We’re not together (yet?) but he’s said he’s straight but definitely views me as non-binary. I’m fairly certain he’s some kind of queer tho, because he’s the biggest (actually second biggest- I’m the first) simp for this one character in a show (the one in my pfp in fact) who is male, and he’s tried to deny it but literally cannot take his eyes off the screen when that character walks on, and he’s like bright red whenever we mention is lol. I’m just going to leave it here for now because he said he wants to think about it, so I’m going to leave him to figure it out (mostly) on his own. :] He's probably an egg. Give him time to hatch, but don't force it. It wasn't until after I was 18 and graduated from highschool, that I realized that I wasn't straight. Honestly, it may have been right until I fell in love (at first sight) with my first boyfriend, which was after my 19th. |

Quill That’s sounds awesome. I’ve always wanted to go to a cat café but never have had the opportunity too. Did you have any favorite kitties?? Yes, there was a gorgeous and sweet black and white cat named Sam. Even my mom (who doesn't want to get another cat since my old cat died) seemed slightly tempted to adopt him. I take that as a sign of hope that she might change her mind at some point . . . Awh. I’m sure your mom will eventually change her mind. |

If anyone is looking for a good young adult book with aroace protagonists, I highly recommend Dear Wendy by Ann Zhao. It takes the "enemies to lovers" formula and adapts it to a story about a friendship between two aroace college students. It actually does the trope better than most romance books, and it contains a lot of really thoughtful discussions about a-spec identity.
