Sweetspeckle

Sweetspeckle padded into camp with the rest of her patrol. They were wet... and disappointed. They had gone on a 5 day trip to the twolegplace only to find no cat willing to join their small starving clan. It didn't help that when they got back, there was only one hare on the fresh-kill pile, and there were others that needed it. Sweetspeckle took the hare and brought it to the nursery, where Moonkit was laying. Sweetspeckle assumed that her mother was out on patrol, and not... dead. "Here you go little one, how are you doing?" Sweetspeckle dropped the hare at Mootkit's paws as her belly rumbled. Lucky for her, she was just old enough to be able to eat land prey, so they no longer had to cut it into tiny strips anymore. Sweetspeckle let out a sigh and thought that they should not have just let a kit be alone, even if was just in camp. Kits seemed to always be up to something, for better or for worse.
