I like pumpkin flavor, but I don’t drink coffee and I only drink herbal teas (haven’t found a pumpkin flavored tea that wasn’t black or green).

I loved fall when we lived in the northeast. Seeing all the leaves change colors and the crisp air. Just cozy weather. So many memories of playing in leaves, going to parks or farms, stuff like that. 😊
Fall in the southeast sucks. It’s just more summer until October, except most pools are closed now and seeing fall stuff in stores. Sometimes we don’t get cooler weather at all anymore because of climate change.
It’s also the most active part of hurricane season. 😒

I love pumpkin spice lattes and pumpkin-flavored teas! Having worked at Starbucks for a couple years, it turned me into a coffee snob. I love exploring new cafes and trying the different fall flavors. My favorite drink this season has been a smoked maple latte. I enjoy watching old Halloween favorites and baking treats. I'm going to try my hand at chai cinnamon rolls soon. I have rewatched Beetlejuice, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Corpse Bride, and Over the Garden Wall so far for the season. I go to Spirit Halloween pretty often this time of year. I've been twice now. I'm fond of haunted houses and like going to amusement parks with them. Living in Florida, I'd love to go to Halloween Horror Nights. However, it's super expensive and I decided I'll treat myself next year if I get accepted into the schools I want to get into. OTGW is so peak.

I don’t really go to Starbucks much but when I do I usually get the red pepper egg bite things or the vanilla steamer cuz I don’t like chocolate lol to the text in italics: ooooh cool. Do you like jump scares? What’s the best haunted house you’ve been to?

I mean, the most elaborate one I’ve been to was the Mysterious Mansion in Gatlinburg. I also enjoy escape rooms with a spookiness to them. Did one witb my friend where we had to escape caskets. And I don’t necessarily like jump scares, but I do like the thrill.

Fall/Autumn is my favorite season, so I'm very happy it's finally time once again!
I love going for walks in the forest, going hiking, collecting chestnuts and colorful leaves for art projects or just to look at how pretty they are, taking pictures with the amazing golden lighting of October (my favorite month because of that), shopping for some cozy sweaters, drinking hot tea while reading a book or watching a movie/show and doing some fall cleaning instead of spring cleaning lol. Rainy days are especially fitting to put on some music and sort through/out some clothes, books and so on.

In the fall I love doing school stuff (if I'm in school), going on hikes to see the leaves, visiting an outdoor historical museum in my state, eating pumpkin pie and apple pie, and reading❤️

Oh, sunsets! Our most stunning sunsets happen in fall! They're another of my favorite things about the season. Even if they are at 5 pm. The colors are much more vivid. I’ll see if I can dig up some old photos later.

We use it to get ready. The season picks up in August and is most active in September. This continues into October and begins to lessen in November. It’s usually over by December, if we’re lucky. But there have been years where the season continues into December and even into January. This depends on how warm late fall and early winter are since the storms feed off of warm water. Cooler air and water weakens them.

I’ll see you Thursday and Friday as a tropical storm. Just don’t stall over me!! I’m not worried about this one. Most of the action is forecast for the western part of the state when it gets here.

I used to but now it feels like most places pumpkin spice just gets sprinkled on top instead of actually mixed in, which is pointless and tastes like nothing. That or it has felt really grainy and just disappointing and nasty.
I even tried a starbucks coffee but those glass bottles from the store that said it was pumpkin spice and even THAT was grainy. Like what the hell did yall forget how to mix it this year all of a sudden?

I like pumpkin flavor, but I don’t drink coffee and I only drink herbal teas (haven’t found a pumpkin flavored tea that wasn’t black or green). oops, coming back because I realize I didn't answer the second part of OP's question I love fall where I live! September is really still summer here, but we do get our first "cold snap" (90F high and 68F lows) coming out of the triple-digit heat index of humid August. October is when it actually starts to cool down in Central Texas and we have really lovely, beautifully mild weather averaging in the mid-70s. Everyone is outside and our windows are open nearly 24/7. Fall is typically pretty overcast/rainy too as a result of far-blown stormclouds coming off the hurricanes in the gulf, so there are plenty of cozy days with stiff breezes and downpours. November weather is very variable. Because of its geographical position, Central Texas is often the battleground for cold fronts from the north and warm fronts from the gulf, so you never know what you'll get. It can be 50F one day, 85F the next, and drop to 30F the day after. Growing up, my mom always said that sometimes you wear shorts on Halloween, sometimes you wear a coat - our first freeze can happen anywhere from late October to early December. Typically the leaves change in November and drop by early December. Winter doesn't really start here until late December. Autumn for me means many things. It's open windows; it's visiting Lost Maples park to see the color changes; it's starting my fall vegetable garden (yes! we can get a second round of crops in the fall); it means celebrating my birthday and now my wedding anniversary; decorating for Halloween and getting way too into carving pumpkins; baking pies for Thanksgiving. Gray days readings books by rainy windows. It's the beautyberries and yaupon hollies full of magenta and red berries, of wild grapes ready for harvesting to turn into wine and jams. It's cooled down enough that I can use my oven again and it's officially soup season once more.

I like pumpkin flavor, but I don’t drink coffee and I only drink herbal teas (haven’t found a pumpkin flavored tea that wasn’t black or green). I just tried a Pumpkin Praline tea latte and the tea was Rooibos (which I looked up and is apparently herbal). Probably the best pumpkin tea I've had too lol. So, it's out there, just probably a little hard to find.

I just like the feel of fall ya'know? And anything pumpkin spice flavored (not coffee) It's just a very cozy season ya'know? I can also see the whole county from my bedroom window, and pretty soon, all the trees will turn orange or just shrivel up and die from the dryness of the season, ya'know... And Halloween is fun! But it snowed like 6 inches last year. Good thing my costume was a fuzzy onesie ya'know? (why do I keep on saying that?) anyone have any warm costume ideas?
