Mary turned looked toward the knight, grabbing the letter from Arai. "It is quite alright, Aria. Thank you for bringing this to us." Very slowly, she opened the envelope and pulled out the letter, opening it before scanning over it, keeping it lowered enough so the king could also read.

This action didn't escape the Knights gaze. It was true what he had been told. The king didn't look pleased. A look of anger crossed his face, the lines in his skin becoming more prominent for only a moment.
Arai would wait to see if he had any orders, and then depart to either do them or take a break. After all the stunts he'd pulled earlier a nap would be nice.
As a knight though he would do whatever his King and queen ordered. Even if that meant a couple more hours of work.

broken((Here you go! lol I'm going to bed xD Got work in the morning, but this weekend I surely will be up for Rp'ing)) Seeking the rouge mercenaries has led to a discovery of a sister kingdom in which we hold so dear to be destroyed.
There is no sign of life, simply the ash and silence of once was.
- Relief is out of the question
The one responsible for Yash's death has been securely apprehended.
- Rave is under care, and will be escorted to Nolyra for a fair trial. Unless something barricades the escort, the trials may resume.
Only two of head families of the mercenaries live. Pursuit will continue, and with newfound intel search parties are advised south of Nolyra towards another sister neighbor.
Items of our possession have been retrieved. Others were destroyed as an attempt to eliminate the trail.
Side Maters:
Entities have been encountered, but not engaged.

Smirking some, she turned around so she wasn't facing the knight as she whispered to the king, "I think we need to talk very soon about this and figure something out." After that, she turned back towards the knight, folding the letter up again. "Thank you for this delivery, we appreciate it. Please,go get cleaned up until farther notice." |

Despite being brothers, his brother always had a way to loose him. He coughed approaching Patrick, "Just leave Glen be. He's probably thinking as a soldier not a person." He softly inferred. Lyle skipped a little. "It was my idea to get the gems, but I'm asking you all if you are okay with myself in your presence for a bit longer. It's a risk that's being taken, and while I can return it back to the castle, I am more for certain that it will be confiscated from me before I realize it. If I can take some time to quickly just take some of it apart then I wont care as to whether it gets confiscated or not.."

Auransky (Oh don't worry about it ^^' school is keeping everyone busy. A salt water tank? I've always wanted one, but I barely have success with the goldfish I have xD) "That only make sense..." Patrick trailed off some as he looked at Lyle, nodding. "Yeah I don't care how long you stay with us, just as long as you're alright with it. I didn't know how observant your parents were." The teenager shoved his hands in his jacket's pockets as he continued walking quietly for a moment. "Plus, I'd like to get your opinion about the team,s since you might know a little more about it than we do." He quickened the pace a little so he wouldn't lose the knight, but he kept glancing at the bag every now and then. "I just wonder how they got here or how they have the power that they have."

Arai watched them talk for a moment. He knew it wasn't polite to listen in, but he almost found himself leaning forwards so he could hear. Shaking his head softly he stood still and waited. Once he was given orders he bowed and replied "Yes my Queen. If you would like to issue further orders to them I can deliver them." straightening, he turned on his heel and left the room. Next he left the castle.
"The appearance of entities worries me..." he trailed off, knowing the Queen wouldn't care about his opinion. Keeping up appearances though was much more important. He had noticed the knights gaze following him, perhaps he knew something was up. Arai was sharp, but the Queen was careful.

"I've had something else turn up that I've been meaning to tell you. I don't think you know about what the miners found in the mines, have you?" She asked, now looking at him. "Maybe we should go to the conference room to speak about this," Mary offered, not waiting for a reply before slowly beginning down the hallway. "I hope you have no where to be right now."

"No. Of course not. You are my first priority." he mumbled, trying for a smile. The expression was pained at best. He followed the Queen out of the main halls and into a smaller conference room. No words were said as they walked. She would state her opinion and give him orders. There was little he could do... He was absolutely powerless. His opinions didn't matter, he couldn't do anything for his kingdom. It was hopeless.

"Listen, you need to trust me more," she replied, forcing a smile as she took a step closer toward him, grabbing his hand. "That's the only way we're going to do this together, isn't it?" She eyed him, leaning forward a little bit. "But it's quite obvious we don't agree about many issues. Perhaps we could try to compromise to see how the kingdom does. If it doesn't work out, things will go back to the way I run it." She paused for a moment. "Now enlighten me on what you think."

"...Breaking... I never thought I would find myself on that end." Glen turned an eye back, "Well-there is indeed a first time for everything." Coire walked out of the cave then turned to face the inside to get away from the light slightly. "We been in there for a bit, but my goodness is it bright out here." He muttered. "But it could be worst-it could be nightfall." He sighed, "But we're good. No entities, no demons, just us that bag all good." 𝚜𝚙𝚊𝚛𝚔𝚜𝚌𝚊𝚝𝚝𝚎𝚛Alumina walked through the castle halls at a rapid pace. The queen's advisor was racing to find a knight on duty, for the news she received was needing a check on. Any knight would do at this point- She considered quickly. Her eyes skimming the long halls, as she paced on.

It's not really anything to worry about, as long as you don't get caught," he muttered, exiting the cave. Once he was outside, he blinked, taking in the new bright surroundings. "Um yeah, I agree. We just have to get the back." He said, continuing to walk forward. "I'm surprised there were no knights that were on duty, looks like we got lucky."

Interested, he tilted his head inquiringly to the side "Any news on the full affects of these stones? What did you think of them?" she would know more about them than himself, and despite the state he was in right now he was still incredibly interested in what the rocks would do and how they would affect the future if the kingdom.

Looking up he spotted Alumina "You look troubled." he called out, changing his course so he was walking towards her "Anything I can assist you with?" his spear was across his shoulder, pulling it down carefully he rested the bottom against the ground so as to avoid hitting anyone unsuspecting with it.

To have people over the edge with the royal family, and to even believe that the knights are loosing it because of the workload." "But isn't it true?" Coire paced a bit forward. "You surely are living proof. Wouldn't you agree Patrick?" The twin taunted. Lyle glanced away, "I can't vouch either, my parents run those sorts of things. I'm supposed to involve myself,supposedly but you know, parents and their mindsets of keeping control and order." He let out a rather relieved breath, it was an enjoyable experience so far. These people were strangers yes, but it was a difference in atmosphere, a much more inviting one if not much else. 𝚜𝚙𝚊𝚛𝚔𝚜𝚌𝚊𝚝𝚝𝚎𝚛Alumina's face lit up at the sound and literal view of Arai. It was a knight, finally after zooming through the halls all was well. She approached the knight yet slowed her pace at the sight of the spear. Last thing she wanted to do was slip and hurt herself severely. "My fair Knight, I seek assistance." She began. "We have received word from the higher ups in the mines. Due to complications the mines are currently off to all civilians, in response few minors were tasked of stashing an item in question into large violet bag buried within the mine clearings. I seek assistance in retrieving them, if so you please. This way we can sample what we do have, and take full action under the queens consent from there. The bag should currently be there burried, two clearings down from the east entrance of the mines. Should the bag in question not be there, tampered with or anything other then not return do please return or investigate to your hearts content." She stated firmly. 'It is a lot to ask, but in seriousness it is necessary seeing as rumors are spreading in town of an evil that will destroy us all. It must be kept in control before things step out of line."

Besides, I don't know if I'm up for that type of work load," the teenager replied, then looked at Coire and Lyle in turn. He nodded, tilting his head to one side. "I do agree with Coire." He paused for a moment, looking around once before back at them with a sigh, "But you are their son. Don't they at least tell you how the kingdom works or the news that's going on? I mean, they do plan on having you rule the kingdom one day?"

Glen softly replied, taking a turn through the next forest clearing. "Things are very questionable as of late. Some knights have left on the spot, because of everything going on." He frowned. Lyle turned his attention, away from the group at the thought. It was not something of his favorite topics, his mother was strict. And while it appeared to be out of well intentions, it felt more like a burden. "W-Well... we have bee n working on it." HJe softly replied, "But the expectations sometimes-I feel like they are unrealistic with mother." He considered. "She's perhaps doing it in her best interests, but still-it feels too high a stake." (I'm gonna give the front page a more detailed clean later in April. During spring break)) ((It will include more of the direction we're headed, more descriptive how to for chars etc.)) (Don't apologize for post quality though. I been very busy with school atm, that I haven't had time for much else. Midterms next week. Q.Q )) ((Here's one of my classes's study guides for the mid-term. ))

If you study, I’m sure you’ll be good.) “Yes, as I said, I do not think I will be cut out to be a knight of the kingdom. I’ll stick to just being an ordinary citizen and maybe getting a job in town as a merchant or something,” Patrick muttered, then looked over at the prince again. “As for your family situation, that sounds rough. I wish there was more I could do or say, but I believe you are already cut out to be a good king. I think you should probably work with them a bit more and talk some sense into them. If you don’t think its your place to tell them, then can’t you speak to an advisor or something?” It was quite obvious that Patrick knew nothing of how the kingdom worked. (also, hello Mint!)

(Hope I do these right. I'm not filling out the princess one yet, since I'll need to check if there are already set plans for her. But, otherwise, if something needs to be added, changed, or rethought, just shout.

Description: He has short, sandy blond hair cut to just above his ears. He's about 5'7 with long legs. He often stand his his shoulders and gaze a little low, hands behind his back. He likes to wear loss fitting cloths and shoes that fit loosely around his feet. He has light, hazel eyes and long, slender fingers. He's about normal weight, maybe looking a little under weight in the wrong light, but that just because he lacks muscle.

Personality: Highly protective of the ones he cares about, but unwilling to risk himself or others if he can't see a clear way of protecting someone. Auransky(Ah yes. Got it.) (Good, that's what I thought but had to make sure. Well, I know a few other powers sometimes given to vampires, but I think that would make him over-powered so I wont bother. XD General abilities like that was what I was looking for anyway.) (If he was the Percival from my story (who I heavily based him off of), then he'd have a very interesting Weakness, but not a power.) (Will probably be necessary considering that you know I develop personality and history as I go. ^^' I've got a few rough, interesting ideas for their histories, but nothing set in stone.) (Bye! XD )
