Stormkit felt a sharp prod in her side but kept her eyes closed and moved away. Her body guided her to a warm spot, and she started to suckle on a warm liquid touched her mouth and she felt an odd goop in her fur, and there were two other cats next to her, and her tiny nose could smell a tom as well, but the two next to her were she-kits. Stormkit could hear other cats meowing softly and talking to one another, but the sounds slowly faded into a soft background noise as she fell asleep once again.

Stormkit's eyes remained shut as her mother said something odd, whoes Ravenkit? The tiny black she-kit thought, are they one of the other she-kits that were next to me? Stormkit gave a small purr as she started to suckle the warm liquid again, her eyes were still closed, and Stormkit preferred to not open them, it was calming in the black darkness, nothing scary to see, safe, like mother had said, it was safe here.

Stormkit ignored the prod and fell asleep once again.

It had been a few days and stormkit still hadn't opened her eyes yet, she'd learned that Ravenkit, was infact, one of the she-kits near her, the tom was her brother Badgerkit, and the other she-kit was Poolkit. Ravenkit was the loudest of her siblings, and had already learned to talk, Stomkit's ear flicked as her siblings play fought with one another. She had tried her hardest to pretend to be sleeping but her siblings were so loud. A voice interrupt her thoughts, one she relized was Ravenkit's , "Can wez explore outswide SilverMist?" SilverMist was their mother. And their mother was very protective, so it surprised Stormkit when she responded, "You can as soon as your sister opens her eyes so she can go as well," Stormkit felt a sharp prod in her side, which she guessed was Ravenkit, and a voice said..

Stormkit flinched then gave a small hmf, slowly, her eyes opened, blinding light filled her gaze and she shut them once more quickly, this repeated a few times untill her dark blue eyes finally were opened fully, she gazed around in shock for a bit before giving a sharp glare at Ravenkit, who turned out to look almost exactly like herself except for her eyes which looked a lot more green then Stormkit's, "Fine," Stormkit squeaked, but didn't stay grumpy for long as her head poked out of the nursery, outside there were two other kits, which, by their smell, Stormkit assumed were Goldkit and Nightkit. By listening into conversations Stormkit knew they were three moons older then her siblings, a large black tom trotted over with a pleased look on his face, "hello!" He meowed, "Your my kits arnt you! I see SilverMist finally let you out of the den!" His green gaze fixtated on her, "little Stormkit, you opened your eyes! They look just like your mothers! Oh, silly me, I forgot to tell you all my name, Badgerkit, Ravenkit, Poolkit, Stormkit, I'm Void.

Void chuckled, "Why would I need to lie little one?" he responded, "We're in MoonClan, and in MoonClan the whole clan is like a family." Stormkit thought this was true, the other day a cat with a differnt sent from her mother had come in and helpped out with giving mother wet moss and some prey, "I- I thinks he's telling truth. Because, look at him- he looks just like you and me Ravenkit!"

Ravenkit debated for a moment, her green eyes seeming to ponder it for a moment before nodding. “Okay. But we should probably tell mama where we’re going because she might get scared if we disappear.” Her logic wasn’t wrong, although it was a sure fire way to make mama scared if they just disappeared.

“Yay!” Ravenkit raced off after her sister, tail held high as she ran. It felt good to stretch her limbs after being stuck inside the den for so long. When they reached the hill she paused to pant before rolling around in the sweet smelling grass.

Ravenkit nearly jumped out of her fur at the voice, and instinctively dove into the shadows of the den where she observed the tom. Her sharp little green eyes seemed to burn holes in his fur as she puffed up, unsure of him. "Who are you," she squeaked fiercely, "you shouldn't go scaring kits!" Then she jumped on top of him, gnawing on his ears as she hissed good naturedly.

Ravenkit rolled her green eyes at Stormkit as she continued to clamber on Froststar. “So? I’m not scared of a leader, especially if he’s our own!” She eventually came to where she was on top of his head and sat there, looking around. But after concluding that was boring she jumped on Stormkit and began play fighting. Badgerkit pushed her off with a tiny hiss. “Leave her alone!” Ravenkit sat up and glared at him. “Go stuff your nose in dung and stop telling me what to do.”

"Itsok," Stormkit told her sister as she sat down and started to groom, "I don't mind Badgerkit," her brother seemed about to protest but then stopped himself and nodded, "Fine," he huffed but shot another glare at Ravenkit. Stormkit noticed Poolkit talking and interviewing FrostStar,"-ow did you become leader? Why? Who was before you? How are kits made?" the tom's face started to fall into a serious expression, "Out, all of you," he almost growled, "I need to think in kitless peace," he rushed them out of the den and stalked back in, murmering something about how kits were always up in his bussiness and had no respect. Stormkit had a puzzled expression on her face, Why'd he get so upset? Is he hiding something? Memories? Hmm..

"Really?" Stormkit asked and tried to look up at her ear, and failed, "Wells I'm trying to figure out why he so angrys, what happened that made hims upset?" Her face shifted to many expressions, confused, thinking, questioning, concerned.

Ravenkit too glanced back at Froststar's den. "Maybe," she said slowly, "he saw us kits and it reminded him of something. Or he's just a crabby old tom." She batted playfully at Stormkit's tail, rolling onto her side. "Whatever the reason is we shouldn't worry about it. The best thing I think we can do is leave him alone."
