Also, I might write something for our Story Page one day. Not sure if I actually get started (so many ideas for writing stuff about some of my characters, and not just for this rp, and never getting anything done) but I do have an idea I'd like to write about. Just a small thing about Solarflare being taken to MyrtleClan as a kit. His mother Sleet had left her mate Hemlock once she realized she was pregnant because she knew he'd be a horrible father (he is a shitty mate and also made it clear he'd consider any kits his property too) and didn't want that for her kit. Eventually she ended up in MyrtleClan territory where a clancat found her (for now I plan on using Cedarfrost for this) and she asked him to take her kit to the clan as she knew she wouldn't have much longer to live. Also, Solarflare was named Talon first but Sleet gave him a different name after Cedarfrost agreed to take him to MyrtleClan, hoping that with a different name Hemlock wouldn't find the kit so easily (he'd definitely look for his mate and he knew that she'd name their kit Talon). She also tried to tag along, wanting to spend as much time as possible near her kit before her death, but unfortunately all this happened on a very stormy day and when they crossed the stream she fell in and got carried off by the current, and Cedarfrost had to leave her to her fate since he had to keep the kit safe (she had asked him to carry it) So yeah, kinda wanna write that one day

I’ve had similarly thoughts when it comes to writing something for the story page myself. Many thoughts who, what, when, and stuff like that. I definitely would be happy to read about Sleet!

Maybe make it two small stories, one where Sleet reaches MyrtleClan territory, thinking about her life with Hemlock and why she had to leave him, and the other of how Cedarfrost finds her and tries to escort her to camp
As for Solar himself, since he was a small kit then he probably doesn't remember any of it or if he does just vague stuff. Cedar made sure to tell whoever agreed to adopt the kit who his parents are/were so if Solar ever wanted to know about his birth parents they could tell him. Oh, and while he was too young to really remember his time before joining the clan some things definitely stuck with him. I think Solar feels uneasy during storms and he hates the water. He can swim but he'd rather avoid any bodies of water if he can

Alright, let's put Solar in the "deserves and needs hugs" box. But yea, he really doesn't have the happiest story, huh. I'm sure the flood really freaked him out but since he's so obsessed with proving himself all the time and also knows that others respect him he had to hide his fear so he could help and encourage the others. At least Skydancer knows him well enough and looks out for him and he also always tags along whenever Solar goes off somewhere to be alone, keeping a respectful distance but making it clear he's always willing to listen or talk
