also off topic but about cats, I sterted thinking about ocs. I came up with
rustleleaf- (based on my oc rustlepaw) a ginger tabby she-cat who’s pretty clumsy
ALSO ANOTHER THING- about the forest type, what if the first forest (cut down, regrown at places) was a maple forest (which has foxes) alongside prey AND larger predators meaning there could be a big importance for protecters? The man-man forest could be a pine forest perhaps? And the trees planted by the kind humans could be.. any ideas? Maybe oak trees? I like it. Also this means we can have an idea of the prey and preds so currently I’d say-
prey: mice, chipmunks, partridges, squirrels, songbirds
for dogs/foxes, pack hunt- deers, possibly raccoons
predators; coyotes, bears, deers, and (pulls out fantasy excuse) wolves?

I like it all, it seems good :] Also is there gonna be other clans? Even if not I'm still imagining that when the clan first started the other clans would be like: "Why are these cats here now calling themselves a clan- OH MY STARS THEY HAVE DOGS"

btw i also have an idea for an OC, if you wanan hear about them just ask :]

Then sunbloom it is! :3 also the foxes- I haven’t thought about that yet, but I have an idea- maybe some just needed shelter and word for around? Because the former leader was extremely kind, so much that their mind was twisted to barely see the bad things in stuff, but the new(current) leader is more in their right mind? Therefore, maybe some foxes just needed shelter because they were wandering until some predator started hunting them down? Idk just brainstorming here cometchaos stormshade1

How about..
the great maple- a giant tree which had a path leading to it. It glows silver at night, and has a little hole that the eye it an animal is not tall enough to see through. It is believed that hole is the entrance to the afterlife, and all souls go through it when passing onto the next realm.

wait. what if we merged the "romantic place" and the "large open space" somehow

Edit: so for the merged idea,my brain is thinking: big field with a decently sized lake with an island in the middle of the lake that cats go to through stepping stones and ✨be romantic idk✨ maybe the lake island could have two cherry blossom trees or something for ✨aesthetic idk✨ (don't have a name for this place btw)
Edit 2: So had an idea for a training area mixed with tree landmark: "The Mossy Glade is where Springclan train their apprentices, and as the name suggests, the ground of this area is covered in moss, making it great for battle training. By the edge of The Mossy Glade, there is a tree with moss covering it, where squirrels and birds often make their homes, called The Mossy Tree, and it being so close to The Mossy Glade makes the training area quite good for prey hunting as well." do you like it?
Edit 3: Since i really like trying to merge different things on the checklist, I'm gonna try and merge the dangerous place and the water place, and I also ended up kinda merging it with the shelter border: "The Strange River is, surprisngly a pretty normal river. It is mainly something that only experienced warriors go near, as it is in most places a rushing river that could easily carry you away to who knows where. Another reason that only the most epxerienced warriors go near it is because it is also near the shelter, heading into the twolegplace around the shelter. Apprentices usually only see this river once, when their mentor is showing them the territory." Do you like this one? It's honestly a bit more put there than The Mossy Glade but I think it still works :] (Aso i imagine that no-one in the clan really knows why this pretty normal river is called the Strange River, and the very few who do know why don't tell anyone lol)
