That is a form of depression. I've been there and that is an attack. One of the worst due to the fact that its so sporadic and terrifying being that it's in your head.

Well I don't like it. Although I haven't been diagnosed with it nor have I talked to my parents about it I feel like this may be a possibility.

hola. i have diagnosed generalized anxiety disorder, hypochondria (health anxiety), and my therapist suspects paranoia. i've depersonalized before, and i have racing/intrusive thoughts nearly 24/7 with breaks when i'm kinda distracted, like now. i recently started taking lexapro, and i'm feeling crappier than normal cause i'm still in the 'it makes you worse before it makes you better phase.' it's given me more anxiety, actually, but i'm happy knowing it's gonna take effect in a couple of weeks. i also have a high chance of developed some sort of psychotic disorder, since a lot of females in my family have suffered from them, but i have a small team making sure that i'm all good. it's most likely to just be good old psychosis or dissociative disorder. yay.

One thing I did as a challenge from a mentor of mine was to find ONE thing I liked about myself everyday no matter what state I'm in. It works, especially if you're a person who cant say no to challenges.
Another thing I've seen but never tried is treating your hurting moment as if it's a friend dealing with it and not you. Treat it and confort it as if it was a friend. I have no idea if it works or not
But yeah, those moments suck xP.

Toothless: wow that's a lot to deal with sweetie. Would you like to talk about it?
Kenshin:what are your symptoms of the who knows what else as you say? If I may ask
Eight: similar to dyslexia but not dyslexia itself? If it's numbers you could have what I have. Discalcula. Or some weird spelling.
Cosmic you will get no hate here i promise but if you're not comfortable I will not pressureyou.
Aviva; did you know add and adHD are actually on the spectrum?
Sea: I have sensory issues too!
Gojira Oh wow o.o
Bleak no medical help to get you on the right track for management?
Les: sure it counts!! Thanks (:
Ghost; Oh wow.... im.so sorry...

nope, it's not numbers. It's pretty much that I have issues when reading and comprehension and I have to re-read things multiple times in order to understand it, and that things don't really come out right when I'm writing or speaking. Like I'll write down the wrong word when I mean to write down something else n a whole bunch of things

its sounds worse than it is. to deal with things I kinda just shut off emotions ive been doing it since someone made fun of me for crying as a child. The bad thing about that is that I can come across as uncaring or people take things I say or do in the wrong way. It became a habit so I can't not do it anymore tho oops

I've been diagnosed with Depression and Anxiety and I show some signs of PTSD. When it comes to the anxiety I think it's generalized and social as well as some panic disorder. I am on meds for both the depression and anxiety after falling deep into it when I was diagnosed with cancer last November. I know I had the depression before that as well as I did self harm through scratching at a young age.

Story:issues such as? If you don't mind me asking
Ghost; you can do it!!! Chat that Chica up (: it's so awkward I know but just be yourself.
As for me yeah it was a rough day. I'm a special ed teacher and today one of my kids got hurt. It's inevitable when you have 25 kids to a classroom. The mom is always so chill because she's also a teacher so she gets it but we called grandma to let her know since it was during school hours and grandma was mad at me. Not sure what else I could have done but yeah it gave me major anxiety. The whole ordeal....
Aqua Oh my goodness. You are a fighter! I admire your strength. Keep on fighting. Are you on treatment for cancer?
Queer: thanks so much for showing me that. I hastily added autism spectrum in at the last second before I posted this and didn't even notice my wording. Since I have tons of anxiety I totally say it's suffering through it. I was going to keep it as mental 'illnesses' (kinda hate that term but oh well) such as anxieyy and the such but I thought 'hey I bet some people with disorders and syndromes are on here. I want to include that as well'. As I'm a special ed teacher I'd never ever say anything rude or demeaning about any such thing. I'm very careful when speaking of mental health and the like. Forgive me for my mistake. I changed it all together. Suffer was a poor term for any of the diagnoses listed.

Story:issues such as? If you don't mind me asking My dad has been going through a lot of things and he went to the ER yesterday, while I was at work (He hates the hospital, that's how serious it was). He's fine now, but I'm still feeling the anxiety and the stress from yesterday and working through all of that without too much of a breakdown was incredibly difficult. So that's been hurting me emotionally, mentally, and physically
