Lucky Cloud sighed in relief seeing the kit was unharmed, if anything in shock, but it wasn't a proper examination. "An orange thing," he murmured, a fox he could only assume. "Don't worry you are safe now. If it's alright with you, I can take you back to my friends where we live, it's nice and safe and you won't have to worry about any more orange things. But it's only if you want to, or if you want to move on I'd still like to take you back and give you a proper look over cause back there we have more things that could help you out then what I have right here, and we have food if you want any." He didn't want to just leave the kit, be her a tribe member or an outsider, he was going to help her regardless and would face any consequences happily for doing so.

He decided he would appear then, hoping his appearance wouldn't scare the kit. Going back a few trees, he made sure to make a lot of rustling noises as he climbed down and showed himself, making the risks of scaring the kit smaller. Looking at Lucky Cloud, he inched closer, and sniffed the kit. He could tell that the kit- White, was scared by him. "Don't worry, I'm a friend." He kept his purr gentle and reassuring and he continued, "I'm Tumbling Boulder and that's Lucky Cloud. We'll take care of you." The tribe would overwhelm the young kit, as they had also just experienced their mother's death, but he hoped that the tribe would be able to raise White. His eyes found Lucky Cloud's and he flicked his tail towards the direction of camp, wondering if Lucky Cloud wanted to go yet.

Lucky Cloud smiled gently down to the kit as she clung to his leg. "I promise you will have a home with us," he said to the kit, crouching down carefully to be at her level more. His ears perked as he heard approaching pawsteps and sprung up ready to protect White but relaxed seeing Tumbling Boulder. "It's true, he's a tribemate of mine," he said to White to ease any fears she might have. "Yes we should get her back, along with what herbs I managed to find." Crouching back down to White. "Can you climb climb onto my.back? It will help get you back to our camp.faster, and it helps ensure you stay safe."

Once he was sure she was securely on his back he stood up, thinking over her words. "Of course we can, but we will head back to camp, make sure you are okay, then we have some talents cats that are great at fighting, we can take a few with us to search for her to ensure the orange thing stands no chance." The kit deserved to say goodbye to her mother and he would make sure the she cat got a proper burial, no cat deserved to just be left to become crowfood. Looking to Tumbling Boulder, he took ther herbs carefully back into his mouth, and headed back for camp, pausing every so often to ensure White was doing okay.
