(Welcome ) (Sure ) Emberleaf left Aspenpaw with the warriors she had been waiting for and grabbed a mouse for herself off of the freshkill pile. After eating it she decided to check out what her apprentice had been up to today. She was surprised she hadn't run into him yet. |

Hi Storm!  ]] Shadewing and the others were nearly halfway back to camp when she looked at Swiftpaw. "Swiftpaw, can you smell any prey around here?" she asked. (Had to go back 3 pages!) Swiftpaw stopped and sniffed around. "Yes I can smell mouse." He said excitedly. |

(Yeah I added her. ) Swiftpaw got into the hunter crouch and started stalking the mouse, careful not to make any noise. Once he was near it he pouched and easily caught it. |

Autumntail nodded with a sigh. "Don't get me wrong, snow is pretty, but nothing beats a perfectly warm day with a nice breeze..." The she-cat glanced around, not looking forward to the bareness that leafbare would bring.

Shadewing grinned. "Nice catch Swiftpaw," she congratulated. She started walking again, and once they were closer to camp she asked again. "How about now, anything nearby?"
"Sparrow!" Pinepaw piped up. His ears were pointed straight forward, and without waiting for any confirmation he charged into the bushes.
Wolfspirit rolled his eyes and muttered something incomprehensible under his breath. He walked on in silence, wondering why Lilyflame had decided to invite herself along.

Pinepaw crouched as soon as he made it through the bush, surprisingly the rustling leaves hadn't scared away the sparrow. His fluffy tail floated just above the ground, twitching slightly at the tip. He suddenly ran forward, pounced, and caught the sparrow in his paws before running back to Stormwing.

Timberpaw glanced up from snoozing in the back of the den... He had fallen asleep while counting herbs. "Oh! Emberleaf! Hello!" The apprentice leaped to his paws, eyes wide and innocent. "I'm here."
Autumntail tasted the air, ears perked and eyes curious to what she might find. "Over here." She motioned with her tail towards under a bush, where the scent of mouse was strong enough to make her mouth water. The warrior crouched down and crept forward, eyes trained on the bush. She waited a few heartbeats and then darted towards it, sliding under the bush and grabbing the mouse in her jaws, killing it before it even had the time to squeak. The she-cat purred in triumph and began to back out, realizing for a moment that her long fur was stuck before giving it a tug, tumbling backwards. "Got it." She mumbled, ears hot with embarrassment.

"I-uh-" Timberpaw glanced down the herbs scattered. He blinked a few times, trying to remember. "I think we need more poppyseed... and coltsfoot. Oh! And we're running low on cobwebs." The apprentice hoped there was nothing else needed on what he never got to counting...

Emberleaf had organized most of the herbs this morning so luckily she also knew what was needed. "There are cobwebs in the camp we can gather later, so let's go gather some poppy seeds, coltsfoot, and I think we need some alder bark as well. You can reorganize these herbs when we get back. Let me show you where a field of coltsfoot grows."
