Ok so heres two characters I had that maybe could workkkk Name - Ray of Setting Sun (Ray) Age (Moons) - 50 moons Gender & Pronouns - He/Him Role - Desert-Runner Appearance - lean, scarred dark ginger tom with amber eyes and a rather long tail. Backstory - Was born in the Tribe and initially didnt want to be a desert runner- his father Dark Wing of an Eagle (Dark) was a legendary Stone-Claw and he wanted to be just like him. But the former Sunteller thought he'd be a far better Desert-Runner due to his lean frame and exceptional endurance and so he was made that. He has since adapted well to his role and often as to be ordered back the oasis or he will spend pretty much all day running after prey. Personality - Sort of snappy and short tempered and stubborn and can be a bit of a negative nancy, but Ray is a fiercely loyal cat and will never hesitate to claw anyone who doesnt call the oasis home. Family - Son of the late Stone-Claw Dark and Wind-Jumper Daisy. Mates with North Light in the Sky. Anything else? - Oddly enough, he prefers birds to jackrabbits despite being the best hunter of the latter in the tribe. Name - North Light in the Sky (North) Age (Moons) - 41 moons Gender & Pronouns - She/Her Role - Kit-Mother (Stone-Claw) Appearance - broad-shouldered, very light dusty brown she-cat with dark amber eyes and a scar on her shoulder. Backstory - originally from the twoleg place, she was being chases by a huge dog and ended up in the desert. She was lost and hungry and tired and was found by a patrol of Wind-Jumpers. she initially wasnt going to come with them, but her health was failing and they convinced her the best thing to was to come back to the oasis and heal. She did just that but when she was finally able to take care of herself, she felt wrong just leaving the kind yet no nonsense cats who saved her. Changing her name from Kya to North Light in the Sky, she made her new home in the oasis ever since. Personality - She was a proud cat, confident in her abilities when she was younger, but life experiences have simmered her down and now she's a more level-headed member of the Tribe- which is good contrast to her mate. Family - Unknown outside of the Tribe (she doesnt talk much about anyone she knew during her early days) but she is mates with Ray of Setting Sun and mother of his kits. Name - Floating Leaf of Acacia
Age (Moons) - 10
Gender & Pronouns - she/her, female
Role - to-be sharpclaw
Appearance - dilute calico with light grey and orange cream coloring, a white underbelly and white paws. her eyes are a striking green with amber and coffee flecks
Backstory - Acacia was the last kit out of the nursery, and that has stuck with her. After her test at 6 moons, she was assigned as to-be of a Sharp-Claw, despite every moment since emerging from the nursery having been spent watching the runners and leapers with wide eyes of awe. Floating Leaf of Acacia is a loud and proud Stone-Claw to-be, masking the fact that she hates her assigned task. Perhaps something will make her prove her mettle, and show her that she was chosen to fight rather than to run, leap and hunt for good reason? She sometimes dreams for that day to come. But, for now, Acacia pretends that she is proud, despite her frequent complaining during combat practice. She has a chip on her shoulder and is desperate to prove herself, and this often gets her into trouble.
Personality - Acacia is a social butterfly and loves to participate in drama, but she is sassy. She gets defensive easily and tries not to talk about herself, but she loves to shower attention on her peers. She simply doesn't like being the subject of it, for she hates being looked down on (literally, because she's short). She has a chip on her shoulder having been the last kit in her litter to open her eyes and the last one to leave the nursery, and she feels like she has something to prove. She longs to run and hunt.
Family - none but open to siblings and parents!!

She has had plenty of time to adapt and has a great sense of smell and hearing. Family - Shadow of Gliding Feather (Brother) Personality - A lover of gossip and intrigue, Pear needs to know everything and needs to know it now. Unfortunately, she is also terrible at keeping secrets. Secretly convinced she's very beautiful, despite not being able to verify this herself. Gender & Pronouns - Male (he/him)
Role - to-be-desert runner
Appearance - He was named after his long legs and large paws. Since kithood, he has grown into his legs and paws, but he remains taller than most of his fellow to-bes. Thankfully, his coloring is more average and helps him fit into a crowd of his clanmates. He's a pale sandy tabby with amber eyes.
Backstory - He is born of the clan. He ran as fast as he could when taking his skill-test, desperately not wanting to be selected to be a sharpclaw. Most will remember his speed; some will remember his nerves. Lately, he seems more and more interested in the lives of twolegs and often wanders in his free time.
Personality - He has always been a runner. He'll run from anything: an awkward conversation, a conflict he won't win, or a messy task. He tries to go with the flow. Struggling if not his style and he doesn't mind just bending to other's wishes. For the most part, he seems relaxed and easy-going. He can't make decisions with endless possibilities swirling inside of his head. The to-be will ask a million questions of his mentor before doing anything. He would call himself inquisitive and claims he likes double checking. His memory is fine, if not better than average. He just wants to make sure everything is fine before taking each pawstep. That's really not too much to ask, if you ask the tom.
