the sound of waves lapping against the rocky coast murmurs in the background. The air is mucky and warm. The small yet sturdy shape of a seawing is faint, obscured by thick billows of fog and a darkening sky. The dragon cuts through the thick air, aiming for a small cave. its talons squelch comfortably on slick, soon to be submerged rock. it heads to the very back of the cave, with sprigs of seagrass and blooms of anemone populating more and more of the rocky floor. at last the dragon finds itself at the end of the cave. it turns around, once, twice, and curls up into the bowl of a tidal pool. snug, it pulls out a scroll and an inkwell and begins to write...

 lemme kick this off and talk about my (yester)day i tabled at my first (mini) convention! I also helped organize, plan, and advertise it lol... so many people came and it was soo rewarding to have that experience! i also did a short talk on the history behind fursonas and what exactly a fursona is!  i wont talk too much about it because i need to do my homework but i just wanna get comfortable with using the forums and uploading images. oh, speaking of. im on the left and my friend max is on the right. it was an awesome experience. i think we will be doing it again. so fun. |

today i am fairing very poorly. i cried at school earlier. last time i cried at school was almost exactly a month ago, September 22nd. i feel so busy and yet i am really not that busy at all. i have to do history homework now. then my extended learning thingy also for history. then i have to do the poster for the school play. the entire poster in one night. i literally found out i had to have it done tomorrow 2 hours ago. TWO HOURS AGO. what the hell. im so done. ugh. its only monday. UGH.

jinkies ok i had my own money on a giftcard for my last birthday so i god the masking fluid, ox gal, arches ( cold pressed ) , and the da vinci brushes. THE BRUSHES AND PAPER MAKE THE MOST INSANE DIFFERENCE HOLY CARP?! im kinda glad i got them bc i have two watercolor commissions i needed to do and i wanted them to be super hq -w- rhe paper is kinda insane. i had to watch a video on how to open it. its sooo nice. i rly like it

ill have to try the masking fluid and ox gal another time ( aka not on a commission ) but man the brushes and paper make the most insane difference. lemme see if i can post a pic of what i have so far. :3

i got into college. im going to new york university. i am going to be pre-health. honestly i think i need to look into switching schools or crazy scholarships cause right now my family has money saved up and can help cover the cost of tuition for undergrad, but i know i will have to go to grad school to be in medicine and i want to avoid going into debt. so i think if i go to a different school a cheaper school I wont have to worry about that. I need to get a job but it is really difficult. I think I've applied 20+ places and only gotten 3 interviews. ugh. whatever. regardless i am really lucky that my family can even help pay for college in the first place. i need to rememeber to stay grateful. i can figure something out. i will

oh. i turned 18. i started testosterone. i have a boyfriend. neither one of us want to do long distance though so we plan on breaking up in august when i go to college. we agreed on that the day we agreed on dating. we actually shook on that lol. I am in a lock down drill at school right now. i have physics next period. then i have chinese which i think i will skip. then i have math. i have a test in math. ill figure something out. skip chinese to study math probably. ugh. need to get it together. i have 9 days left of school. we finish on may 3rd then i have a senior capstone project for all of may. i bs'd my way into my capstone project being me making a fursuit lol. i have a 10-12 page paper thats 50% of my english grade for the semester i need to work on. i have 5 pages. im halfway. okay. the grind. tonight i will go to the library and work on that like crazy. i hope i can get to 7-8 pages. i think i could. thats just one more body paragraph.

last week of school. I need to do a lot of work. I should've done all this stuff over the weekend but I hung out with my friends instead and ****ed up my sleep schedule. Friday I went to bed at 4:30 am, saturday I went to bed around the same time. then sunday i went to sleep at 5 pm and slept till 7:30 this am. thats 14 hours. i dunno. i felt like shit last week. i needed time with my friends.

i got the police called on me yesterday cause i was outside with my boyfriend looking at an owl and i guess someone thought we were drinking or high or something. the police like materialized out of the woods and questioned us and it was fine. just weird..

i graduated. um im a bit high right now i think i am pretty anxious. ive been doing a lot of vending. i have two jobs, i work at a bubble tea shop and i am a nail tech. i get paid under the table. um ive started to reread warrior cats. i am really nervous about my boyfriend. like i think its just because i am high i dont know i keep saying that i am. i dont know why im so nervous i guess i mean i have an idea of it i dont know i am just worried about if he even likes me or cares about me i guess idk i was stressing about the schedule for tomorrow i am kind of really stressed about these next few days im really busy. i dont know. i just feel physically anxious. i felt this was for like all of middle school. i feel a lot like a middle schooler. i feel insecure and anxious.

sitting in my boyfriends house as he has band practice. i dont know i leave for college quite soon. gah. ive been spending so much time with him as of late it is really nice. we are considering "renewing our contract" because initially we agreed on breaking up before i went to college but obviously that isnt going to happen if you are two teenagers who quite like one another and minimal discipline. yesterday we melted bullet casings into brass ingots using his forge with someone we met recently.
