Always love to see full moon traditions in single clan rps. It's always interesting to see what they come up with. And it's not like it's unheard of in canon either, SkyClan also had their full moon gathering when they still lived in the gorge. Hm... I think the last time I saw a full moon tradition in rps with just one clan was the first rp I joined, ForestClan (one of many with that name). The clan was so huge the cats had to split off in five different camps, the clan leader living in the central one. And all the other camps had a camp leader. Every full moon those camp leaders would pick a group of cats per camp and make their way to the central camp to exchange news, so pretty much a great gathering but with one huge clan instead of four (or five) smaller ones. Haha, sorry for rambling about it, I just got reminded of it and couldn't stop myself ^^ And I still need to type responses. Played some more Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door until now and am now taking a short break before I finally do all that stuff necessary to start the next chapter. *sigh* I'll have to sit through one of the most annoying scenes in the game...

Yea, it was a really cool idea and the rp was fun for the short time it was going on. ForestClan was made up of cats from the four clans (or did we include SkyClan too?) because they had to leave their old territories. On their journey they all became one huge clan, that's the backstory. And the camps weren't made up of just cats from one clan, all groups were mixed. And there were special roles as well. We had ordinary warriors of course, a leader in main camp, medicine cats in each camp.. so the usual stuff. But we also had Camp Guards in main camp (the strongest cats in the clan), mainly because that's where the leader and also the nursery is, and then we had Runners. They don't live in one camp (though most spent the nights in East Camp) and always run from one camp to another to see if anything important is happening or if another camp needs to be informed about something. They especially come in handy if one camp is being attacked since Runners are the fastest cats so they could quickly alert the other camps or bring reinforcements from there. Also, I think Runners and Camp Guards had slightly different training, as in there are no mentor-apprentice pairs. All Runners/Camp Guards would train the current Runner/Camp Guard apprentices

While it's on my mind next week on Thursday I probably won't be on much except towards the evening as I'll be going to a huge art fair in a city that's 2 hours away from where I live

Yea, I have fond memories of ForestClan because of those cool concepts. But also because it was the first english warriors rp I've ever joined and while rping I learned new facts about my characters even though I've had those characters for a while by then. It's where my oldest Warriors OCs Darkclaw, Adderheart and Silverstorm became the cats they are now, though they're not part of this rp ^^

So what if Pomegranatefur's old apprentice angered Íliosikieos at the Pool of Ichor? Perhaps they refused to wear the traditional crown? Or offer the blood sacrifice?

YES! A new moon tradition! Woo! And a great one too. Brightpaw will be slightly unhappy though because he doesn't like to fast but he'll do it anyway out of respect for the clan and the gods. Antlerpaw on the other hand definitely loves that tradition. She'll enjoy those new moon nights but will also take her scouting seriously
