Had a Clan going up to 300+ moons before it completely went extinct OTL
Anytime a new cat would join they’d end up a member of the next mass death event, none of the mated pairs were having kits, and if they did it would be one kit that soon died. Eventually I was just left with the 175 moon old leader and 120 moon old medicine cat, both perishing soon thereafter.

so I'm doing another writelocke aka each moon basically becomes a fic chapter and I really love the fantasy elements I added to this one <3 <3
And to make it even more drama filled, I modded it so that I have two border Clans I'm running at the same time. My last chapter had their first fight scene and I am LIVING for it.

I'm on my third leader (Slopestar, formerly known as Slopeleaf) & her mate, Whimsyheart, just retired :-(. Poor gal needed to anyways, she's got a lot of scars.
I kinda spent an hour going through 32 pages of cats of figuring out their romantic interests.... when I should've been patrolling.
also, I did not realize how many prefixes I have used. So. Many. Naming the cats so I don't have doubles is becoming difficult.

WHAT how many moons are you into that run? Also HOW do you even manage patrols with 600+ cats??? If I don’t count my mediators & elders…. That’s like 30-32 cats that don’t patrol. Plus if a cat is sick or injured, they also don’t enter the count for patrols. I’m into 140+ moons if I remember correctly. I’ll check this afternoon to be sure. Basically my patrols are done like so: - apprentices and their mentors either go on patrol with another apprentice/mentor pair. Sometimes I may just do 1 mentor & their apprentice. - medicine cats go in singles or pairs, pairs are more common when they have an apprentice or they have a mate - warrior patrols are randomized into 2, 3, 4, or 6 cats per patrol |

I like to build them and then see how it goes from there. I’d probably be further into more moons if I didn’t reset a moon after a favorite cat dies. My third leader here has only lost 1 life. She’s 100+ moons old I think? Her deputy is around the same age, but they’re not related. |

Some story-making here!
My clan (Pounceclan) had an good leader called Lightstar. He made some questionable choices now and then, but he was better than lots of cold and arrogant leaders. He always loved Squirreltangle, but he got rejected very times.

So he decided to be mates with her brother Halfjay. ( XD I can't think of this without wheezing) They had some diferences like Squirreltangle being a tortie, Halfjay being a classic tabby. They adopted some kits: Puddlekit, Riverkit and Carnationkit.
Carnationkit was a bully, he probably had got this trait of his father Lightstar. Riverkit never liked his parents so, he became a medicine cat to talk with her biological mother. Puddlekit was the only who had a normal childhood.

Riverpaw got a sign that a death could worse the current situation. Squirreltangle was on a patrol near Tuftclan border when he was murdered by badgers.
Lightstar got crazy and declared war on Tuftclan and nearly half of the clan is dead.

sobbing because I'm on moon 150 and more cats keep joining my clan. why do so many of my cats have twisted legs or mangled tails? :-( NO. TANAGERFLUFF DIED in moon 148. rip my boy. BillowClan, moon 150 -health:- A bunch of cats have whitecough, sprains, & heat exhaustion - Several cats were picked up and dropped by eagles and somehow survived - Ghostrunner & Agavestalk are pregnant - Saffronbreeze, please stop telling Thriftfleck how much you love them because they're not reciprocating whatsoever - Tigerslash finally recovered from a seizure - Littlepaw is stressed and exhausted from their seizures  (I can relate, little man) - Somehow Olga survived from a venomous snake bite - Crow is pregnant as well, she's moving into the nursery - Firtuft had one of their legs amputated new warriors:- Tricklepaw is now... Tricklemeadow (idk about this name) - Plumpaw is now Plumhoney (is this a good name??) - Ochrepaw is now Ochrebadger (why does this not go well together?) - Sunflowerpaw is now Sunflowerspot (eyy, it's the cat that looks like my sister's cat, Sunflower) - Murkpaw is now Murkecho (??) - Gladepaw, now known as Gladeback is a mediator now! apprenticeships & retirements:- Brindle is now an elder - Risingpaw is a warrior apprentice, mentor is Olga - Tawnypaw is a mediator apprentice, mentor is Irisfeather - Cloudedpaw is a warrior apprentice, mentor is Basscrest - Thicketpaw is a warrior apprentice, mentor is Riverfreckle deaths:- Creekgleam died from a claw-wound - Aspenplume died from a cat bite - Cicadafleck & Warblersong (med cat) were killed by a gang of rogues - Lilstem, former kittypet, died from a bite-wound - Colin Robinson died from redcough & please look at my santa:  |

I suggest logging EVERY. SINGLE. THING. The Clan does, even the daily life and relationship events. It makes the Clann feel more united and lifelike.
