Roseclan: Valley Falls Open
Riverfall sits near the edge of the water and watches as the water cascades down in front of her. She slowly flicks her tail as her mind wanders. She thought about various things like Beepaw's training, her clanmates and just life in general.

Harmonypaw In Roseclan camp, near the apprentices den. (Open to interaction.)
Harmonypaw loves to sleep, almost as much as he likes working with herbs! In fact, he loves it so much, thats often what his dreams are about! He stood up from his nest, shaking his fur. It wasn’t unusual to find tiny pebbles or twigs in here after he slept. “These stupid twigs..” He muttered, padding out of the den and sitting down to thoroughly clean himself. “Surely I have enough time to sunbathe? Oh, but I just cleaned myself! ..Whatever,” He mewed, dropping down to the ground and rolling on his side to catch the suns rays. He can’t sunbathe for too long, as he’d rather not overheat with his thick fur. He sat up, and started cleaning himself once more. |

Petalstar nodded, then dipped her head as Spottedgaze turned away, over to where Pinefrost was. She glanced up at the sky, the sun telling her that it was about mid-day. Sunhigh. Petalstar signed, wishing for rain so that the small lakes that were in Roseclan territory wouldn't dry up. It didn't really matter, they still had Valley Falls and the river, but water was water, and it was nice to have lots of it around.

Beepaw laughed as the moss-ball broke against his fur, throwing the one he had been rolling up at her. Then he turned and ran to the water, only to run right into his mentor, Riverfall. Beepaw yelped, then chuckled. I ran into Riverfall by the waterfall! Rasppaw crashed into him, sending them both crashing into the water. It was times like this that Beepaw was happy to have a friend like Rasppaw, who could take his mind off things that troubled him. He took a glance at his mentor, not able to read the expression on her face. "Oh hello Riverfall. Er, sorry for splashing you"

Jaythorn nodded as Irisstar finished their mouse and got up, probably to take Dawnpaw out. It was true that they had scented an entire family of Badgers some moons ago, but the clan had managed to badly injure one and hopefully send the others on their willy way. And, the river was pretty deep, could Badgers swim? Maybe there was a crossing point somewhere down the line. He then turned to Adderpaw, who, as ever wanted to go out and collect some herbs. "I could go with you. Most other warriors are resting for the evening patrols or out of camp doing some other sun-high thing"

Ivyrunner chuckled. It was a nice day out, if not hot, and she was itching to run! But, she didn't want to leave Brinyglide alone here. "Wanted to stretch my legs." Ivyrunner shrugged, like it was not big deal, but the smile plastered on her face said otherwise. "Its hot today, want to head to Starfish Lakes after your done with Lookout?"

Adderpaw//In Nasturtiumclan camp//Dew ”We should start heading out then.”But as Jaythorn was getting up, Adderpaw looked around camp and noticed that one cat she knew would be here wasn’t. ”Jaythorn, we might have to pick up Sagepaw on the way. He will probably be at the White-flower burial grounds, contemplating his life choices or something.” After that they headed out, and that’s when some started to talk to her agin, ”So you and Jaythorn will need to gather Poppy seeds, Brindle weed, probably some catmint…”, before Alderdash could finish, Adderpaw cut them off. ”Can You Shut Your Snout!”After she said this she noticed Jaythorn looking at her, and Adderpaw felt embarrassed. ”Sorry, yelling at my annoy Starclan mentor who doesn’t know when to shut up.”

"But even you should know to respect our ancestors." He then flicked his tail to show Adderpaw to lead the way.

Rasppaw-Valley Falls-Beepaw, Riverfalls
Rasppaw laughed as she got out of the water after chasing and tackling Beepaw into it, shaking out her fur, she jumped as she looked to Riverfall. Sending an apologetic smile towards the warrior, she hoped it wouldn't get reported to Oatstem, the last thing she wanted was getting an earful from her mentor about something as small as her just having some fun collecting moss. "Sorry," she said toward Riverfall.
Brinyglide-Outlook Rock-Ivyrunner
"I'll definitely take you up on that if I've not melted into a puddle of fur by then," they said with a light grin. They didn't quite mind the heat when it was manageable, but being on look out duty, on the hot rock it meant they had to stay completely in the rays of the sun. "I still have a bit of time left so if you want to go ahead and i can meet you in a bit or i dont mind you staying and we can head together?" They weren't sure how much longer they had but knew it would be time when the next cat on lookout duty came to relieve them of the position.

She didn’t know how exactly to answer Jaythorn’s, so she thought in the silence which was odd for her to not have an answer immediately. It stayed quiet for a while until they were almost at the burial grounds, were she broke the quiet. ”I do respect Alderdash and Starclan, but you have to remember that they are still cats. Yes, they are the ancestors to every cat in the clans, but they won’t mind if you say a couple of bad things about them. Especially since most of them have dealt with Starclan too when they were alive.” Adderpaw looked at Jaythorn, “I’d think you can understand that,” Then she look out at the field of white flowers ahead of them, ”There is Sagepaw. You got talk to them while I gather cat mint, and make sure to tell him that they are going to help us.”

Riverfall gives both of the apprentice a stern look before letting out a small chuckle. "What are you two up too?" She questioned flicking her tail at them. She could be all stern and get on to them but right now, she wasn't in mentor mode and frankly didn't want to be.

Rasppaw-Valley Falls-Riverfall, Beepaw Rasppaw grinned to the warrior, at least it didn't seem like she was going to tell them off. " Moss collecting with some extra fun," she said flicking her tail, as she nudged Beepaw with a grin on her face. She moved away before shaking out her fur, sending droplets everywhere, before happily rushing back into the cave coming out with the moss ball she had made. Setting it on the ground as if to prove their story to ensure they wouldn't get into trouble. Spottedgaze-Roseclan Camp-PinefrostSpottedgaze approached the medicine cat, waving his tail in greeting. "Afternoon Pinefrost," he said, dipping hsi head. "I just have come to inform you if you are going to be going out of camp for any herb gathering or any other reason to take a warrior or two with you. We caught a badger scent this morning but I am going to be arranging a patrol here soon to look into it." He looked away breifly from the medicine cat, scanning the camp to see who would be awake for the patrol, he didn't want to take to many out not wanting to leave the camp unguarded or leave Pinefrost without anyone he could take out with him. |

"Mmm good to know." Pinefrost remarked nodding his head slowly. He preferred to go searching for herbs on his own or with his apprentice. Suppose, he could find someone entertaining to come along with him. "Well stay safe on your patrol. I don't want to have to treat you or anyone else cause someone wanted to be a hero."
"Well try not to have to much fun." Riverfall says as she eyes the moss ball.

Rasppaw-Valley Falls-Beepaw-Riverfall Rasppaw gave a bright grin to the warrior and happily took the ball into her mouth, looking to Beepaw. Before heading back into the cave to try make the mossball bigger so they would have enough moss for their nests in the apprentice den. She perked her ears to listen to her surroundings as she worked while she knew there wouldn't be a need to it didn't hurt to be extra prepared. Spottedgaze-Roseclan Camp-Pinefrost, Open feel free to have your warrior join the patrol being organizedThe deputy dipped his head and headed away, prepared to start making a patrol, pausing as he observed his clanmates before heading forth to gather some cats. |

Truth to be told, she seemed kind of amused. "Sorry Riverfall!" He said, turning away. "We'll go back to the main cave." And with that Beepaw speed-padded away from that area, back to where all the moss was. He silently finished making his moss ball, big enough for at least one nest. "Are you ready to go?" He asked, his voice muffled by the moss.

Jaythorn realized, as he got to Sagepaw. "Hello Sagepaw! I came here to tell you that it's your turn to guard the Outlook Rock" Jaythorn said. He watched as Sagepaw nodded, and turned. Sagepaw started padding his way down the hill to the Outlook Rock. Jaythorn went back to Adderpaw. "Sorry Adderpaw but Brinyglade has been melting on the Outlook Rock Since Dawn now, I thought it wise I send someone to relieve them."

Reply Save) [Rasppaw-Valley Falls-Riverfall, Beepaw, Oatstem Rasppaw's own moss ball looked to be enough for one nest as well, nodd8ng to his question as she took thr ball back into her mouth, she headed out of the cave, as her ears perking as the scent of her mentor alerted her senses. Pausing in her pawsteps she looked around and soon spotted her mentor against the rocks, her ears pulling back nervously, hoping he hadn't seen her tackle Beepaw into the water. We weren't doing anything to bad, relax, sides you still got the moss like you needed too!! Her fear now gone she quickly raced a bit ahead to catch up to Beepaw, nudging against her friend.
Brinyglide-Outlook Rock-Ivyrunner, Sagepaw Brinyglide flopped to the stone rolling to their side to look at Ivyrunner. " Well I hope that my Puddle of fur will be nice and cold to cool you off, or I will have some very choice words for myself," they said grinning to her. "But Sagepaw...i want to believe that maybe it just came from a palce of not feleing like he belonged in Roseclan. We both choose this clan for a reason ourselves, so Sagepaw must have had one, and it must have been good enough for Irisstar to allow him to stay." Their ears perked as they looked away to see Sagepaw approaching them. My replacement!! They thought relieved as they stood up, giving a nudge to Ivyrunner. "We won't have to worry about me becoming a puddle now." They shook their head to the apprentices question. "No she came to see how I was doing and to invite me out to cool off with some swimming when I got off."

“Riverdapple come over here!”
*Riverdapple trots over”
“Wassup sib?”
“Look at this cool shell I found!”
*The two look at the shell attentively*
“This would look great in the med cat den!” Riverdapple remarks.
*The two trot over to the medicine cat den and sees Pinefrost*
“We found a cool shell to put in the medicine cat den!” The two said in unison.
*Pinefrost keeps walking and gives a side eye to the two young cats*
“That’s weird…” Wormshade says.
“Let’s go give it to Harmonypaw!” Riverdapple suggests.
*The two walk into the den*
“Heya! Whatcha here for? Catmint, goldenrod, uhhh did I already say catmint?” Harmonypaw exclaims.
*The two warriors chuckle as the apprentice darts around waiting for them to state the reason for their arrival.*
“We found this cool shell you might like!” Riverdapple offers.
*Harmonypaw sniffs the shell and takes it to a ledge next to some sorrel.*
“Thanks! I love it! Is that it?” He inquires.
“Yup! That’s all! Enjoy your shell!” Wormshade and Riverdapple walk out of the den and back into the clearing.
(Hope y’all like that that was my first short storyline for this RP!)

HE/HIM | WARRIOR Roseclan Territory --> Training Meadow | With Raspaw | Ember34 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Oatstem saw Beepaw and Rasppaw leave the Valley Falls cavern, and padded to intercept them. "Hello, you two. Mind if I take Rasppaw off your paws?" He turned to Rasppaw. "We need to train" He said in a brisk tone, although his eyes were kind. Oatstem flicked his tail to Rasppaw, Beepaw padding back to camp. "That is a very good ball of moss you have, we can put it in the training meadow while we train" He said, picking up his pace. He noticed that Rasppaw's pelt was slightly damp. As they got to the training meadow, Oatstem waited for Rasppaw to drop her moss ball before padding over to him. "I was thinking that today we would work on attacking badgers, just in case" He knew that Rasppaw didn't know about the badger scent found, and he didn't want to worry her.

He continued his trek back to camp. As he padded into camp, he saw Blossompaw waiting around, maybe for the afternoon patrol? It wasn't afternoon yet, but Spottedgaze usually let the cats that were going know before than. He dropped the moss he had in the medicine den, so he could make the nest later. "Hey Blossompaw, how are you? Are you waiting to see who is going on the afternoon patrol?" He asked his sister, nuzzling her on the head and then sitting down next to her.

"Sorry Kiddo, no can do" She mewed, padding away with Brinyglade. "Race you to Starfish Lakes!" Ivyrunner yowled, already racing ahead. She got to the lakes first, but she had gotten a massive head start. "I bet I would have won even if I didn't have a head start" Ivyrunner teased. "My name is Ivyrunner after all" And with that, she jumped into the nearest lake, sending out a surprisingly big splash. As she resurfaced her eyes twinkled, an unspoken challenge to get in the water. Not all Nasturtiumclan cats liked water, but there was a decent sized puddle outside of their camp, meaning you were not allowed to hate it, unless you wanted to stay in camp your entire life.

He would have prefered to deal with Adderpaw all day honestly. I wish Beepaw or Blossompaw were here. Yes, he did miss his siblings. He didn't miss his chiding family, or his annoying mentor though. But somehow, he knew that if his littermates were here, they would be joking around like Brinyglade and Ivyrunner were. Sagepaw smiled. They might not know it yet, but he did. M-A-T-E-S.

Brinaryglide-Outlook Rock->Starfish Lakes-Ivyrunner, Sagepaw(briefly)Brinyglide opened their mouth to speak to.the apprentice when Ivyrunner had taken off. Forgetting what they were going to say to Sagepaw, they took off leaving the apprentice to look out duty. "You can't just declare a race when you take off," they shouted up to Ivyrunner. They slowed down as they drew closer just in time to see Ivyrunner pop out from under the water after she had jumped in. Going into the water they swiped at the water to splash her, an affectionate grin on their face. "You only one because you cheated." Though they full knew that in the past they've lost a majority of the races the two had done, and the few they had won was due to some shortcuts they had discovered. They didn't mind the water as much as they had when they first joined the clan, it had taken getting used to, now it had become a favorite place of their's. Rasppaw-Valley Falls->Training Meadow-Beepaw and Riverfall(both briefly), OatstemRasppaw slumped her shoulders at Oatstem's words, she had been hoping to be able to go and enjoy more time with Beepaw. "See ya Beepaw, maybe we can do something else together when im back." She followed after her mentor perking up at the praise of the moss ball though. Setting it down in a safe place once they arrived in the Meadow she tilted her head at what they would be training for. "Badger training," she said, her tail twitching behind her but soon her eyes light up with excitement, the she cat had never encountered one but had heard stories, and unlike how most cats would to be afraid of them, she lacked that factor. "Do you think ill be able to then use that on a badger!! When do you think a badger will be here!!" She was practically bouncing on her paws no longer upset about having to leave Beepaw, now she was excited for the day's training.

She slid out of the water, shaking her pelt as she emerged out of the water. "Ha! Sagepaw is lucky, It's going to get cooler soon" Ivyrunner teased, turning to face Brinyglide. The sun was still high in the sky, but it was slanting down, meaning that sunhigh had passed. "We should head back soon, you know how Jaythorn gets when your not around for the calling of the evening patrol. What I don't get is that there is not even a chance your going to be on it"
