.... with school.
Like? I love the idea of learning and working towards getting a job. I love being in an environment of kids around my age getting an education. I love discussing the cirriculum with my friends. I love the entire idea of school.
Except I HATE how I'm never happy because some school-related stress is always looming over me. I hate how I feel absolutely worthless if I get anything other than an A on my report card. I hate feeling stupid if I can't completely get a concept right away. I hate how kids see the entire of testing as competitve and always hound me over what grade I get on a test. I hate the entire idea of tests in general, because for some reason the system thinks your ability to memorize facts = how smart you are and not say, how you utilize this information in a career or real life setting.
I wish I wasn't feeling stressed/anxious for at least 1 day ajgqhwhn

hujhgdkfsa im sorry :/ i definitely know the feeling- my high school grades were like.... the epitome of my stress (and current stress tbh). it sucks, but try to get through it bc college is much much better, and a lot of those problems fade (or at least in mine/my friends' experience it has), and definitely appeals to people who like learning w/o shoving in that "extra" stuff
anyway youre definitely not stupid, and this stress isnt a reflection of how youre doing as a student, just a reflection of how ridiculously corrupt public education is
