Auransky"What did you have your eye on?" Lupin asked, innocently. He pointed to the nearest item, a beautifully designed box, and suddenly he was holding a perfect replica. "This?" he asked, annoyed. He didn't like these men and there was no way he was going to be quiet. The replica disappeared and suddenly he was holding the same sword he'd been holding when Calec had turned up. "Whatever you were asking for has just been given to you. Out." Once again, it was just as illusionary as before. But it looked real, and that was what counted, right?

Ughhhh I feel your pain, my post was just eaten as well)
Arai led her down the path to the town. As they got closer you could see two billowing pillars of smoke coming from two separate areas. The closer one was almost in sight. As he finally got close enough to see Arai spotted a smoldering pile of wood and a small group around it. Some had water buckets and were putting out the last bits that would possibly catch fire again.
Calec was about to pull the line when he froze. This presence... It was the angel. The angel was in town. He guessed that the angel was a fair amount away, but still in the town. The sudden appearance pulled his attention away from the hunt, even if it was only for a moment. (Annoying computers.) Lin watch the smoke, eyes wide. "What happened here?" she muttered. "Why set two random buildings alight?" They didn't look very important. She looked over at Arai and asked, "Do you know when these were started? How long ago? And did anyone see who lit them?" -- Percival was a little surprised when Calec paused. He was about to come into the attic, wasn't he? Just open it already, why was he waiting? Had he sensed the trap?

Arai studied the area "From how the knights are moving I don't think they found the one who did it yet. Judging from the buildings they lit I don't think there was any reason other than to make a statement. Perhaps it was someone who was just having fun." he thought for a moment "I remember someone coming in maybe an hour ago saying there were fires. They had it under control though and I didn't come sooner."
Calec hesitated. If the angel caught sight of him, Calec would be in danger. Was the vampire worth it? Was he worth the risk? After another moment of stillness he finally tore his gaze away from the window and reached for the rope.

"You'll be fine, we will head around back. No one really cares around back, it's basically near the stables. " he considered nkw. Pausing he raised a finger, "Two questions." He now wondered. " you are alright on horseback, right? Two, in your way home last night did you encounter anything? " He paused for a moment reconsidering his words, "by anything I mean anything, good or bad. " broken "That box doesn't look half bad." Snickered the collector. He tightly gripped the papers at hand, while adding the new deposit to the sack. "I would take the box and be satisfied but then there's my two companions here whom two need something for their troubles." At the sight of the sword appearing, the collector flinched. After a second, he looked behind him for assistance of the knights. But they were not there. ... During the collectors conversation the knights had walked deep within the shop , keeping a close eye on both the collector and Lupin. At the sight of the sword summoning, one of the knights rushed up to Coire, then headlocked him. The second knight rushed over towards the collector in defense. He pulled out a small bottle of holy water and held it out. "Such tricks lead to dark arts, you will be felt with." He "Lupin, careful!" Coire called out from his headlock . "Remember what I said earlier? (Fighting while representing) forget what I said, if you're gonna try, need caution!." He warned as he struggled . The knight gripping him was bulkier, and physically more capable of crushing Coire. The collector fixed his posture, standing up right once again. "I ask again, we wish for compensation. Hence deny and dark days await your way." mintedstar/fur

Auransky"Thats what I was hoping you'd say," Patrick muttered, then blinked at the questions. "Horseback? I guess I am, I've never really tried it before," he muttered, then shrugged and looked away. He should probably just tell him. "And yes, actually. Last night I ran into a few knights near the mines. They told me they'd arrest me if I didn't get a move on, because it was my bright idea to try to talk to them. That was obviously a mistake."

broken((Ah, looks like a lot of users will be gone for the first week of July. It works just fine then. )) ((I can take the week to edit the front page, reap rewards from Tera's Double Drop, and play Persona 5 )) Glen walked deepr down the hall, then leaned into an open room. He signaled for Lyle to come out, before walking back down the hall where Patrick waited. "Don't worry about horseback, you'll use Coire's horse. He is really bad at horseback too, so I have the horse trained to follow mine when we go out together." He suggested. Turning his head to see the prince, he held out the robe, "Put this on, and don't say a word once we reach near the castle grounds." He strictly instructed. Lyle gave Patrick a wave, then turned to Glen when given instructions. He silently took the robe, before walking down the other end of the hall. Near the front door, he put the robe on, and awaited for the two. "Right.." Glen coughed briefly, "Arrest for asking questions, sounds like we really did tamper with something we shouldn't have." He frowned, "But on the other hand, we didn't know what the sack was for, let alone for who." He added. "But at least they gave you a warning, a while back I herd of a group which was forced to take anyone as prisoner just by being on a premesis." He shook his head, "Well if you're ready let's head out the door, and be on our way."

Auransky (Hah yeah, also if you ever need help editing the front page or anything, I can definitely help! I mean, I have nothing better to do over the summer anyways Ahhh Tera, I really want play that now. I'm just wandering around, not really leveling up because it takes so long when you do the story mode o.o and I've seen videos of Persona 5, it looks so good!) "Oh good, I didn't want to be a bother to you if you didn't have a horse trained well enough," Patrick muttered, glancing at Glen with a smile. He just hoped that the knight's brother wouldn't mind him borrowing his horse. Then, he waved at Lyle, smiling slightly. He was now growing a bit anxious about what they were about to do, even though he said that they'll be fine. Just one mess up and they're done for... Then the boy's attention was back on Glen as he spoke again. "Oh wow, really? I didn't know that knights were allowed to do that. I thought they had to have a better reason than to just arrest someone for being on the premesis. I guess I really got lucky, then," he said, now thinking a little. Yes, he was definitely wondering what they had found was going to be used for, but it looks like they won't find out for a while. Patrick glanced at both of them before leaving the house and waiting for them on the porch.

mintedstar/fur Catherine watched the strange woman go, her countenance appearing truly confused. She found it odd that the woman knew her name, though since she worked at this tavern it wouldn't be challenging to find the names of the employees. No matter. She's gone for now. Looking down at the letter, she noticed the crest and the name: Baroness Aliissa Harmony.
The vampire gasped. Why on earth would someone with such an important title be here of all places? This wasn't exactly a noble's neighborhood. Unfortunately, she hadn't much time to think about it. The sun was rising higher in the sky, causing Catherine's skin to become increasingly irritated. She also needed to resume her shift at the tavern. She placed the envelope in her pocket, promising herself that she would read it later. She then turned and opened the front door, walking elegantly inside, returning to her faux display of interest in the customers. Though she sang normally, the encounter with the baroness stayed in the back of her mind.

(I just realized that your doctor and kid are together so oops ._. I can start)
The day seemed very nice; the sun was warm, and few clouds dotted the sky. A refreshing breeze blew by occasionally. Demeter noticed all of this, her smiling face absorbing the sun's rays as she strode through town. In her arms she cradled a woven basket full of tubers, herbs, and other crops she grew in her garden. Her purpose? To sell them all. That was how she made her living, though it wasn't nearly enough for her to get by. That's why she lived outside of the kingdom, at the edge of the forest; she had learned to become self-sufficient that way.
The elf walked down the street, wondering if she should go door-to-door to sell her crops. The competing farmers wouldn't appreciate it, but it was all she could do. That way of thinking wouldn't bring down her mood though- it was a nice day after all, and later she figured she would go for a stroll in the woods, just to stay outside.

(Oh, don't worry about it)
Since it was a good day, Russell was standing outside his office. The doctor's office wasn't too busy anyway, so he decided to take a little break form being inside. The young man was leaning against the side of the building, watching as a little kid played in the street. Though, he frowned some and quickly headed over once he noticed that the little boy bumped into the elf. Archelaus stared up at her, a little scared for a moment before hiding behind his guardian without apologizing. Russell smiled at her. "I am terribly sorry," he muttered to her, holding out his hands some since her arms were full. "Do you need any help?"

Demeter was slightly startled when the young boy bumped into her. Looking down at him, she smiled pleasantly and said "Hello," though he didn't say anything. She was a bit confused until the doctor approached her, offering his help. "Oh I'm quite alright, thank you," she said. "But would you like to buy some of these? I grew them myself." She presented her basket, which was full of potatoes, ginger, kale, and even some medicinal herbs including poppies and yarrow.

Russell glanced back to see if the little boy would return the 'hello', but it didn't seem so. Instead, Russell spoke up. "I'm glad that Archie here didn't cause too much trouble," he muttered, then examined a few of the herbs that she had in the basket. "Hm, I think I'll take a few of the medical herbs. I could always use those," he muttered, reaching into his coat's pocket to get some coins out. "How much would that be for some chamomile and yarrow?"

"There is no set price. I'll take anything you're willing to give." Such was how Demeter operated; money wasn't as important to her as the rest of society. The elf looked down at the boy, who was hiding behind Russell. "Is this your son?" she asked, pointing to him. She gave him a gentle look, brown cheeks pulling upwards into a smile, green eyes calm. Her aura suggested nothing more than tranquil thoughts and a cheery atmosphere.

brokenGlen glimpsed away, swallowing his laughter. "Coire can't ride, no matter how hard I try to help him." He admitted. "Sometimes when I go with him to pick up supplies, or he comes out to help me. So he doesn't hurt himself, or worst-I simply make sure the horse follows. Took a while to teach the horse, but then again we been doign this since we weer kids. Father always wanted us to properly ride horses, Coire just can't." He softly smiled at the thought. "Anyways..Enough roasting my brother, we should get going" He pushed the knight comment aside, surely there would be more to talk about later. He made his way outside, once the two were out, he locked the door. "Wait here i'll be right back." He walked away. Lyle had made his way outside quietly. He had put on the clock as ordered by Glen, but since they were still in the woods, he had no need to use the hood. He looked over at Patrick, "I wish to apologize for dragging you into this." He began, "I know you could have walked away, and the stakes are surely not in our favor." He sighed, "But, I assure you no harm. I promise to always assure your tracks are covered while we are in this." He assured. ᴀᴄʜʀᴏᴍᴀᴛɪᴄ ((I apologize if things seem in active right now. (Hi again guys! I feel kinda bad because I'm back for a few days, but then I'm leaving the 10th to go hiking, camping, and rafting ) ᴀᴄʜʀᴏᴍᴀᴛɪᴄ"Oh? No set price?" Russell echoed as he began scanning through the herbs. Then, he began picking up a few and was abo to hand her a handful of coins, but paused at the question. The doctor smiled softly, looking back at Archie. "Oh, well yes I am his guardian,," he muttered, glancing back up at her, now handing her the coins. "Archelaus, why don't you say 'hi' to this nice lady?" The little boy was now standing next to the doctor, waving to Demeter. "H-hi..." he spoke softly before tugging on Russell's white coat. -- AuranskyPatrick only chuckled as he stared after Glen. Then, once the prince spoke, he glanced over in is direction. He shook a hand dismissively. "No, don't worry about it at all! I'm actually glad I was dragged into this mess, otherwise I would've never made the friendships that I have. And besides, it's not like this is keeping me from doing anything. And this is kinda fun," the boy muttered, turning away from him some as he examined the forest surrounding the house. "But I'll miss you once you go back to the castle. I wish there was a way for us to meet again so casually, but that will probably never happen."

brokenDemeter glanced up at the doctor in surprise. "Well, just around town really..." she replied. Truth was, she didn't have much of a plan on where to go. Her main goal was to sell as much as she could, then to return home to her measly cabin and possibly make a potato stew. "I would like to sell this entire basket of produce, but I'm in no hurry. Um...what is it that you do?" Demeter had figured that the man was a doctor from his attire, but could tell nothing more than that. Though she was still smiling, the elf found herself stuttering slightly from not knowing what to say.

broken Lyle looked away: Patrick had a point. To meet this casually, will it truly happen again? He shook his head, "I'm certain we will." He assured. "In fairness, we have not solved all the questions about these crystals. Though Glen will be an easier source to communicate with,I dragged you and his brother into this. Therefore it is a must that we communicate directly. But at the same time, if knights tighten up, we may have trouble. Not just us, but other inocent people." His attention was shifted to the sound of trotting up ahead. "Patrick, just be careful." He stated. Glen approached with the two horses, one lead rope in each hand. "Alright, have we all spoken our regrets?" he directly stated. "Whether you have or haven't, we all know that whatever we find out later may involve that pouch." He referred to the crystals. Stopping the horses, he pointed to the one on his right, "That's Coire's horse. Go ahead and get on Patrick, then I'll get the prince with me, and we'll be on our way." 𝚜𝚙𝚊𝚛𝚔𝚜𝚌𝚊𝚝𝚝𝚎𝚛((Ah that's right, with mintedstar/fur out of town, we can't continue the guard+Princess route xD)) ((There is Prince + King though. ᴀᴄʜʀᴏᴍᴀᴛɪᴄ"O-oh? If you are sure you don't need any help, then I won't bother you any more, however I might know a few people who might buy from you," Russell commented, smiling at her as she spoke. He had about to turn and head beck towards his office until he was asked about his job. "Ah yes, if you haven't noticed by now, I am a doctor. I help adults and kids alike and I also make my own medicine. And sometimes, though on very rare occasions, do I travel to the castle." He shrugged after he spoke, not really sure what else to say at this point. "And you must be a sales merchant, no?" -- AuranskyPatrick stared at Lyle after a while, not sure what to think about the strange exchange. He knew for a fact that there was no way they could ever meet like this again. And if anyone found out that they had, who knows what might happen. He was a loner after all and rarely ever was seen in the town unless he absolutely needed to be. And besides, he liked living off the land by gardening and hunting. His thoughts were broke as Glen came up again with the horses. The teenager nodded and approached the horse Glen told him to before climbing on. It took a while, but he finally got it and nodded to the knight, holding onto the horse's mane. "A-alright, I'm ready."

brokenDemeter's eyes widened when the doctor mentioned that he went to the castle. "Oh my...you must have quite the status to be able to go the castle," she said, her hand covering her mouth in surprise. Of course, she didn't know much about status in the kingdom, having lived outside of town all her life. At the doctor's question, she looked down at her feet. "A merchant maybe, but I have no business. T'is all very unofficial, I'm afraid." She didn't want to say that it allowed her to avoid taxes; which was a huge help, given her situation.
