and clothes and everything. And whenever someone upset her, her powers just consumed her, causing her to become a monster. After that, things just kept getting worse. She began to have nightmares and wake up to a burning building or two, or even caused huge explosions at gas stations. She was unstable, as people commented. Eventually all of that became normal for her, and she craved destruction. Tonight, she planned to take a quick stop at a corner store to steal some money. The girl stood up with a yawn, stuffing her hands in her pockets as she made her way down the dimly lit streets to the nearest corner store. She stepped in, squinting at the bright artificial lights as she made her way straight for the cash register. She demanded to have all the money in the register, and slammed her hands on the counter, causing whatever was on it to burst into flames. The clerk didn't do anything, so she took it upon herself to leap over the counter, forcefully open the register, and snag as much cash as she could into her pockets. While doing that, she was interrupted by the faint sound of sirens and cursed silently under her breath. She clenched her now burning fist and smashed it into the clerk's face before running out through the back. The sirens were louder now, and she realized they were coming from all directions. They were planning to surround this place, and she huffed in annoyance. She turned and headed straight for some apartments, but not before she heard a single gunshot. She turned to see where the gunshot came from, and felt a searing pain in her chest. Tch, so they had seen her. Her eyes widened in pain and she tightly clenched her wound, silently hoping it wouldn't leave a trail of blood leading right to her. She continued running to the apartments and climbed up the fire escape, arriving at the roof. Alex was prepared to do anything to escape, and luckily she was in shape. She suddenly took a running start and leaped off the roof repeatedly until she felt she was far enough away. She glanced over the side of one of the buildings, and saw another old fashioned fire escape. She jumped down onto it and started her journey down, landing in an alley on the outskirts of the town. She was breathing heavily, her hand still clutching her hoodie where the wound was. It was still bleeding, and it didn't seem like it would stop anytime soon. Alex just layed there in the midst of the night, the ground beneath her stained red.

The sound of running water could be heard in the small loft apartment that stood above the city. Inside the loft was a pretty empty room the only thing inside was a sofa, bed, tv, and a ps4 that was currently turned on with a pause screen of Final Fantasy X on the large HD screen. A door to the left had a light shining from under it, and inside stood the owner of the apartment. He was standing in the shower his head draped down as he looked at his feet. The water was ice cold as he liked it. The man himself had light blonde hair that fall to his eyes, and he also had light beard. His body type was quite muscular as well. The water was slowly turned off, and the man stretched slight moving to open the door to dry himself off. Upon drying himself he put on a white sleeveless shirt, and a pair of black cargo pants. He didn't plan on going anywhere tonight as he was hoping to complete his tenth run of final fantasy x tonight however at the same time he wanted to be dressed in the rare case he did feel the need to go get something.
The man inside the loft tended to stay secluded in his apartment ever since the incident happened. He used to be known as a pretty happy go lucky guy, but ever since five years ago he hide away in his apartment. It all started when his fiance was killed back when he played the role of a hero. The news used to always have at least one story mentioning his alias of Snow all over the internet. The hero of ice who saved two trains from colliding, a bunch of robberies, and even stopping a few bigger problems. However five years ago while saving a group of high school students his soon to be wife was attacked by a man who ended up killing her once he finished. After killing the man Snow soon disappeared, and Thomas O'reailly a famous author soon appeared. He made his living writing books, and just stopped using his power of ice.
The night went how he expect for awhile until he heard sirens, and a gunshot go off somewhere close to his neighborhood so being the hero he once was Thomas stood up, and exited his room to go see what the cops were up to. He knew of this "bad guy" thing, but had not done anything to stop the villain. Upon reaching the outside it only took him a few minutes of walking before he came across the alleyway the girl was inside. He only noticed her when he felt the blood stick to his boot. His icy blue eyes turned to see a wounded girl, and he crossed his arms slightly. "Want help?" He simply asked her not asking anymore questions besides that,
(Hope the background of my guy is okay.)
