Chestnutfur smiled at Hickoryshade before padding away, heading towards the Warrior's den and ready to settle down in her nest and get some much needed rest.
Silverfox looked up from where she had dragged a mouse off of the fresh-kill pile, blinking tired eyes at Sprucetail. Picking up the mouse, she padded over to where he was laying, giving him a small nod, "Thanks." She mumbled around the mouse, flopping down next to him. "You would think that I would be refreshed after a nap, but I guess that isn't the case for me." She said with a sigh, looking down at her mouse.
---------
Specklefrost felt a warm flush go through her fur, blinking rapidly at Silvermask, "M-me? Pretty?" She squeaked, completely forgetting about the bird and the messy catch. "U-um, thanks. I-I... um, thanks." She mewed, shuffling her paws shyly.
"Things are getting tense in the city, it was good that you avoided going there." Echo said, glancing down at her healing wounds. "It wasn't always safe there, but lately it's even more dangerous than it usually is. A new group has been growing in power and taking over any of the unclaimed territories, as well as some of the smaller territories that belonged to other rogue communities. That's how I got injured, I wandered into a territory that had previously been safe before and ran into a patrol." She gave a frustrated shake of her head. Echo had always been careful to avoid the larger groups in the city, and it angered her that she had let her guard down like that.

He settled back down in his spot, eyeing Silverfox curiously. “I can understand it. All that’s happened the last few days. It’s been rough, for everyone.” He consoled.

Silverfox sighed as she stared down at her mouse, "I'm not sure really." She mewed, finally forcing herself to take a bite from her prey. "The thought of the Dark Forest killing us in our dreams terrifies me, even though I doubt the Dark Forest even has a reason to target me in the first place." She mewed, looking back at Sprucetail.

If my sister and I had done that when we were young, perhaps she would have seen warriorhood." Shadowblossom mewed with a sigh, always missing Blossompaw whom she had chosen her warrior name for. "I'm sorry" He said. He didn't had littermates, but losing his mother would crush him.

I'm letting you call the shots on this one. We can continue, or go back, either way we'll have done more than enough hunting for the Clan, yes?" She reminded with a hint of a smirk. Yewpaw felt bad for Dawnpaw. Sure he was older, and he was almost a warrior, but she seemed, kind of sad and lonely. Sootpaw lifted up his bird proudly to show his mentor before setting it down, "Will we pick the squirrel up when we head back too?" He asked, remembering that he had caught one earlier before the mouse. "Well, of course!" Magpiewing reassured. "We wouldn't want to leave prey buried in the ground when it can be eaten. You deserve to bring this prey back with pride." she said, flicking her tail. "Well done today. Next time we train, we can refocus on your battle moves." She paused at that in consideration. If Lightningstar seriously wanted to consider taking back Sunningrocks, Sootpaw would need to be prepared for a potential fight. The idea made her want to shuffle her paws in apprehension.

I hope you're right and the dark forest cats stay where they are. They've already been defeated once, there's no need to try again." Bramblefur didn’t see himself as much as a fighter, and if Adderclan rose again, or even a group of Dark forest cats banded together, he would run, like Shadowblossom had told him to. “I hope not” He commented. “If something dies happen though, we could run together? Go to another clan or… or even leave them?” The thought of leaving the clans was not a welcome thought, but the thought of living through a major devastation might be too much. For him, and for her, to be honest. But if they left, would they be able to return? Or would they be disgraced? Do I even want to run? Would I have the guts? Maybe if my life was in danger, or somecat I cared about.

Shadowblossom glanced back at the warrior's den where she had recently seen her son and his mate disappear into. "As much as I would want to run. I will stay wherever my kits go. Midnightstream will have Darktail's kits within the next moon or two. They may be too small to escape with them. I will not leave my grandkits behind. I already lost Featherfoot once too. I will not lose him a second time."

The thought scared him more than the thought of the Dark Forest attacking the clans. Maybe because I would still have cats around whom agreed with me. But would they? Would all the cats that were good be dead? Would he? "It must be nice to have generations of family around" He said, hoping to talk about something lighter.

"It is nice, to know that half the clan is related to you in some way through my mother and aunts. I hope you find that some day Bramblefur. One day when you're much older, you'll look around and find yourself surrounded by your kin as well." Shadowblossom replied with a gentle smile.

(Posting for Ghostscreech, so we can finally bring the disastrous Twolegplace patrol home lol)
Ghostscreech sighed as they finally made his way back into the ThuderClan camp, looking back at the remains of the Twolegplace patrol. "Come with me, we'll go straight to Lightningstar and let him know what happened." He said, not even stopping in his pace as he made his way over to the leader's den.

Frostmoon silently entered camp, her body thrumming for her to help search for Arcticbreeze, or to persuade Lightningstar to let them try. She held back, knowing that Ghostscreech would want Ravenshade and Nettlepatch in there, she would just take up needless room.
Noticing his daughter’s strain as soon as she came in, Hornetstrike stood up and made his way over to her. He blinked in shock as she explained what Flarestorm told them, and what the Twolegplace patrol had seen.

Reaching the spot, he dropped his bird and quickly dug up the squirrel and added it in with his bird as well before looking back up at Magpiewing, "Ready!"

Shadowblossom shook her head with a sad smile, "We were a mess to be honest. Both of us had lost so much in the war we had lost our faith in Starclan. We relied on each other heavily to get through that time and realized one day sitting by the stream that what we had was love. We pulled each other out of the darkness and back into the light and started our family. When Featherfoot was taken by the hawk as a kit, I thought maybe everything would fall apart again, but it didn't. It only made us stronger."
