Nico's eyes widened when he realized he'd been noticed. He was sure he looked rather creepy, standing there like a shadow, just watching this kid. "Unless you can make people stop moving their shops, then no," Nico replied, sounding a bit grumpier than he'd meant. It was just that he had better things to do than stand here watching a kid and hoping the apothecary would somehow magically appear. Nonetheless, Nico cast his cloak a bit to the side so he could see the kid better. "Haven't they taught you not to talk to witches?" Not that he looked much like a witch - he was only fifteen, after all - but the point was still there. "I talk to everyone in the town, best way to find out things you aren't supposed to know." Pidge shrugged, eyes still watching the cloaked figure. His face blurred out when the teen tried to focus too hard on it, just like everything. "Not a chance, but I can probably tell you where it is. What are you looking for? Tailor to hem the edges of your cloak maybe? The book store is down the street and to the left. Oh- and the pond is a little ways out of town if you're looking for a frog or something." It really wasn't smart to be sassy with a magic user, but Pidge was still a little ticked off from the last conversation. At this rate, the teen wasn't going to be able to make any kind of earning by the end of the day.

Nico raised his eyebrows, finding there was something he liked about this kid. "If I wanted a frog, you'd probably be one right now," he replied in good humor, removing the hood from his face so he could see Pidge better. He briefly considered asking the kid where the apothecary was, but if anyone knew he was there, there might be an angry mob coming along to burn him or something. Not anything he wanted to risk. "And why should I trust you to give me the right directions?" he questioned, unsure whether anything Pidge said would change his mind - after all, he really could use the help.

Enjolras's own horse reared as she heard the other horse scream. Enjolras leaned forwards, struggling to keep his seat. As she came back down on all fours he turned her back towards the figure that had flown out of the brush. He fumbled to simultaneously draw his sword and control his horse, finally managing the task after a few moments of multitasking. The fact that Daniel was now horseless was a comfort, as it gave Enjolras the upper hand should there be an altercation. "Who are you?" The knight jumped to his feet, hand resting on his own sword, but his other held out a little easy from his body in a slight "calm down" gesture. "Daniel. Look, I don't want any trouble." He glanced the direction that Phantom had gone. Now it was going to be a very long walk back. His body felt numb, and although that was probably from the fall, he still fought with the unsettling sense that something was wrong with his own self. The adrenaline rush wasn't helping. In fact.... he could almost swear his chainmail glinted green when he glanced at it. He must have hit his harder than he thought. "I'm just going to continue on my way, alright?" He slowly stepped to the side to allow the rider past and added with an almost inaudible grumble. "Now that my walk has just been doubled..."

"I just sat through an interrogation by that guy," Pidge jerked a thumb in Shichini's direction, "about nightmares and someone named Arlo who I've never met, without punching him. If I was going to give bad directions, trust me, it wouldn't be to you." The teen crossed his arms. "I would make a terrible frog, dont even try it." ( sorry, short post x-x )

"No, don't go. Don't leave me!" Calypso stood in alone in a mountain forest she had never been before, the sky redder than a newly bled slice of meat. The ground beneath her was wet from the blood that was draining from a pair of corpses that lay nearby. The couple had strange, wolf like features, like creatures from a fairy tale. The dancer stared, frozen in horror at the grizzly site with tears streaming from her eyes. Why was she mourning for them? Why did she feel like part of her being had died with them? They obviously weren't human. And she had never known them. Or... Had she? Forcing her eyes shut, Calypso tried to force herself to shut out the scene.
When she got up the courage to open them again, she was no longer standing in a scene of pain and suffering, but one of quiet comfort. The area now consisted of a simple living room, lit only by a few lamps on the wall. The dancer instinctively let her body relax. Although she had never seen this place either, it felt... Safe. Around the room were a few groups of other people, all quietly chatting together. Once again, faint familiarity flickered in her mind when she saw a few of their faces. Just as the scene began to fade, one of the figures approached her, holding out a delicious smelling box with a purple ribbon on it.
That same ribbon.
Chocolate. Her favorite sweet. And her first.
Smiling happily, Calypso looked back up at the one who had gave her the box, warmth filling her entire being. The dream had faded to much for her to be able to see their features clearly, but she didn't need anymore detail. She knew who this was, and she wanted dearly to see him again.
The last thing she saw before waking up was the sight of a moonlit clearing amidst another forest, a small gathering seeming to be taking place. The moon seemed to be calling to her, telling her to join them.
She had seen this forest before.
"Its got to be around here somewhere." Calypso mused as she wondered through the trees. That dream had finally convinced her that these recent nightmares must have had some kind of meaning. So she had decided to search for the clearing she had seen. Still extremely confused, she began rubbing at her left eye again. Ever since waking up this morning, the vision in that eye had become slightly blurry and the eye itself was a bit numb. "I must have bumped my head in my sleep again." The dancer sighed. Another strange detail that she had noticed about her eyes was a slight red tint surfacing in her irises. They were just a bit blood shot from lack of good sleep. Or so she had told herself. Beginning to worry again, she stopped to take a break. Calypso reached into one of her pouches and pulled out her ribbon. The very sight of it immediately caused her to relax. "Everything will be fine. I'll just find this clearing and maybe things will go back to normal." She reached up and began to tie her hair up with it. "These dreams will stop and I can go back to dancing." When she finished, she began to hum and continued on her way, proceeding to retrieve a meaty chicken leg from her other pouch, this one a bit less raw then her last meal, and beginning to gnaw on it as she went.

( tinybreeze , I believe I replied with matt. Would you like me to repost?) mintedstar/fur🦇 (yeah that would be fine ) Soon they entered the town and Ciel slowed the horse significantly as his horse was now falling into step beside Katio's. He searched the streets, looking for anyone who might be- or seem out of place. He shook his head, glancing over st the other noble. "I don't think this is going to be as easy as I thought," he muttered, "what should we do now?" Katio frowned a little. His head felt fuzzy. He shook it a little, trying to focus on what Ciel was saying. "Um, maybe we could try the last place that I saw Matteo. Or maybe try to find a messenger to try and find him." The Viscount shrugged and looked around. One of his eyes...felt odd. Like he was looking through glass. It was really messing with his head. "Anyway," he said. "If we both dreamed of a clearing, maybe that's where we are supposed to met everyone." (Animation update! ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/6575102/images/Zk1a5XUEHw6Q8FG1L5Qy.gif) I'm now about 60% done with it. I finally chose out a theme song for the opening and 3 out of 5 backgrounds are made. I need to make two more (Sherlock and Blade) character pages and then do the lineart and animation for everything. Deemo's and Arlo's animations are completed. So, I'm nearly done! )

Sherlock watched the wolf follow them in fascination. The only thing he could think of was that it was somehow connected to the strange dream, perhaps by magic. Maybe the wolf had sent the dream? There were too many possibilities, and his mind flicked through them far too fast to land on any one. "Are you a witch, perchance?" He asked abruptly, turning midstride to glance at the wolf and nearly tripping over his own feet. "Just curious, you, know, as this isn't quite an ordinary situation for me to be in, what with the hunter and the wolf being allies all of a sudden and all."

(See ya tiny) Matteo let out an over exaggerated sigh of relief, grabbing at Deemo's hand again as he followed the reptile. The little boy hoped Blade knew where they were going...otherwise they'd probably be lost out here at night, and that wouldn't be good. "So, d-do you ever go to town or are you always in the forest all alone? I would think that'd get boring after a while!" He said, glancing around some before quickly following in the basilisk' tracks. "Nah, I stick around here. Sometimes I kinda wander by the roads, but that's pretty much it." Blade hummed in thoughed and looked up at the leafy "ceiling." "You meet lots of creatures here, though. You'd never get bored with all the weird neighbors," he added, laughing at his own little joke. Deemo smiled a little at the reptile. Maybe they weren't so bad after all. And holding Matt's hand like this... it felt familiar, somehow. Kind of like his walks with Alice in both memories. Speaking of Alice, the two versions of her didn't match up in his head. Or maybe he was overthinking it. He hummed that familiar tune to himself again, careful not to lose Blade in the green forest.

(Hello everyone! ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/6575102/images/Zk1a5XUEHw6Q8FG1L5Qy.gif) How is everyone doing? Would anyone like to see the draft animations I've kind of gotten finished? Or at the very least the fully colored and shaded Arlo picture? I'm wondering how I'm ever going to get this thing longer then 1 minute? Opening sequences are usually about 2 minutes to 3 minutes. Well, we'll see. )

The name sounded familiar, but Ciel didn't know why. He shrugged as his horse slowed down to a walk. "Yes, that might be a good start. If we can't find anyone soon, then we should check the clearing." He paused for a mondnt, not really seeing anyone else at toen yet, probably because it was still mid-morning. "By the way, how did you even meet this paperboy? And what makes you think he might have some answers we need?" He looked over at Katio for a moment, frowning as he noticed he was acting a little strange. "Huh? Is everything alright?"
