(I'm working on my character's description right now. Just warning you, I'm not that great at descriptions. And I've been watching viking stuff for most of today so I'm not sure how great it will correlate with this RP.)

(Alright, I added my character's description and personality, but it's still kind of a WIP. I hope it's at least acceptable.)

(Hi people! Just posting to make a save for my characters! )
(Also I'd like to ask a quick question: Would it be alright if one of my characters was a thief/cat burglar? It would be a female too, which is not in keeping with medieval gender roles but that's kind of the point since she is rebellious/anti-authority and breaks the laws anyway.)
Screen Name: Sɪɴɢᴜʟᴀʀɪᴛʏ Character Name: Evangelina (Eva) Martín de Alto Bosque Age: 19 Gender: Female Fief: Wherever she has a job. She stays in an abandoned farmhouse in Seacliff Fief when she has free time though. Not that she has a lot of free time. Originally she is from Alto Bosque, a small market town in Iberion. Occupation: Thief Description: Eva is a slight girl, with a light build that borders on skinny. She is 5'8, an average height that helps her to blend in in a crowd. She has tanned skin and dark hair cut relatively short in keeping with her Iberion heritage, with dark brown eyes and sharp, angular features. She wears different clothing depending on what she is doing- when staking out a target she wears regular peasant clothing and smudges her face and clothes with dirt so as to both seem hard-working/poor and to conceal her face. When meeting with a client, someone paying her to steal something, or picking up supplies or equipment she wears concealing robes and padding so as to appear larger and more masculine, as well as changing her voice to avoid suspicion. When on a job she goes back into her most comfortable wear- a dark grey tunic with a slightly darker vest with a bandolier and a dark grey cloak as well as comfortable and well-fitting leggings and soft boots. She wears black gloves with the fingers cut. All of her clothing is intended to maximize freedom of movement and stealth- not so much as a Ranger's camouflage, but they are soft and padded so as to avoid sound and dark to blend in with the night. She forgoes her cloak if she won't need it. Personality: Eva is a lighthearted and relaxed individual almost all the time. Even when on a job she maintains a positive outlook and a carefree attitude. These appearances mask a quick and analytic mind and her relaxed manner conceals her deft experience with thievery and the underworld. As for useful skills she can pick just about any pocket and unlock any lock. She is also rather stealthy (though not as much as a Ranger) and is good at disguising herself. Other: Eva grew up on the streets of Alto Bosque in Iberion as a street rat, one of many orphans. She survived by stealing and lying, and those traits carry to the present day. She became a full-time thief as she grew and became well renowned in her home country. So much so in fact that she was forced to leave after her identity was compromised by a close associate. She fled to Araluen with the intent of heading to Picta or Celtica but stayed when she found out just how rich the nobility was. Adding to that was the size of the country and the fact of the Fiefs tracking crime semi-separately and she figured she'd hit a thief's paradise. Password: Knight of the Pancake
Wip:
Screen Name: Sɪɴɢᴜʟᴀʀɪᴛʏ Character Name: Riley Fletcher Age: 18 Gender: Male Fief: Norgate Fief Occupation: Knight's Apprentice Description: Personality: Other: Password: Knight of the Pancake

(He looks good, Candy! ^^ Want to rp?
Hmmm, what's her backstory? If she's a thief, then she may be offered to become a Ranger's apprentice, if you choose to accept it. If not, that's fine too. But I want to know a little more about her before I accept her.)
(@blubberywhales: You know what, instead of Matthew, I'll use a new character. XD)
Dustin walked down the halls of castle in Norgate (the name of said castle had fallen from my mind), his arms burdened with scrolls and papers given to him by the Scribemaster.

( *Nightwhisper sure. But like I've mentioned, I haven't read the books (though they sound very interesting) so I might not be 100% accurate.) Värmod sharpened his blade with a whetstone, the sword dulled from many fought battles. His shield leaned against his chair, the wood splintered and the paint chipped.

Arabella went through the main hall of the Scribes' wing of the castle, and headed toward the room where all scrolls were kept. She wanted to read up about something she heard in the village earlier. Arabella's shoes made a noise that echoed through the room. She closed the door softly behind her, but was prepared to open it and leave when she heard someone leafing through the the papers. Arabella breathed a sigh of relief when she entered saw it was only Dustin, Arabella tucked a stray hair behind her ear that decided to fall out of her side braid. "Oh, it's just you Dustin. You had me worried there for a second." Arabella scanned the room with her green eyes, checking for the possible places where they would categorize the value of goods and services within the castle town's northern square.

( Lizard 🦎: No, you don't have to go! Is he can still be a Ranger's apprentice. I was just trying to rationalize why she was with Matthew. If anything, I was just going to have her be his apprentice instead of her roaming around because she was a bit difficult to handle. I was just trying to keep things realistic since we have more people joining us. I'm sorry if I tried to organize everything. If you want, we can go back to the one on one plot we were doing, and continue there. I won't mind.) (@candy: It's fine. You'll catch on as we go. ^^ And, okay! Thanks for letting me know.) River walked across the court yard, carrying a basket of vegetables. Since she was the newest to graduate in the kitchen staff, she was still in charge of running errands for the Kitchen Master. As she walked, she spotted Värmod sharpening his sword. "Good morning, sir," she greeted him with a smile. ~* At the sound of Arabella's voice, Dustin looked up and smiled. "Oh, hello, Arabella," the boy greeted. "I didn't mean to bother you. The Scribemaster wanted me to record a we documents into a summary. Said it was to help my writing to improve.

Arabella walked up to him, and offered her help, "If you want, I can help you look for it. Which one is it?" Arabella started to look through the scroll, even though she wasn't even sure what she was looking for. Although, it really didn't matter, she just wanted to be useful. Even though she had something to do, Arabella would rather help someone else than read about prices and sales in the castle town. Arbaella hated math with a passion, but she can't put her math skills aside and just not use them.

(Okie dokey.)
(As for her backstory I'm kind-of just going off the top of my head, but for a rough draft:
Her name is Evangelina Martín de Alto Bosque, but she goes by Eva or Evan when she's in public so as to give the impression that she's male. She's from Iberion (Alto Bosque specifically as reflected in her name). She was orphaned at a young age when the King's Guard executed her family on charges of Treason that were never fully investigated. Eva still doesn't know if these charges were true or false, but regardless the act left her with a lasting distrust and fervent dislike for authority of all kinds. She survived by herself on the streets by picking pockets, scavenging, and staying hidden, all of which gave her the skills necessary for her adult life. Nowadays she is a master thief, famous in underworld circles for being able to get inside anywhere and steal anything. The catch is that no one knows who she really is- or even that it is a she. She conceals her identity in public, wearing concealing clothing and not showing her face as well as using her height and speaking in a deeper voice. In this way she avoids suspicion that she is female, but most of the time she just doesn't go out in public. She is fairly nocturnal, carrying out jobs at night with practiced stealth and acrobatic feats rivaling that of a Ranger's. She chose Araluen as her 'hunting grounds' just for the challenge of it. Eva is a moral criminal, which is almost an oxymoron but she pulls it off. She prefers not to rob the poor but anyone else is fair game. She also doesn't extort people, threaten them, hurt them, and she especially doesn't kill them. Eva does clean runs- in and out with no trace other than a sudden lack of coin in the vault. She considers a job a failure if she is seen even once.
In short she's a thrill-seeker who steals stuff because she enjoys it, resents authority, and is good at it.
I would be fine with her becoming a Ranger, but I was thinking maybe something could happen and the Rangers try to track her down and apprehend her first before finding out how skilled she is and offering to train her instead, if that's alright. If you would rather I can refit her character to a Ranger's backstory and join there but I thought it might be fun for a Ranger to have to face an enemy equal (or slightly less equal) in stealth and skill to them.)

"He siad it didn't matter so long as it was long and would turn my chicken scratches into readable words," Dustin said with a chuckle. He longed to be a Scribe, however, his handwriting was a bit of a mess.
~*
(Okay, Rainy. :3)
~*
(I was thinking the same. The only thing I would suggest is that she might not be skilled to the point of "rivaling a Ranger." Just to give us something to work with. She can be good and give the Ranger a run for his money, but since she practically thought herself, there will be a difference in her skills verses someone who had trained non-stop for four or more years with masters of their craft. And in turn, she could very well teach her Mentor a thing or two about using thievery and disguises. Both of which would come in handy. XD And since she is coming from Iberion, for reasons I'm sure you will explain in her joining form, she wouldn't have ties with anyone in Araluen, nor would they have the same view on gender roles as Araluen does. I think that could work.
