He has a notable scar that strikes across his face, partially going over his left eye but it doesn’t seem to impact his vision. He has a torn left ear.

He worked hard to train his first apprentice not wanting to take the responsibility placed on him lightly.

At one point he had gotten into trouble when he had ‘accidentally’ started a border skirmish. Runningsurge has mellowed slightly as a Warrior, though he tends now to use his abilities to have his share of fun or when trying to smooth things over to instead help his clanmates.
