The forced romance plots. We don't need them for every protagonist.

The forced romance plots. We don't need them for every protagonist. so many characters get ruined for the unnecessary romance nonsense

I'm okay with people not liking certain female characters like... You hate Squirrelflight? Okay. Leafpool? I don't agree but alright. But I've seen tons of people that hate EVERY female character... I can't be the only one that gets strange vibes from that. (this isn't directed at anyone by the way it's mainly people in YouTube comments sections)

Didn't we just get a thread like this? Or was that the vent thread.
Anyways, I guess the fact that the plots are gradually becoming more and more stale. Like, do we really need another whole series on these three cookie-cutter protagonists fighting off the big bad of the week? I watched The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon last week(don't know if anyone has heard of it, it's like the mandalorian but zombies) and that got me wondering. Why doesn't Warriors have a plotline like that? An old, seasoned warrior escorting a young apprentice/kit across hostile lands to a safe place. I'd definitely read that.

I've actually said before here that I'd love to see an apprentice and their mentor as POVs in an arc. I feel there's much more to mentorship than teaching combat.
